The object of this study is to show the international safety school operating characteristics certified by Community Safety Promotion Cooperation Center affiliated to the WHO to strengthen safety training course and create safe training environment in accordance with the importance of recently the safety education for students and safe environment in the school education course. It draw the kind of education program to prevent accidents in the elementary and middle school students because of analyzing student safety education program. It also suggest operation characteristics which were divided into physical environment and crime prevention environment.

한국천문학회는 한국천문올림피아드를 통해 영재를 발굴하고, 교육을 통해 천문학의 의미있는 성장을 기대하고 있다. 천문학은 우리 문명의 중요한 문화의 한 부분이며, 우리의 삶과 사고를 형성케하는 근본적인 학문으로 인식되고 있어, 천문올림피아드를 통한 영재 교육은 청소년들의 천문학과 천체물리학의 학교 교육 분야는 물론, 서로 다른 나라간의 국제 교류의 증진을 통해 괄목한 성장을 이루고 있다. 또한, 이를 통한 영재 교육은 우리 삶의 모든 부분과 관련된 주제와 특히 과학기술의 발달이 국가 경쟁력의 원천이 될 것 이라는 신념 때문에, 국내는 물론 국제적인 관심이 되었다. 천문올림피아드 3개의 국제대회, 국제천문올림피아드, 아시아 태평양 천문올림피아드, 국제 천문 및 천체물리올림피아드 참가자 24명을 대상으로 추적연구를 실시하였다. 천문올림피아드 참가 학생들의 개인변인, 가정변인, 학교변인을 알아보고, 천문올림피아드가 학생들에게 어떤 영향을 미쳤는지, 그들의 진로에 어떤 영향을 주었는지, 한국천문올림피아드가 과학영재 교육에 기여하고 있는지 추적연구를 수행하였다.

Recently, Korea has been established and operated International Schools manifesting to improve the nation's capacity of the foreign languages skill and to cultivate internationally trained professional manpower. In order to achieve the vision of a world-class educational organization, it has to be designed for the facility standards to meet the international accreditation standards. Therefore, the main purpose of this study is to research about basic resources through comparison of facility conditions between public schools in Korea and international accredited schools. By comparing those two different plan drawings are found the following things. First, Schools which established with International Accreditation Standard are prepared detailed criteria for the facility, Furthermore information about the furnishings included, in addition to specific equipments for classes are stated to be prepared. Secondly, it is more effective when special classrooms such as music and science are equipped with various spatial elements, enough educational equipment storage, teacher's study rooms, practical training rooms and student's activity rooms to support various teaching programs and learning efficiently. Lastly, there was a clear tendency that not only hardware but also software standards for the audiovisual room and library have been more enhanced to enable multidisciplinary educational approaches with the recent education training trend.

Recent accidents in school environment involving violence, and bullying indicate that school safety is exposed to a serious threat to community well-being. Such incidents come as big problem because various policies and programs have widely long been implemented in order to protect the school environment. Thus, it is critical for the local community and goverment to develop measures for prevention. However, some of the incidents are misrepresented because school environment still remains as one of the safest settings. The current study discusses successful case studies of education, policies and projects regarding school violence and safety that are enforced in many other nations. One of the most practical and concrete means of pursuing an improved level of school safety is for the local community to be actively involved in the process. And one of the key factors for the success of international programs was that it was very much an integrative approach involving a joint effort with the local communities, accompanying a strong tie between the school and its surrounding context.

개정 사학법의 내용은 학교법인의 기본권을 침해함은 물론 자유민주주의의 원리, 자유시장 경제질서의 원리에도 크게 위반된다. 개정 사학법은 사학의 자율성을 신장하고 교육의 국제경쟁력을 높이는 방향으로 반드시 재개정하지 않으면 안 된다.
