The Internet presents a unique platform for disseminating digital content such as music, video, games, software, text, business and proprietary corporate information. It promises ubiquitous access, while at the same time fundamentally challenging the traditional rules of ownership and distribution of content. In such environment, safe protection and proper delivery of digital content would be a crucial requirement toward a new e-business model. Research on the Digital Rights Management (DRM) focuses on filling this functional vacancy of the market transition by providing a more viable business model based. XrML(eXtensible Rights Markup Language) provides a universal tool for specification of rights, fees, and issuing conditions(licenses) associated with the use and protection of digital content. ContentGuard has developed XrML to unify the Digital Rights Management(DRM) specifications and encourage interoperability. It seems that all working groups of DRM agree to use XrMl for their right description language.

Based upon the provision of limitation of copyrights, libraries may provide the document delivery service which supplies copies of journal articles and book chapters owned at other libraries by request of users. However, more proactive information service is required as more users want to use the digital delivery of documents published overseas. This study reviews copyright law of Korea and international conventions related to the document delivery service. It then examines foreign cases to see how overseas information centers clear copyrights. Finally this study suggests that copyright clearance methods be adopted to make a proactive information service. Through those methods, a new information service model may be planned, which meets various information needs while protecting copyright.

Objective: The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of childcare teachers' teacher efficacy, psychological burnout and the practice of respecting rights for infants. Methods: For this study, questionnaires were distributed to 398 childcare teachers in the cities of I and S. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistic, multiple regression and Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ for reliability by SPSS-WIN computer program. Results: The results yielded some interesting results. First, childcare teachers were shown to have higher respecting rights for infants but just average teacher efficacy rates. Secondly, the study showed a positive correlation between the practice of respecting rights for infants and childcare teachers' teacher efficacy. However, there was a negative correlation between the practice of respecting rights for infants and psychological burnout. There was also a negative correlation between the practice of respecting rights for infants and childcare teachers' teacher efficacy. Third, the higher the childcare teachers' teacher efficacy of childcare teachers, the more positive influences existed in the practice of respecting rights for infants. It also showed that the lower the degree of psychological burnout, there was a negative impact on the practice of respecting rights for infants. Conclusion/Implications: The results of this study suggest that a support plan is needed to boost childcare teachers' teacher efficacy, and to lower the psychological burnout of childcare teachers with regards to the practice of respecting rights for infants.

Objective: The purpose of this study is to investigate the relations between the childcare teacher's intrapersonal intelligence and the childcare of infant's right respects, and examine the mediating effect of the childcare teacher's professionality in the relationship between them. Methods: For this study, questionnaires were distributed to 351 childcare teachers in the city of J. The collected date were analyzed by descriptive statistic, multiple regression and Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ for reliability by SPSS 24.0 program. Results: The results are as following. First, the childcare teacher's intrapersonal intelligence, the childcare of infant's right respects, professionality showed a significant positive relation. Second, the partial mediating effect of the professionality in the relationship between the childcare teacher's intrapersonal intelligence and the childcare of infant's right respects. It was confirmed that the interpersonal intelligence had a positive effect on the childcare of infant's right respects and the professionality a mediating variable. Conclusion/Implications: The results of this study suggest that a support plan is needed to boost childcare teacher's intrapersonal intelligence and the professionality with regards to the childcare of infant's right.

우리나라는 오래전부터 국제화 시대에 돌입하여 치열한 무역전쟁을 벌이고 있다. 특히 2007년 미국과 무역장벽을 완화하거나 철폐하는 FTA(Free Trade Agreement; 자유무역협정)를 체결하였으며, 앞으로 미국뿐만 아니라 EU, 중국과의 FTA가 체결되면 더 많은 품종종류와 물량이 자유로이 수출 입 될 것이기에 이에 대비하여야 할 것이다. FTA는 관세를 제로로 만들겠다는 것이기에 통상적으로 제한점이 없어져서 수출입 물량이 더욱 늘어나게 될 것이다. 과거 1992년 중국수교 이후 무역 물량이 증가하고, WTO 이후에도 물량이 급증하였다. 또한, 우리나라는 2002년 UPOV(The International Union for the Protection of New Varieties of Plants; 국제 식물 신품종 보호 동맹)에 51번째 회원국으로 가입하면서 본격적인 식물신품종보호제도가 시작되었다. UPOV는 품종보호를 위한 정부 간 기구로서 새로운 식물 품종에 대한 품종보호권리의 부여는 그 소유자에게 그 보호품종의 생산 판매에 대하여 배타적인 권리를 주는 것이다. 조경수 품종의 경우 품종보호권리는 보호품종의 과실, 꽃, 수형 및 기타 부산물과 관상적 가치 등 제반 형질을 상업적 목적으로 번식하는 권리에 대하여 배타적 독점권을 주는 것을 의미한다. 우리나라는 2008년에 조경수로 벚나무, 단풍나무, 느티나무 3종을 품종보호 대상수종으로 지정될 계획이며 2009년부터는 모든 수종으로 확대되었다. 우리나라의 국제적인 지위가 향상되면서 국제간에 무역 및 식물자원이 치열하게 각축하는 시대에 본격적으로 돌입하였다. 이에 따라 조경수 분야에서도 이에 대한 치밀한 대비책이 필요하게 되었다. 본고에서는 첨예화하는 국제화 시대를 대비하여 우리나라의 조경수 수 출입 현황을 파악하고 앞으로의 조경수 생산 및 연구 방향에 대하여 미력하나마 살펴보고자 한다.

산업재산권의 중요성은 아무리 강조해도 지나치지 않다. 산업재산권은 산업영역의 기여에 대한 보호를 목적으로 하는 특허권, 실용실안권, 의장권, 상표권등의 권리를 포함하며, 여기에 문화영역에 대한 보호를 본질로 하는 저작권 영역까지를 포함하고 있다. 아무리 좋은 기술이나 발명도 그 권리보전이 없이는 독점배타적인 재산권을 행사할 수 없는 시대에 있어 산업재산권에 대한 올바른 인식은 무엇보다 중요한 일일게다. 금호에서는 산업재산권에 대해 좀더 구체적으로 알 수 있는 기회를 마련하기 위해 우선 특허 , 실용실안에 대한 바로알기 정보를 게재한다.

콘텐츠 제작의 특성상, 타인의 저작물을 이용해야만 하는 경우가 많다. 그러나 기술이 급격히 발전하는 현대사회에서 저작권법에 모든 상황을 예측하여 예외조항 등에 명시하기에는 무리기 있다. 나아가 경우에 따라서 원저작자의 허락을 받지 못하는 경우가 분명히 존재할 것인데, 이러한 경우에까지 권리자의 권리보호를 이유로 그 저작물의 사용을 금지하는 것은 문화산업의 발전을 저해하는 요소로 작용할 것이 자명하다. 이러한 경우를 대비하여 만든 공정이용 제도는 문화산업 발전에 크게 이바지할 수 있을 것으로 보인다.

We use PKI technology for the digital content distribution in mobile environment. Encoding method is used TtipleDES and digital signature is used RSA. For the efficient methods and processes to the digital content distribution, we proposed the mechanism which consists of the sequential steps including the digital contents encoding step, rights management information signature step, and interconnection steps. As a result of this study, we propose the efficient and safe processes for the mobile content distribution environment.

전자상거래(e-commerce)의 발달은 과거의 전통적인 상거래를 IT기술을 이용한, 새로운 시장구조를 제공하고 있다. 특히 인터넷을 통한 소프트웨어, 게임, 동영상 등 디지털 컨텐츠(digital contents)에 대한 상거래가 크게 증가하고 있어, 이러한 디지털 컨텐츠의 유통에 신뢰를 제공할 수 있는 시스템, 즉 디지털 저작권관리(digital rights management system), 또는 디지털 지적 저작권관리(digital intellectual property system)에 대한 유통 비즈니스 모델이 필요하다. XrML은 권리(rights)를 명시하는 언어로써 본 연구는 XrML을 이용하여 저작권관리에 필요한 권리구조를 구현한 시스템(prototype)을 표현했다. 벤츠와 그에 따른 서비스들을 사용할 수 있는 권리와 조건들을 명시해준다. XrML은 현재 디지털 저작권관리(Digital Rights Management: DIPR)에 가장 많이 쓰이고 있는 Rights Language이다. XrML은 ContentGuard가 개발한 DIPR 서술 언어로 전 세계 산업계 표준으로 추진하기 위하여 파트너 회사 확대, 기능 확장, 무료 / 공개 형식으로 보급을 추진중이다.
