국군인쇄창(창장 김도필)은 국내 공공기관 최초로 국제인쇄표준기관 인증(ISO 12647-2, G7-master)을 획득하고 지난 1월 23일 G7마스터 현판식을 개최했다. 이날 행사에는 국방부 및 3군 인쇄업무 관련부서 담당관과 유관기관 관련자가 대거 참석해 행사를 축하했다. 또한 조세프 파지(Joseph Fazzi) 미국 Idealliance협회 총괄 대표와 스티브 스마일리(Steve smiley) 국제인쇄 컨설턴트가 인쇄창을 직접 방문해 국제표준인증기관(G7-master) 증서를 직접 수여함으로써 행사의 의의를 더했다.

우리 군은 미래전을 대비하기 위해 각종 전술 응용정보체계의 막힘없는 전송과 통신망간 연동 요구를 충족시키고 미래 전장을 주도할 통신체계 구축을 목표로 전술정보통신체계(TICN) 개발을 추진 중이다. Ad-hoc 네트워크 기술을 사용하는 전술정보통신체계의 부체계인 전투무선체계는 전장 환경에서 운영되는 특수성으로 인해 기존의 전통적인 플랫한 Ad-hoc 네트워크와는 차별화된 계층형 Ad-hoc 네트워크 구조를 가진다. 또한 Ad-hoc 네트워크를 운용하는 환경이 보안성이 극도로 요구되는 전장 환경임을 고려할 때 군 작전의 성공적인 목표 달성을 위한 보안대책은 반드시 필요하다. 특히 전장상황 하에서 유통될 각종 민감 정보들에 대한 기밀성, 무결성 등을 보장하기 위해 정당한 권한을 가진 노드들만이 네트워크에 참여할 수 있는 보안 매커니즘이 적용되어야 하며, 이를 위해선 효율적인 키 관리 기법을 적용해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 비밀키, 노드위치, 해시인증 등의 정보를 이용한 3단계 인증절차 적용으로 Ad-hoc 네트워크 참여 노드의 인증을 강화하고, 통신환경에 따라 3가지 비밀키를 구분 사용하여 계층형 Ad-hoc 네트워크 구조에서 기밀성 보장을 강화하기 위한 키 관리 기법을 제안한다.

Our military's cyberspace is under constant threat from the enemy. These cyber threats are targeted at the information service assets held by the military, and securing the security of the organization's information service assets is critical. However, since Information assets can not be 100% selt-sufficient in any organization as well as the military, acquisition of information assets by the supply chain is an inevitable. Therefor, after reviewing supply chain protection measures to secure the safety of the military supply chain, we proposed a method for securing supply chain companies through the citation of partnership based on the validated trust model.

항공용 소프트웨어의 개발 및 인증은 현재까지 국내에서는 거의 경험이 없는 분야이다. 물론 각종 무인기 등의 개발사업을 통해 항공용 소프트웨어를 개발하고 시험한 사례는 다수 있으나, 체계적으로 개발 및 시험된 경우는 흔치 않다. 특히 유인기 분야에서는 거의 전무하다고 할 수 있다. KFP, KT-1, T-50 등의 군 사업을 통하여, 국외에서 개발된 소프트웨어에 대한 유지보수 경험 및 인력과, 이를 위한 체계가 구축되어 있는 정도라 할 수 있다. 이러한 상황에서, 이제는 항공용 소프트웨어를 국내에서 개발하고 시험, 인증할 수 있는 능력의 확보가 요구되고 있으며, 이는 국내 항공산업이 항공기 독자개발 능력 확보를 위해서는 필수적인 핵심기술이다. 이러한 기술력 확보를 위하여, 현재 항공용 소프트웨어 개발과 관련한 세계적인 흐름 및 최신의 기술동향을 파악하는 것이 무엇보다 필요하다. 항공선진국에서 이미 적용하지 않는 규격, 기술, 개발방식을 그대로 따라하는 과정을 거친다면, 경쟁력 확보는 요원한 일이기 때문이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 항공용 소프트웨어 인증을 위한 규격의 역사 및 종류와, 현재 주로 적용되고 있는 DO-178B에 대한 주요 내용 및 현안에 대하여 살펴보고, 소프트웨어 개발과 관련한 소프트웨어 툴, 모델기반 개발 방식 등 해외 선진업체 및 기관들의 최신 기술동향을 정리하였다.

The purpose of this study was to examine, among quality improvement (QI) department employees, the effects of perception of the healthcare accreditation on job stress and to identify factors affecting turnover intention. Research data was collected between 1 June and 15 June 2016. The sample included QI department employees who had participated in a healthcare accreditation survey. The collected data were analyzed to obtain frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation results, which were assessed by using Student's t-test, ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis. The scores for QI employees' perceptions of the healthcare accreditation, job stress, and turnover intention were 3.35, 3.66, and 3.32 of the perception by general characteristics. There were significant differences between scores according to gender, age, QI department section, position, and job satisfaction. In addition, job stress and turnover intention scores showed significant differences according to position, age, QI department section, and job satisfaction. A positive correlation was observed between healthcare perception and job stress, while turnover intention was negatively correlated with healthcare perception. The results indicate that the perception of healthcare accreditation positively affects job stress; in contrast, it decreases the number of people intending to change departments. Among the sample of lower level workers, the younger age workers who were employed for more than 10 years expressed lower satisfaction with their job, which indicates that they are affected by their notion of healthcare accreditation more than by other factors. Thus, in order to lessen work stress and employees' thoughts of leaving the department, the QI department should be encouraged to lessen job stress and provide various supports to the employees.

The DO-178C guide, which is referenced as the software development guide when a certification of the airworthiness in the commercial airplane is acquired by FAA in US, is recently referenced for the local military aircraft airworthiness. This indicates that when the auditor of the military aircraft airworthiness looks over the software development documents, the auditor reviews if all of the documents are verified in accordance with the DO-178C guide. However, when we developed the military aircraft intercom, We developed its control software in accordance with the CMMI level 3, since there were no requirements for the compliance of the DO-178C guide. Therefore, When we consider the airworthiness of this intercomm system, The analysis for how much the software development based on the CMMI level 3 is different from the DO-178C guide is needed to prepare the essential software documents additionally. Thus, This study analyzes the differences between CMMI level 3 and DO-178C guide and provides that which data on the CMMI level 3 is necessary for the compliance of the aircraft airworthiness comparing with the DO-178C. The analyzed result can be applied at the software development of the other military aircraft avionics equipment based on the CMMI model environment considering the compliance of the military aircraft airworthiness.

In 2021, Virgin Orbit converted a 747-400 aircraft into an air launch platform, and successfully launched it twice in February and July. Compared to the existing ground launch, interest in the air launch is increasing due to its great utility, such as its independence from the launch location or weather, cost reducing factor, shorter launch preparation time, and its benefit pursuant to altitude and speed. Additionally, as small satellites have similar performance to mid/large satellites in the past due to the miniaturization and precision of electronic equipment, small satellite launches are expected to dominate in the future. In this paper, institutional certification methods such as domestic, overseas, civilian and military airworthiness certification regulations/procedures are reviewed to ensure flight safety of aerial projectiles using large domestic civil aircraft, and applicable civil and military airworthiness certification technology standards are reviewed and analyzed. Additionally, we will review and suggest effective airworthiness certification application plans that reflect the reality, and present airworthiness certification standards (draft) for aerial launch vehicles, by analyzing applicable airworthiness certification technical standards when remodeling aerial launch vehicles.

국제 공통평가기준(CC)은 정보보호제품의 개발·평가·사용을 위한 ISO 15048 국제 표준이다. 국제 공통평가기준의 제 2부 보안기능 요구사항은 정보보호제품의 보안 기능을 11개 클래스로 분류하였고 13개국 인증제품 상호승인 협정(MRA)에 의하여 교차 사용이 가능한 평가된 보안제품을 해설할 수 있는 공통언어로써 사용할 수 있다 보호프로파일(PP)은 특정형태의 제품군의 지녀야 할 보안 목적을 사용자 그룹에서 요구한 명세서이다. 보호프로파일은 제품군의 운영환영, 위협요소를 분석하고 보안기능 요구사항의 부분 집합들을 모아서 제품군이 목표로 하는 보안 목적들을 주장할 수 있다.

충남에서 3대에 걸쳐 51년간 산란계를 전문적으로 사육하는 양계농장이 있다. 74만수 규모로 세계에서 손꼽힐 만큼 최신자동화 시설과 사양관리에 대한 노하우를 축적한 농업회사법인(유)금강L.F(금강 Layer Farms)가 그곳이다. 충남 연기군에서 오랫동안 금강농장으로 운영해왔고, 금년에 논산에서 새 둥지를 틀어 지난 10월에 HACCP 인증을 받는 등 양계사육농장의 친환경화를 고수하는 이양의 사장을 만나보았다.
