  • 국가 4차 산업혁명의 성장 동력으로 데이터 경제가 주목받고 있으며, 현(現)산업계는 초연결, 초지능, 초융합 사회로 진보하고 있다. 이와 같은 환경에서는 산업군 간의 경계가 사라지고 전방위적인 상호 유기적인 복합 생태계를 구성하게 된다. 따라서 사이버 보안사고 발생 시 단순 데이터 탈취 정도에 국한되지 않고 안보, 생명, 국가 경제 등에 돌이킬 수 없는 손실을 끼칠 것으로 예상된다. 그러나 현재 사이버 보안의 각종 제도 및 법령 등은 중복·혼재되어 있거나 특정 산업군에 적용하기에는 일부 미흡한 요소도 존재한다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같은 문제점을 개선하고 전방위적인 보안거버넌스를 달성하기 위한 통합 사이버 보안 프레임워크 구축 방안을 제언한다.

Quality characteristics of Halal chicken sausages prepared with biji powder (비지 분말 첨가 Halal 계육 소시지의 조직감 및 항산화특성)

  • To meet the needs of Muslim consumers, sausages were prepared using Halal-certified chicken thighs and different amounts of biji powder (0, 20, 30, 40, and 50%), and then the properties of the sausages were compared. As the biji powder levels increased, both the moisture content and the pH of the sausages significantly decreased, whereas their fiber content increased. As the biji powder levels increased, the free radical scavenging effect (DPPH, ABTS) and water holding capacity also increased, and the textural properties also improved. When Muslim consumers evaluated the sensory attributes of the sausages prepared in this experiment and those currently on the market, the ones prepared in this experiment were preferred over the market products. Based on the above results, chicken sausage for Muslim consumers could be successfully produced, and their overall quality and antioxidant effects could be improved by the addition of biji powder (up to 30%).

  • 21세기에는 정보기술의 혁명적 발전과 함께 전쟁양상이 파격적으로 변화될 것으로 예측되며, 전력체계의 특성이 근본적으로 변화됨과 더불어 전쟁 패러다임이 획기적으로 변하고 있다. 특히, 정보과학기술을 이용한 정밀감시, 통제, 타격 복합체계의 구축이 군사력 발전의 근간이 되고 있으며, 앞으로 디지털, 인터넷, 생명공학, 나노기술 등을 복합적으로 활용하는 것이 전력체계의 중심 축이 될 것이다. 특히 전쟁 수행 방식 및 수단의 변혁과 군사패러다임의 보편적 변화추세에 능동적으로 대비하기 위하여 유선과 무선 그리고 근거리 무선 사이에 이음매 없는 통신망이 실현됨으로써 누구든지 어디서나 네트워크로부터 자신이 필요한 정보를 얻을 수 있는 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅을 민간분야에 활용하여 스마트 흠과 물류에 적용한 사례를 살펴보았다. 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅과 네트워크 기술은 21세기 변화될 형태의 전쟁을 수행하기 위해 국방 분야 적용이 필수적이며, 이를 통해 전술적인 감지$.$추적 능력의 차대 및 고도화된 전술 정보의 실시간 교환$.$공유, 전술부대의 커뮤니티 파워증대 효과를 가져 올 수 있다. 따라서 유비쿼터스 국방(u-Defense) 시대로 가기 위해 개발하여 적용 가능한 핵심 분야인 내장형 모바일 ad-hoc 네트워크 프로토콜, 무선 센서 네트워크, RFID(Radio Frequency Identification)를 활용한 유비쿼터스 군수지원 등을 제시하였다. 이러한 유비쿼터스 국방을 위하여 우선 비용 측면과 민간분야에 비해 훨씬 강화된 정보 보호 및 무기체계간 상호인증 환경을 고려해야 하며, 국방 정보화에 전력증강차원의 과감한 투자가 요구된다. 또한, 저 비용 고효율의 군사력을 구축해야할 것이며, 첨단 정보체계 건설을 주도할 수 있는 정보 인력을 양성하여, 장기적으로 종합적인 발전계획을 수립하고 국방 정보 체계를 효율적으로 구축하면 군 전력향상에 획기적으로 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

  • Most of the Internet users in Korea are issued certificates and use them for various tasks. For this reason, it is recommended that accredited certification authorities and security related companies and use public certificates on USB memory and portable storage devices rather than on the user's desktop. Despite these efforts, the hacking of the certificate has been continuously occurring and the financial damage has been continuing. Also, for security reasons, our military has disabled USB to general military users. Therefore, this study proposes a two-factor method using the unique information of the USB memory and the PC which is owned by the user, and suggests a method of managing the private key file secure to the general user. Furthermore, it will be applied to national defense to contribute to the prevention of important data and prevention of access by unauthorized persons.

The Evaluation of Effectiveness of Green Management Accreditation for Hospitals (의료기관의 녹색경영인증기준에 대한 유효성 평가)

  • We sought to derive an overall strategy for green business certification of medical institutions and to propose the improvement directions for green management evaluation systems through applying the criteria to medical institutions. A self-assessment survey was conducted at 44 targeted hospitals across the country, and the 2012 green management evaluation criteria for healthcare services were used as assessment tools. As a result, only 11 of the 44 hospitals were eligible for green business certification. By type, hospitals with more than 400 beds, hospitals in Seoul and the Gyeonggi area (${\geq}$ 400 beds) and private hospitals (${\geq}$ 400 beds) received relatively high scores. In an analysis of the mean score, only the difference between the hospitals with ${\geq}$ 400 beds and < 400 beds was statistically significant. When we analyzed the interviews of the hospitals with lower scores, it is important to change the awareness of executives and employees, to establish vision/strategy/objective, to promote relatively small-scale activities, and to establish long-term plans. To improve green management evaluation systems, it is necessary to reset the assessment area, to control scoring and weights, to create certification grades, and to adjust additional points.

  • Interworking Web Application to share the resource between Battlefield Management Systems(BMS) is critical issues for accomplishment of information superior. However, authentication system of BMS differ from each other because of having the independent plan for system build. This problem causes inefficiency such as the information insufficiency owing to not share web application and the need of additional laptops. To solve the problem, in this paper, we propose the improved certificate acquisition and verification algorithm for the user of different BMS. By testing the proposed algorithm appling to the real field, we verify the performance of proposed method.

  • Recently, with the development of mobile techniques and the consideration to conveniency of using, the research on Mobile RFID Reader technique is getting more and more attentions. Until now, all security authentication algorithms of RFID are algorithms about range between Tag and Reader. The range between Reader and backend DB is composed by wired networks, so it's supposed to be secure range. But it must be taken account of the problem of information security and privacy in wireless range during the design of Mobile RFID Reader. In this paper we design an blind signature scheme based on weil-paring finite group's ECC encryption scheme, and by using this blind signature we propose the anonymous authorization scheme to Mobile RFID Reader's users.

  • WPP protocol based a Credit card payment in mobile Internet uses WTLS which is security protocol of WAP. WTLS can't provide End­to­End security in network. In this paper, we propose a protocol both independent in mobile Internet platform and allow a security between user and VASP using Mobile Gateway in AIP. In particular, our proposed protocol is suitable in mobile Internet, since session key for authentication and initial payment process is generated using Weil Diffie­Hellman key exchange method that use additive group algorithm on elliptic curve.

  • For the past few years, personal information breach incidents, great and small, occurred constantly. Accordingly, the Personal Information Protection related Ordinances are enacted and amended persistently, and the information security products also keep advancing and developing in the same way. There are the certification systems such as Common Criteria Evaluation and Validation(CC) and Korea Cryptographic Module Validation Program(KCMVP) for the information security products. These are also strictly carried out. This paper analyzes and categorizes the 5 Personal Information Protection related Ordinances in the aspects of technical protection measures by using key words. Here are the 5 related ordinances; 'the Personal Information Protection Act', 'the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc', 'the Act on the Protection, Use, Etc, of Location Information', 'the Use and Protection of Credit Information Act', and 'the Electronic Financial Transactions Act.' Moreover, this study analyzes the association between the technical protection measures in the 5 relevant laws and the information security products that are obtaining the CC Evaluation & Validation(CC) and the products that are now produced at KISIA's member companies.

  • This paper presents the results of Ka band qualification model multiplexers for COMS Payload to be launched in 2008. These are the input and output multiplexers of the satellite transponder to use available frequency resources effectively and the diplexer of the satellite antenna to use the same reflector for both transmitting and receiving frequency bands, respectively. The input multiplexer with four frequency channels has four(4) independent channel filters which consist of an 8-pole elliptic band-pass filter for high frequency selectivity and a 2-pole equalizer for group delay equalization. For low insertion loss, mass and volume reduction, manifold type os employed for output multiplexer. E-plane T-junction is used for either splitting or combining a frequency band into two sub-bands. Asymmetric inductive irises are used to tune the receiving filter easily. The electrical performance and environmental test such as vibration test, mechanical shock test, thermal vacuum test and EMC test are performed and the results of all qualification model multiplexers are compliant to the requirement of each multiplexer. Followed by this qualification, the flight model equipment will be developed.
