본 연구는 평등한 부부관계로의 변화를 요구하는 현대사회에서 부인과의 대등하고 민주적인 의사소통을 저해하고, 부인의 정신.신체증상 호소라든가 가족문제를 야기시키는 한국남편의 전형적인 권위주위적 의사소통에 대한 관련변인을 밝혀내어 부부간의 민주적인 관계형성을 도모하고자 하는데 기초자료를 제공하기 위하여 수행되었다. 서울시에 거주하는 328쌍의 부부를 대상으로 남편의 권위주의적 의사소통에 대한 관련변인을 살펴본 결과 개인적 변인으로 자아존중감 성역할태도, 부부간의 변인으로 부부간의 의사결정권, 부부간의 학력차, 부부간의 연령차, 가족환경적 변인으로 남편의 성장가족에서 친부의 권위주위적 행동, 주관적인 사회계층이 통계적으로 유의미하였으며, 개인적 변인, 부부간의 변인, 가족환경적 변인은 남편의 권위주의적 의사소통의 전체분산 중 14.5%, 11.3%, 11.5%를 각각 설명해 주고 있다. 개인, 부부간, 가족환경 변인을 모두 고려하였을 때는 자아존중감, 부부간의 의사결정권 친부의 권위주의적 행동, 성역할 태도, 부부간의 학력차가 통계적으로 유의미하였으며, 이들 변인은 남편의 권위주의적 의사소통의 전체분산 중 25.2%를 설명해 주고 있다.

This study examines factors that influence adolescents' political trust in Asian societies with special emphases on authoritarian orientations and corruption perception. Previous studies on adolescents' political trust have focused almost exclusively on Western societies. As a result, the impact of other cultural values that are specific to Asian societies, such as authoritarian orientations, on adolescents' political trust has received little attention in the existing literature. Moreover, situated within a socialization framework which argues that political trust is an extension of interpersonal trust, much prior work has ignored the role of adolescent evaluations of institutional performance in generating political trust. The data I use offer empirical evidence that both authoritarian orientations and institutional performance-especially its ability to curb corruption-are independent sources of political trust among Asian adolescents and that the trust-eroding effect of corruption is less salient among Asian adolescents adopting more authoritarian orientations. Additionally, the evidence also suggests that corruption perception is a more important factor than authoritarian orientations in shaping adolescents' political trust in more economically developed countries while the reverse pattern is found in less developed countries.

Existing studies show that authoritarians are obedient to the powerful even though they are coercive to the weak. However, the personal relationships are very diverse even in the range of the authority relations. The purpose of this study is to explain the differences in the obedience to authority between authoritarians and non-authoritarians in some situations which have different authority-levels. This study presumed that obedience to authority is affected by their own authoritarianism. For this study, four scenarios were used to provide subjects with the situations that are different in the strength of authority. And the results demonstrated that people behave differently according to the level of authority. The result showed that in the low-authority situation authoritarians tend to obey less to the authorities than non-authoritarians. This result is different from existing ones. It follows from what has been said that the loss of authority in Korea partially comes from the double standard of the authoritarians according to the strength of authority.

The purpose of this study was to identify the influence the depression and social maladjustment in adolescence of multi_cultural families. The participants were 211 adolescents in multicultural family. The data were collected using a self-report questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using hierarchical regression with the SPSS 23.0 program. The stress, career maturity and authoritarian caring attitude had a significant impact on depression(F=13.77, p<.001). The stress, authoritarian caring attitude, negative impact and resilience, career maturity, cultural diversity attitude, open communication, parents' support showed positive impact on social maladaptation(F=13.77, p<.001). This study contributes an integrated understanding of adolescents in multicultural family. And the findings was provided basic data for the development of intervention program on depression and social maladjustment for adolescents in multicultural family.

전체주의가 반세기의 일본군사적 파시즘밖에 경험한 것이 없는 우리가 권위주의적 독재를 자유민주주의로 오인하게 됐다면 이상할 것도 없지요. 자유와 자유민주주의란 말은 독재와 부패, 무능에 일치하여 혐오와 경멸의 대상이 된 겁니다. 자유는 우리에게 더욱 절실한 가치이니만큼 그것이 왜 얼마나 중요하면 평등 정의와 어떤 관계에 있는지 진지한 논의가 제기돼야 합니다.

지금 우리의 대학은 객관성이 결여되어 있고 보직 우선주의가 지배적이다. 1인당 국민소득 1만달러시대, 우리 대학의 국제화를 앞당기기 위해서는 권위주의적 관료행정을 속히 청산하고 외국 유학생을 30% 수준까지 유치할 수 있도록 하는 대학환경의 개선이 선행되어야 함은 물론 정부의 대학연구비에 대한 대폭 증액이 있어야 하겠다.

그동안 권위주의적 관료주의에 신음해 온 우리 대학들이 학생들의 학생 위에 교수들의 자각과 실천에 의해 자기 위상을 정립해가고 있는 현 상황에서 교수자치기구의 대학주체로서의 자리매김은 무한한 창조의 가능성과 학문발전의 원동력으로 작용할 수 있다. 따라서 더 이상의 소모와 비능률을 줄이고 인력을 최대한 개발.활용할 수 있는 대학 체제를 위해서라도 교수자치기구로서의 교수(협의)회가 학내 최고의사결정기구로서 법제화되는 것이 시급하고도 절실히 요청된다.

This study is to structurally analyze the effect of authoritative, authoritarian, and permissive three-dimensional parenting behavior on pragmatic language ability in the field of child language development by using data from the Panel Study on Korean Children, which was completed and published in 2018. As a result of the study, looking at the effect of three-dimensional parenting behavior on children's language ability, first, the authoritative parenting behavior, which provides a clear direction for parents in raising their children, and takes a rational and consistent way, is effective in improving pragmatic language ability appeared to have a positive effect. Second, it was found that authoritarian parenting behavior that strictly controls children's behavior in the direction desired by parents and demands absolute obedience from children did not have a significant effect on the improvement of children's pragmatic language ability. Lastly, it was found that the permissive parenting behavior of the neglect type, which allows children to do whatever they want, has a negative effect on the children's pragmatic language ability. Based on these results, in order to equip children who will live in an era where creativity and problem-solving ability are important to have the ability to express themselves accurately, parenting behavior, which is a very important ecosystem for children's language development, needs to be done correctly.
