블록체인은 보안성과 탈중앙화를 동시에 제공하는 자료구조 중 하나로, 데이터를 중앙 서버가 아닌 모든 참여자들이 동등한 위치에서 관리할 수 있기 때문에 데이터를 투명하고 신뢰성 있게 관리할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 자율주행 자동차의 차량정보, 주행 중 생성되는 데이터를 블록체인에 저장하여 차량상태, 차량경로 등을 실시간으로 모니터링할 수 있으며 생성 데이터의 권리 보장, 보안성 강화를 위한 이더리움기반 Dapp을 개발한다.

Privacy means the right not to interfere with the private life of an individual. Bio data is the most private personal information about the person itself, and according to advancement of technology, it is possible to analyze and judge individual as well as identify individual. The Personal Information Protection Act is based on global privacy principles, but the legislation for the protection of bio information has yet to be enacted. Therefore, it is time to protect biometric data as more sensitive information than general personal information. We will review the global privacy discussions for protecting biometric information and propose additional privacy principles and measures for utilization that should be defined in the biometric information protection guideline.

The study of the compatibility of EPUB DRM, granted by the Korea Copyright Commission, as a CT R & D project (Project Title: The Development of the standard reference software technology for International Standard EPUB-based eBook DRM) developed standards such as profile standards for encryption digital signature and authentication certificates and standards for technical terms of rights information. In 2012, these four standards have been established as the Korean Industrial Standards under the names of 'Encryption specification for EPUB DRM,' 'the Digital signature specification for EPUB DRM,' 'the Certificate specification for EPUB DRM,' and 'Definitions of Right Terms for EPUB DRM' through the ODPF(Open Digital Standardization Forum) and the TTA(Telecommunications Technology Association). The research project also proposed standards of ebook DRM license protocols in order for the four standards to practically apply to ebook DRM compatibility. It is necessary for technology standards to require a compatibility standard test process for testing whether implementations which were developed on the basis of the standard specification, comply with standards. This study suggests an automated compatible standard test method and a test model under the ebook DRM standard technical specification.

The existing cadastral record cannot meet various and changing demands on land information, improve user convenience, and raise administrative efficiency. In addition, three-dimensional parcels, or spatial objects about three-dimensional space cannot be registered in the conventional cadastral record. The limitation of cadastral information based on two dimensions is quite stressing the necessity of three-dimensional cadastral record. The purpose of this study is to develop new limns of cadastral record model in order. In register three-dimensional positions and right relations of land and buildings. This study examined land cases where space was being three-dimensionally used. As the result, cadastral record models both separated by steps and integrated were developed, which can contain matters of land, buildings, and right registration about three-dimensional land parcels. Also, this study suggested a method where a building can be separately registered according to it's the superficies division.

The Preferred Right that recognized in Housing Lease Protection Act Article 8 Paragraph 1 is a legal security right. The case of a small tenant whose security deposit is less than a specific sum of money to lease housing, he can get preferential payment about his a specific sum of money of security deposit in an auction procedure. Like this the Preferred Right can protect the homeless commoner also it ignores the existing legal system. But the Preferred Right has the right function that contribute to stability of homeless people's housing, on the other hand, it has the adverse function that damages to several interested parties in an auction procedure by using legal preferential protection. So, about these problems, the improvement way will propose in this study.

Capitalism of altitude in modern society has brought a brilliant development of human civilization. But there is a side effect of capitalism. It is just such as alienation of labor, polarization. The need to consider the worker's equal rights to share profits of private companies in the first Korean Constitution of 1948 is to mitigate the adverse effects of this capitalism. It is considered that the present government aims at "economic democracy" slogan and also be matched. The worker's equal rights to share profits of private companies means the distribution rights of workers to receive excess profits of the company. The review of these worker's equal rights to share profits of private companies is thought very meaningful.

For the usage of the different standard technology among DRM vendors, the DRM technologies in today could not guarantee the interoperability between the digital contents and digital devices. While users have been guaranteed the protection of contents, they have to put up with the limitation and inconvenience. The Superdistribution methods that InterTrust has proposed is the content distribution technology which is possible to use the content only by the user authentication with the license regardless of the acquisition of the DRM contents. However, it need a additional license with re-authentication from DRM server when the original contents need to be moved to other devices from the own device. In this paper, to reduce the inconveniences of re-authentication and re-issue procedures of the license and continually to protect the rights of contents on the offline, we propose the DRM system that creates domain between home devices and enable users to freely transfer contents with the domain.

Rights process problem was stated among actors that participated in digital contents distribution while it was various type of digital content service. In order to solve it, It was expressed conceptual and technical elements by reflecting a system. Among them, the interoperability of metadata became a important issue. As for the metadata for contents service, necessity about standardization is stated as a basic framework composing a service system. This paper proposed the metadata element which focus on the rights process that is being a key factor of a DRM(Digital Right Management) system for digital comics contents service. Therefore, it was verified by using Context Model of MPEG-21 RDD with interoperability between metadata elements which developed a XML format and the existing MPEG-21 RDD elements. The study results will become basic materials in the system design that considered metadata element development and interoperability of digital contents of other field

This study is to examine some legal problems of cyber trade transactions and to suggest some policy implications to vitalize cyber trade by internet accomplishes electronic business from all process integration of production, marketing and customer service. However, there are some legal problems for the electronic commerce to be used in international trade activities such as trade contract transport documents and payment systems by internet. First international trade rules have to be legislated so that electronic documents has same legal function like traditional documents. Also electronic signature must has authenticity, integrity, non-repudiation, writing and confidentiality. Second, traditionally international payment systems such as letters of credits, remittance, documentary collections and open account have been operated as an important and popular method of payment. In the modern world of electronic commerce, information technology has made it possible to pay for the sale of goods and services over the internet. The payment methods such as Credit Card, Debit Card, Electronic Cash, Electronic Fund Transfers enable partly sellers, buyers and service providers to settle payment electronically through the internet. To settle the problems of payment systems, the security requirements for safe electronic Payments such as authenticity, integrity, non-repudiation have to be guaranteed. Also, electronic data interchange in transport documents has to be adopted and negotiability of electronic bills of lading has to be guaranteed. Electronic payment systems through SWIFT enable the sellers and the buyers to conduct and settle international business-to-business electronic commerce in case of solving the above problems and harmonizing the Bolero project.

It has been criticized that the right of reproduction and right of communication to the public in the Copyrigt Act of Korea, which was amended in the year of 2000 in line with new environments around digital networks, limited the limitation to author’s property right in private use and library exemption too much. Solving the problem above, this study analyzes comparatively WCT, Amended Proposal for a Directive on Copyright and Related Rights in the Information Society, Copyright Law of the United States of America, Copyright Amendment(Digital Agenda), and Copyright Act of Korea. Based on the results from related case analyses and a survey on how stakeholders view copyright issue, in addition, this study presents a reasonable way of limiting rights of reproduction and rights of communication to the public.
