  • 서비스 지향 아키텍쳐(SOA: Service Oriented Architecture)는 기업의 모든 컴퓨팅 자원을 서비스제공 및 사용체계로 전환하게 함으로써, 복잡하고 다양한 시스템간의 유기적인 결합과 IT 자원의 활용율을 극대화시킬 수 있는 프레임워크이다. SOA 시스템을 구현하기에 가장 적합한 체계로써, 웹 서비스 표준이 제시되고 있는데, 이는 웹 서비스가 서비스 기술, 발견, 활용에 있어 SOA의 기본 사상을 충분히 반영하고 있기 때문이다. 웹 서비스의 현실적 적용을 위해 가장 중요한 요소는 웹 서비스의 품질보장이며, 이를 위해 OASIS 국제표준기구의 WSQM 기술위원회에서는 WSQM(Web Service Quality Model) 스펙을 제시하였다. WSQM은 웹 서비스 품질요소와 품질관계자, 그리고 그들간의 품질행위를 추상적 관점에서 모델링하고 있다. 여기서, 특히 품질요소는 웹 서비스의 품질 상태를 직접 표현한다는 측면에서 가장 중요한 항목이라 할 수 있다. 하지만, WSQM에서는 모델링에 중점을 두고 있으므로, 현실세계에서 웹 서비스 품질요소의 값을 구체적이고, 표준화된 형태로 표현하기 위해서는 웹서비스 품질기술언어와 같은 XML 형태의 정규화된 형태가 제시되어야한다. 본 논문에서는 이를 작성하기 위한 기본 개념과 이를 적용한 웹 서비스 품질기술언어의 구성항목에 대해 설명하고자 한다.

  • 연안에서 12해리 밖의 배타적 경제수역을 포함하는 공해에서의 해저지명은 기구나 국가에서 지명 심의 제안을 IHO 산하 해저지명소위원회(SCUFN)에 요청하여 채택이 되면 정식 국제해저지명으로 인정받게 되고 해도 및 각종 지명자료에도 활용된다. 해저지명은 종종 영유권 주장의 근거로 활용되기 때문에 공해를 탐사하고 해저지명을 제안하여 채택하는 것은 국가적 차원에서도 중요한 일이다. 국가간 갈등 및 지역간 갈등을 유발할 수 있는 지명에 대한 제안 양식이 존재하지만, 제안자의 자유 기입 측면이 강해서 지명의 제안과 승인 및 적용을 위한 데이터베이스 관리의 어려움이 존재한다. 또한 지명 제안의 근거가 되는 각종 과학적 자료의 보존과 활용에도 제약이 크다. 본 연구에서는 해저지명에 대한 표준 마련의 일환으로 현재의 해저지명 관리 현황을 분석하고 S-100 기반의 해저지명 데이터 모델을 구축하였으며 그 결과 지명 분류를 고려한 데이터 모델의 초안을 완성하였다.

  • 2015년 6월 MSC 95차 위원회에서 e-navigation 소프트웨어 품질 보증 가이드라인이 회람문서로 정식 등재되었다. 이 가이드라인은 소프트웨어 개발 라이프사이클에 따라 소프트웨어를 개발하며 필요한 품질 보증 절차 활동과 사용자의 요구를 만족시킬 수 있는 제품의 개발을 위한 인간중심설계 절차를 제시한다. 본 논문에서는 e-navigation 소프트웨어 품질보증 가이드라인을 심층분석하여 해양 임베디드 응용 소프트웨어 품질보증을 위한 사용성평가 시험절차 개발에 필요한 연관된 국제표준 및 기존 연구를 조사 분석 후 연구하였다.

  • Breast shooting performance management and quality control of the generator is applied to the amount of current IEC(International Electrotechnical Commission) 60601-2-45 tube voltage and tube current are based on standards that were proposed in the analysis of the test results were as follows. Tube voltage according to the value of the standard deviation by year of manufacture from 2001 to 2010 as a 42-3.15 showed the most significant, according to the year of manufacture by tube amperage value of the standard deviation to 6.38 in the pre-2000 showed the most significant, manufactured after 2011 the standard deviation of the devices, the PAE(Percent Average Error) was relatively low. This latest generation device was manufactured in the breast of the tube voltage and tube diagnosed shooting the correct amount of current to maintain the performance that can be seen. The results of this study as the basis for radiography diagnosed breast caused by using the device's performance and maintain quality control, so the current Food and Drug Administration "about the safety of diagnostic radiation generator rule" specified in the test cycle during three years of self-inspection radiation on a radiation generating device ensure safety and performance of the device using a coherent X-ray(constancy) by two ultimately able to keep the radiation dose to the public to reduce the expected effect is expected.

Aviation Safety Regulation and ICAO's Response to Emerging Issues (항공안전규제와 새로운 이슈에 대한 ICAO의 대응)

  • Aviation safety is the stage in which the risk of harm to persons or of property damage is reduced to, and maintained at or below, an acceptable level through a continuing process of hazard identification and risk management. Many accidents and incidents have been taking place since 2014, while there had been relatively safer skies before 2014. International civil aviation community has been exerting great efforts to deal with these emerging issues, thus enhancing and ensuring safety throughout the world over the years. The Preamble of the Chicago Convention emphasizes safety and order of international air transport, and so many Articles in the Convention are related to the safety. Furthermore, most of the Annexes to the Convention are International Standards and Recommended Practices pertaining to the safety. In particular, Annex 19, which was promulgated in Nov. 2013, dealing with safety management system. ICAO, as law-making body, has Air Navigation Commission, Council, Assembly to deliberate and make decisions regarding safety issues. It is also implementing USOAP and USAP to supervise safety functions of member States. After MH 370 disappeared in 2014, ICAO is developing Global Tracking System whereby there should be no loophole in tracking the location of aircraft anywhere in world with the information provided by many stakeholders concerned. MH 17 accident drove ICAO to install web-based repository where information relating to the operation in conflict zones is provided and shared. In addition, ICAO has been initiating various solutions to emerging issues such as ebola outbreak and operation under extreme meteorological conditions. Considering the necessity of protection and sharing of safety data and information to enhance safety level, ICAO is now suggesting enhanced provisions to do so, and getting feedback from member States. It has been observed that ICAO has been approaching issues towards problem-solving from four different dimensions. First regarding time, it analyses past experiences and best practices, and make solutions in short, mid and long terms. Second, from space perspective, ICAO covers States, region and the world as a whole. Third, regarding stakeholders it consults with and hear from as many entities as it could, including airlines, airports, community, consumers, manufacturers, air traffic control centers, air navigation service providers, industry and insurers. Last not but least, in terms of regulatory changes, it identifies best practices, guidance materials and provisions which could become standards and recommended practices.

  • LSO/IEC JTCI/SC24 is responsible for the development and maintenance of computer graphics standards. This subcommittee recognized the need to develop a new graphics standard, and launched a new project named PREMO which stands for Presentation Environment for Multimedia Objects. As the name implies, PREMO is intended to address not only graphics but also multiple media presentation using object concepts and a new formal description techniques. at the time of writhing this paper, Part 1 and Part 2 were in the stage of Committee Draft and Part 3 is a Working Draft. The Part 4 is at an earlier stage within ISO/IEC. This paper is to present the procedures and works taken to develop PREMO.

Current Status and Future Directions on the Management of the Korean Standards (KS): Woods, Pulp and Papers (목재 및 펄프·제지 분야 한국산업표준(KS)의 운영현황과 방향)

  • This study aims to review the standard operation status on wood, pulp and paper industry in Korea according to the industry standardization law which has been revised for strengthening expertise of relevant department and to propose a management strategy of Korean Standards (KS) in figure. Korea Forest Service (KFS) is the responsible department of managing KS on the wood, pulp and paper industry from 2015, and currently opertates three expert committees (wood and wooden construction, wood-based materials, pulp and paper) and wood and paper industry council to review 426 standards. To support an improvement of technical competency and securement of marketability of Korean wood industry, it is about time to review the standards and to develop practical standards since it is managed by specialized department. For this purpose, it is necessary to establish a systematic approach on the management of KS, based on thorough analysis of current KS. To remove possible technical barrier on trade due to the differences of standards between countries, the conformity with international standards is necessary. Also, for sustainability of standard management system, training specialists and building their capability is essential.

Proposal for Technical Review of Adult Arcade Game (성인용 아케이드게임 기술심의 제안)

  • Game Rating Board(GRB) of Korea set up in 29 October, 2006 has been 7th years and it will disappear in 23 November, 2013. For the first time the 'GRB' of Korea has the goal which held the nonofficial transfer of rating classification for game. But it had the justification which become more distant from the nonofficial transfer due to the affairs of 'See Story' in August, 2006. As a result, because of rapid normalization of game rating rather than the systematic transfer from 'Video Rating Board' of Korea cause no preparation of scientific professional rating review. It showed the entry-level appearance though stressing profession from the beginning of setup. Specially more transaction expense were increased because of no consistency and predictability for game review. However, it could be overcome by preparation for definite global standard and scientific rating system. Consequently technological possibility of BMM Korea based on 'Gaming Laboratory Institute(GLI)' standard expected to be alternative in the technical review of the adult arcade game.

  • The most important thing for the national GIS development is considered to be the standardization, especially the development of the standard coding scheme for the GIS features and attributes. The comparative study on those of the several international transfer standard is, therefore, very meaningful. In this paper we analyzed the features and attributes coding catalogue for the three different exchange standards; SDTS, DIGEST and SP-57. And also the new coding scheme is proposed as the unified standard frame to be used for all the GIS related application and the digital product.

Developing Data Exchange Standard between Roadside-device and Traffic Information Center in accordance with ISO 15784 (ISO 15784를 적용한 교통정보센터와 노변장치간 데이터 교환 표준 개발 _ AVI를 중심으로)

  • This study set out to developing data exchange standard between roadside device and traffic information center fitted in a domestic environment by applying international standard ISO 15784. First, we defined message basic concept of 'Dialog' and essential elements should be defined to define the standard message for securing system compatibility by reference ISO 14817 and ISO 14827 Part 1. For defining standard message items exchanged between AVI and traffic information center, we formed Working Group under ITS Standards Technical Committee and analyzed data flow for ITS National Architecture, Standard messages of existing standards, and AVI operation messages actually operated on roadside now. So, we extracted 14 functionally needed messages and defined 28 standard messages adopting 'Dialog' concept. In case of the application protocol for data exchange standards, we defined basic requirements for securing interoperability and interchangeability considering domestic environment by analyzing reference standard of ISO 15784.
