This study, energy saving technology development is desperately needed and the energy efficiency through improved environmental impact by minimizing economic raw materials and subsidiary materials can lead to reductions in local Small Business at the heart of the new technology in the background, product design and development. That's about technology, strengthen and broaden the design patent right infringement of its competitors by gaining a global corporate foundation of development research. In order for companies to develop diagnostic analysis and key technology analysis and evaluation of progress on the scope of rights through the development of new technologies to diagnose and design rights and the extent and design rights infringement and design development since the company's growth analysis. Integration of the design development and the core technologies of the company will be the core of national industrial competitiveness of small businesses and by securing and creating the knowledge-based rights, fusion link that can grow into compatibility business is much more need in a difficult economy.

새로운 기술의 도입은 저작권 제도를 변화시키고 있다. 인쇄술의 발전에 따라 저작권의 보호에 대한 법제화가 이루어 졌고, 방송기술의 도입에 따라 방송권, 영화기술의 발전에 따라 영화에 대한 권리, 사진기술의 발전에 따른 사진에 대한 권리, 인터넷 등 정보통신 기술의 발전에 따라 전송권이 새로운 저작권자의 저작재산권의 한 유형으로 편입되고 있다. 이렇듯 저작권법은 기술의 발전에 따라 새로운 유형의 권리를 정책적 견지에서 수용하고 있으며, 앞으로도 예견되지 못한 기술의 출현에 따라 법의 개정은 이루어질 개연성이 크다.

MPEG-21 멀티미디어 프레임워크는 다양한 터미널과 네트워크 환경에 있는 접속기기들 간에 멀티미디어 컨텐츠를 투명하고 널리 사용하게 하는 데에 그 목적이 있다. MPEG-21의 많은 요소 기술 가운데 컨텐츠에 대한 접근 및 변경 등에 관련한 권리 사항을 표현하는 것과 관련하여 권리 표현 언어를 표준화하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 권리 표현 언어의 구조 등에 대하여 알아보고 관련 표준화 동향을 알아보고자 한다.

The purpose of the study was to find out the effect of early childhood teachers' perception of young children's right and teachers' right on their implementation of respect for young children's right. For this, a questionnaire survey was conducted on 355 early childhood teachers working at early childhood education institutions in the Seoul metropolitan area. Collected data were analyzed with Pearson's correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 24.0. As a result, the higher the level of early childhood teachers' perception on young children's right and teachers' right, the higher the level of their implementation of respect for young children's right. In addition, early childhood teachers' perception of young children's right and teachers' right were found to be predictable variables on their implementation of respect for young children's right. Based on the results, we suggest a need to enhance early childhood teachers' perception not only on young children's right but also on teachers' right to enhance their implementation of respect for young children's right.

인터넷의 발달은 전통적인 자연 발생적인 시장에 의한 상거래를, 기술에 의한 안전하면서 세계 시장을 쉽게 접근할 수 있는 전자상거래 구조를 제공하고 있다. 현재 전자상거래의 대상은 실물에 대한 상거래와 디지털 컨텐츠에 대한 상거래로 크게 분류할 수 있으며, 실물에 대한 상거래는 전통적 상거래 방식이 컴퓨터로 바뀐 상황이라고 볼 때, 디지털컨텐츠에 대한 상거래 즉, D-Commerce에 대한 상거래의 개념이 도래하고 있다. 디지털 컨텐츠의 상거래에 필요한 요소 기술에 대한 연구, 그리고 특히 새로운 유통 비즈니스 모델에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 디지털 컨텐츠는 생성, 가공, 유통, 분배 둥의 측면에서 많은 장점을 갖는 반면, 복사를 여러 번해도 원본의 품질에 손상 없이 쉽게 복사 될 수 있다는 것이 디지털 저작권 보호에 커다란 문제점으로 대두되고 있다. 디지털 저작권권리(Digital Rights Management: DRM)은 디지털 콘텐츠의 보호와 적절한 유통체계를 설립하여 안전하게 상거래를 할 수 있게 하기 위한 새로운 기술이다. XrML은 권리(Right)를 명시하는 언어로써 디지털 컨텐츠와 그에 따른 서비스들을 사용할 수 있는 권리와 조건들을 명시해준다. XrML은 현재 디지털 저작권권리(Digital Rights Management: DRM)에 가장 많이 쓰이고 있는 Rights Language이다. XrML은 ContentGuard가 개발한 DRM 서술 언어로 전 세계 산업계 표준으로 추진하기 위하여 파트너 회사 확대, 기능 확장, 무료/공개 형식으로 보급을 추진하고 있다.

The purpose of the present study was to verify the relationship between the nursing teachers' perception of infant rights and infant care service. The scale for infant rights consisted of 40 items based on the U.N. convention on the rights of the child and infant care service was measured with 40 items regarding respect of daily life, respect of autonomy, respect of opinion, respect of individualism, and provision of information. The study participants were 489 nursing teachers working at child care centers. According to the nursing teachers' perception of infant rights, the right of survival was highest, followed by the right of protection, the right of development, and the right of participation. The main study results showed that the rights of development and participation were meaningful in predicting various infant care services, but the right of survival was not. This study implies that the difference of nursing teachers' perception on the various types of different infant rights can affect various infant care services.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors affecting the rights guarantee of people with mental illness among mental care facility workers. The subjects of this study were 132 mental care facility workers, and the research tools were rights and protection-related characteristics, rights recognition, and rights guarantee. The data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and multiple linear regression using the SPSS/WIN 24.0 program. The result showed that the difference in rights guarantee relating to general characteristics were significant differences in religion. There were significant positive correlations among rights recognition and rights guarantee. The factors influencing the rights guarantee were rights recognition, recognizing the need to advocate rights, and religion. Based on the research results, it is necessary to improve recognition and actively advocate rights through continuous education in order to strengthen the rights guarantee of people with mental illness. Enhancement of rights guarantee will help people with mental disorder recover.

인터넷의 발달은 개인정보의 디지털화를 가속화 시켰으며, 이로 인한 프라이버시 문제점을 야기 시켰다. 그 중 대표적으로 사생활 침해 문제가 대두되었으며 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 전 세계적으로 개인의 데이터를 자신이 삭제 할 수 있는 권리인 '잊혀질 권리'에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 '잊혀질 권리'를 지원하기 위한 기술적 요구사항과 이를 지원 할 수 있는 대응 기술 현황에 대해 알아본다.

Various types of protection technologies have been developed for protecting copyrights of digital content and such technologies for protecting the digital broadcasting content as CAS, DRM have been introduced to the broadcasting industry. However, current rapid development of digital home network systems lets customers share digital content among home appliances, leading to the increasing needs for achieving interoperability among content protection technologies. This paper investigates previous research on interoperability among heterogeneous rights control informations by using MPEG-21 REL and then introduces a new approach to guarantee interoperability of rights control information.

IDPF, which builds formats and copyright protection standards of eBooks, has announced ePUB 3.0 as a technical standard of eBooks in October, 2011. This standard includes methods how to represent eBooks and technical specifications to protect eBook content. While technical specifications for content protection describe how to represent encryption and digital signature techniques, they do not identify any technical standards for rights expression but just file names for storages of rights information. It does not provide any unification of copyright information representation and formats used by eBook service companies. When copyright protection techniques for eBooks are used, comparability among eBook readers cannot be expected, even though there is a standard of ePUB. This study suggests a method to maintain compatibility toward eBook DRM by using unified rights information process under circumstances where different eBook service companies use diverse methods. The standard reference software of the model proposed in this study, together with other results of this study, will be offered as a registered open software.
