The purpose of this study is to design metadata for management and sharing of Yeogu data produced in the ecological field. Specifically, metadata is designed based on DCAT, which is designed to facilitate interoperability between data catalogs published on the web. In addition, ABCD, Darwin Core, and EML were analyzed and applied to metadata design to reflect the characteristics of the ecological field. As a result of the research, a total of 51 metadata elements were derived for managing research data in the ecological field, and 6 essential elements, 23 recommended elements, and 22 optional elements were included. The results of this study can be used to design a DB when building a research data management and sharing system based on metadata elements, and to suggest a metadata exchange format when linking with other systems.

The aim of this review is to introduce about the issue of benzocaine and methemoglobinemia. Through blocking the pain during dental treatment, fear and anxiety of patients will be reduced. Thus, anesthetic agent containing benzocaine is commonly used while controlling the pain of patients during treatment. However, on May 28, 2018, the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety reported a medication safety report about restricting the use of benzocaine-containing agents in infants under 24 months and children. Also, they recommended a cautious use to adolescents and adults to prevent methemoglobinemia (MHb). This report was published due to an advice from Food and Drug Administration (FDA) on May 23, 2018. When using agents containing benzocaine, dentists must consider the probability of MHb and prepare for early diagnosis and appropriate action. Since 1930s, methylene blue is known to cure MHb patients. Therefore, the proper use of methylene blue for emergencies and diagnosis methods for early diagnosis of MHb should be familiar to dentists planning for the use of topical anesthetic agents. Dentists should be trained for emergency situation of MHb caused by the use of benzocaine.

In adaptive designs important components of clinical trials may be changed based on the results of interim analysis. Several international guidelines point out that such interim analysis should be performed by independent experts who do not participate in clinical trials when adaptive designs are used in therapeutic confirmatory clinical trials, and if not, it may cause bias. The international guidelines recommend the establishment of independent data monitoring committee for conducting interim analysis independently.

최근, 지난 2009년 설비제공제도 개선에도 불구하고 여전히 병목설비가 해소되지 않았다는 문제점이 제기되었고, FTTx(Fiber to the x) 기술 보급 확대로 가입자망이 고도화되고 있는 현시점에서, 광케이블의 개방에 대해 재검토가 필요하다고 생각된다. 따라서, 본고에서는 서유럽 국가 및 미국, 일본의 광가입자망 개방에 대한 동향을 살펴보고 국내 설비제공제도 정책에 주는 시사점을 살펴보고자 한다. 유럽은 SMP(Significant Market Power) 사업자에게 NGA(Next Generation Access Network) 구축에 필요한 물리적 망 요소 제공 의무를 권고하는데, 기존의 동선 개방 규제에서 벗어나 광가입자망(FTTx)의 개방(광회선 및 광케이블)까지 명시하고 있다. 미국은 광가입자망 개방을 의무화하지 않고 있는데, 이는 광가입자망 개방 시 투자유인 저해를 보완할 수 있는 제도적 장치가 반드시 필요함을 시사한다. 일본의 사례를 살펴볼 때, 국내에서도 설비제공제도뿐만 아니라 가입자선로 공동활용제도를 통해서 광회선을 개방하는 방식도 검토되어야 함을 시사하고 있다.

B-ISDN에서 교환 노드로서 동작하게 될 ATM 교환 시스템은 사용자 단말이 ITU-T 신호 권고안을 사용하는 단말과 ATM Forum 신호규격을 사용하는 단말이 공존할 수 있다는 전제하에 모든 신호 프로토콜을 다 수용할 수 있는 호/연결 제어 소프트웨어가 요구된다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 ITU-T 신호 프로토콜과 ATM Forum 신호 프로토콜에 대하여 신호 메세지, 정보 요소, 신호 능력을 비교 검토하여 정리하였다. 이 비교 검토 결과에 따라서 ITU-T 1.2931, 1.2971, ATM Forum UNI3.1 신호 프로토콜을 처리하는 기능 블럭과 UNI4.0 신호프로토콜을 처리하는 기능 블럭을 분리하여 신호 프로토콜을 처리하도록 가입자 호/연결 제어 소프트웨어를 구현하였다.

웹 서비스가 현재 산업에서 주요한 분산 컴퓨팅 기술로 대두되면서, 그에 따른 연구가 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 특히, 비즈니스 프로세스 관점에서 BPEL4WS (Business Process Execution Language for Web Services)와 같은 오케스트레이션의 연구가 많이 이루어지고 있다. 또한, 웹 서비스의 주요 구성 요소중에 하나인 코리오크래피에 대한 부분은 W3C (World Wide Web Consortium)에서 현재 후보 권고안 수준인 WS-CDL (Web Services Choreography Description Language) 관련 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 이런 가운데 DERI (Digital Enterprise Research Institute)에서 WSMX (Web Services Execution Environment) 기반의 시맨틱 웹 서비스 분야의 코리오 그래피 연구를 시작하였고, 코리오그래피 불일치 (Mismatch)를 개념적으로 해결하는 방안인 프로세스 미디에이션 (Process Mediation)의 연구가 있었다. 이러한 연구들을 바탕으로 서로 다른 WS-CDL 상에서 특정 참여자가 코리오그래피 미디에이션을 하기위해서 개발된 XML 언어 WS-CML (Web Services Choreography Mediation Language)을 본 논문에서 제안한다.

본 연구에서는 전자문서 생성과 보관을 위한 전자자원 형식을 설정할 때 필요한 고려사항을 제안하였다. 이는 전자정부구현을 통한 국가정보와 지식의 공유환경 개발에 기본 요체이다. 조사결과, 국가전자문서 형식은 활용을 위한 기준과 보존을 위한 기준으로 구분된다. 전자의 경우, 고려사항은 문서 변환과 문서 암호화, 데이터 객체 관리, 색인 생성, 워터마크, 국가 XML과 연동하는 표준 데이터기술, 메타데이터 관리 등이 포함된다. 후자의 경우, 고려 사항은 문서 암호화와 디지털 저작물 관리요소, 파일 사이즈(압축 효율) 등이 포함된다. 활용과 보존적 측면에서 공동으로 고려할 것은 행정자치부에서 권고하는 행정기관의 전자문서시스템 규격${\lrcorner}$ , ${\ulcorner}$행정기관간 전자문서유통 표준${\lrcorner}$ , ${\ulcorner}$전자문서시스템과 행정정보시스템간 연계표준${\lrcorner}$ 이다.

관개방제 기술의 변수 및 효력예측을 위한 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션 프로그램이 유화/산화액적의 부착율, 유충의 추계적 난보운동 및 무작위 농약흡수 이론을 이용하여 개발되었다. 시뮬레이션 결과는 밤나방 유충, Spodaptera frugiperda (J.E. Smith) (Lepidoptera : Noctuidae)을 이용한 방제효력 실험결과와 비교하였다. 이론치와 실험치는 서로 일치되었다. 방제율은 농약유효성분량이 증가함에 따라 증가하였으며 크로포(chlorpyrifos) 약제의 표준 권고량인 670g[AI]/ha에서 완전방제가 예상되었다. 유화액적(emulsion)은 상대적으로 직경이 큰 산화액적(dispersion) 보다 작물잎 표면에 부착이 어려워 낮은 방제율을 나타내었다. 액적직경이 방제효력에 미치는 영향은 목화작물에 대하여 낮은 약제량에서 뚜렷하게 나타났고, 그 영향은 약제량이 증가할수록 목화 및 옥수수 모두에서 저하되었다. 엽형계수는 작물의 엽상구조에 따른 액적의 부착 및 계류에 미치는 영향을 의미한다. 고찰된 관계방제기술의 영향요소에 대한 이해는 농약사용의 감소 및 효력의 증가에 중요한 역할을 한다.

Very various infusion by development of systems that is based on network is spread. Therefore, Evaluation Tool has been an active research area to reduce the risk from intrusion. On this thesis, during threat assesment, we have planned possible an equal-weight applied assesment and considering the characteristics of the organization an assesment which security factor's weight is variably applied to, and respective organizations to examine its security by itself in order to support the easy findings of the vulnerabilities on the management point of view, and to show the advices to practice.

It is very important how users query MM data and how the query results are presented in MMDB systems. Also, the query results are represented as the generalized form so as to be used in various applications. In this paper, we propose a generalized method for querying and presenting MM data by extending query language based on presentation elements of SMIUSMIL is W3C recommendation for synchronized MM presentation). Our system provides the query results for users as SMIL format in order to be used for various applications.
