This study tries to investigate the factors influenced on the performance by top management team's(TMT's) international entrepreneurship(IE) and firm's capabilities(marketing capability and R&D capability) of Korean Ventures. The research model and hypothesis set that TMT's IE directly affect to the performance directly affects and TMT's IE indirectly affect to the performance through the capabilities(marketing capability and R&D capability) by research prior studies. To verify research model, 115 high-technology based Korean ventures survey to be as samples by structured questionnaires and the data is tested by SEM(structural equation modeling) analysis. The results of analysis are as follow. First, there was no relationship between TMT's IE and performance. Second, the IE positively affected to firm's capabilities(marketing capability and R&D capability). Third, firm's internal capabilities positively affected to performance. These results only few TMT's IE cannot sufficiently affect to performance but IE should be propagated to marketing and R&D departments and then firm's performance can improved. This study respect to provide a meaningful implication to globalization and performance of Korean Ventures.

The purpose of this study is to identify the trends of emotion-related mathematics education research conducted in Korea so far, and compare them with those of international studies, and explore the desirable directions for future emotion-related mathematics education research. Emotion-related domestic research was collected from domestic academic journals, analyzed, and then it was used as data for international comparative study. The findings of the Eligio(2017) were used as counterpart research data. This study compares the number of publications, research subjects and research topics of domestic and international studies on emotion. Findings indicate that it has generally shown similar patterns to international research although it was difficult to determine the trends due to the lack of the number of domestic studies. The future directions of domestic mathematics education research on emotion were proposed as follows. Since it is difficult to collect reasonable and reliable data on pure emotion due to the nature of emotion in mathematics education research, it is suggested to introduce the concept of emotional intelligence, which is the combination of emotion and cognition. Also, it was recommended to utilize the concept of meta-emotion for future study on emotion-related research.

국제전기통신연합(ITU)은 UN 산하 정보통신기술에 대한 전문 국제기구이다. 193개 회원국으로 구성된 국제전기통신연합은 산하에 전기통신표준화부문(ITU-T), 전기통신개발부문(ITU-D), 그리고 전파통신부문(ITU-R) 등 3개의 부문으로 구성되어 있다[1]. ITU-T는 역할과 임무에 따라 11개의 연구반 (SG, study group)으로 구성되며, 각 업무에 맞는 선두 그룹(Lead Study Group)을 지정하여 표준을 개발하고 있다. 정보보호 국제표준화는 ITU-T SG17(보안)에서 담당하고 있다. ITU-T 국제 표준화는 4년 주기의 연구회기(Study Period)로 연구반 구조를 조정하며, 표준화 방향도 결정된다. 이러한 표준화 방향을 결정하기 위한 회의가 2016년 튀니지에서 열린 WTSA-16 (World Telecommunication Standardization Assembly) 총회이다. 본 논문에서는 WTSA-16 총회에서 결정된 ITU-T SG17 의장단과 정보보호 국제표준화 활동과 관련된 WTSA-16 결의(Resolution)를 분석하고, 2017년 두 차례 SG17 회의에서 추진된 SG17 구조와 추가 의장단 구성을 포함하는 표준화 동향을 제시한다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of cash holdings on internationalization of listed manufacturing firms. We explore moderating effect of managerial ownership between cash holdings and internationalization of firms. We analysed cross-sectional data of 645 listed companies from 2000 to 2013 using the fixed effects estimation. Empirical results showed that the there was a positive significant relation between cash holdings and internationalization of firms This study also found that managerial ownership have a significant negative moderating effects in the pathway between cash holdings and internationalization Cash liquidities can be rapidly induced internationalization. Managerial ownership increase agency cost, therefore, it might have a negative effects on internationalization These results suggest that agency cost with cash holdings is very important for cash management.

지난번 김영삼대통령은 UN창립 50주년 특별연설에서 "한국은 세계아동의 질병퇴치에 기여하기 위해 UNDP(유엔개발계회)의 협조아래 한국내에 국제백신연구소(IVI:International Vaccine Institute)를 설립중에 있다."라고 언급한 바 있다. 이처럼 국제백신연구소는 우리나라 정부수립후 최초로 세워지는 국제기구란 점에서 정부에서도 굳은 의지로 적극 추진한 사업일 뿐만 아니라 세계적으로도 세계인류복지 증진에 기여함은 물론 생명공학 발전에도 크게 기여할 것으로 보아 주목받고 있는것이다. 1997년 말까지 서울대학 연구공원내에 완공될 국제백신연구소는 금년 1월 UNDP의 전문임원들이 한국에 도착하여 서울대학내 임시사무소를 설치하고 연구소의 건립과 기타 관련업무를 추진하고 있다. 이에 본지는 국제백신연구소 서울사무소 총 책임자인 신승일박사를 만나 UNDP의 계획하에 추진되고 있는 국제백신연구소의 설립배경과 목적, 역할 그리고 국제백신연구소가 인류에 미치는 영향에 대해서 들어보기로 한다.

정보보호 분야의 국제표준화는 각 기술들의 특성 및 사용자들의 관점 등을 고려하여, 다양한 국제표준화기구에서 국제표준개발 및 관련 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 즉, ITU-T SG17에서는 전기통신(Telecommunication) 관점에서 정보보호 응용기술들에 대한 국제표준화가 추진되고 있으며, ISO/IEC JTC1/SC27(정보보호), SC37(바이오인식)에서는 정보보호 원천기술들에 대한 국제표준화가, IETF Security Area에서는 인터넷 서비스의 품질 보장 및 향상된 인터넷 환경 구축을 위해 실제적인 구현 관점에서의 보안기술 국제표준화를 추진하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 ITU-T SG17에서 추진되고 있는 정보보호 국제표준화 이슈를 중점적으로 다루고자 하며, 이번 연구회기(’05${\sim}$’08) 동안에 논의되었던 주요 표준화 추진 결과와 차기 연구회기(’09${\sim}$’12)를 준비하기 위한 구조조정 결과 및 향후 표준화 추진방향 등을 제시하여, 향후 국내에서 ITU-T SG17에 활동하고자 하는 전문가들에게 유용한 자료를 제공하고자 한다.

국제전기통신연합(ITU)은 UN 산하 정보통신기술에 대한 전문 국제표준화기구이다. 193개 회원국, 약 900개 기업 및 아카데미아 멤버 등으로 구성되어 있으며, 산하에 전기통신표준화부문(ITU-T), 전기통신개발부문(ITU-D), 그리고 전파통신 부문(ITU-R) 등 3개의 부문으로 구성되어 있다[1]. ITU-T는 역할과 임무에 따라 11개의 연구반 (SG, study group)으로 구성되며, 각 업무에 맞는 선도 그룹(Lead Study Group)을 지정하여 국제표준을 개발하고 있다. 정보보호 국제표준은 ITU-T SG17(보안)에서 담당하고 있다[2]. ITU-T 국제표준화 조직은 4년 주기의 연구회기(Study Period)로 연구반 구조조정, 의장단 선출 및 표준화 추진 방향을 WTSA(World Telecommunication Standardization Assembly) 총회에서 결정한다. 2020년 11월에도 WTSA-20 총회가 개최될 예정이었으나, 코로나19로 총회가 2022.3월로 연기되었다. 본 논문에서는 WTSA-20 총회(2022.3.1.~3.9., 스위스 제네바)가 개최되어 신규 연구회기(2022.3~2024.12) 동안에 ITU-T SG17 의장단과 연구반 내에 구조조정 결과, 정보보호 관련 결의(Resolution)들의 개정 결과에 대해 살펴본다.

The more importance of international collaboration has increased, the more studies on statues of international collaboration are increasing. However, few studies have attempted to identify the international collaboration. This article aims at a multidirectional characterization of the international collaboration in the field of Computer Science by analysis of articles published in the SCOPUS database. We applied Probabilistic Affinity Index(PAI) and Indicator of Collaboration Strength(ICS) for measuring the intensity of scientific collaboration among countries, and index of Incremental Citation Impact(ICI) for measuring the quality of international collaboration. These analyses identify the trends of international collaboration in the field of Computer Science and it's effect by nation.
