While there were posed arguments that social treatment to older persons should be based on the perspective of human rights turning into the 21st century, policy efforts to protect and promote the rights of older persons in international community have slowly proceeded. In this situation existing studies on the rights of older persons in the international perspective have been fragmented in their contents, lacking systematic overview of policy efforts to strengthen the rights of older persons in international community. This study aims to be the one that could be such a systematic study to overview international policy efforts to strengthen the rights of older persons through analyzing the background of posing the problem of the rights of older persons, problems in existing international norms for human rights applicable to older persons, and measures to strengthen the rights of older persons and controversial issues. Existing international norms on human rights that are Universal Declaration of Human Rights, international conventions on the rights in terms of area of rights and target population, and policy recommendations, are narrow in the scope of rights to be protected, and also lack legal force in their implementation. The international community has generally reached a consensus on strengthening the rights of older persons. However, there have been two different positions: strengthening existing norms on human rights versus creating a new convention on the rights of older persons. And also there have appeared many controversial points in both positions. Conclusively this study, arguing the creation of a new convention, suggests implications for Korean society and research studies.

The WTO was established in 1995 as an organization which protects and promotes free trade among its members. However, since about this time they have signed many bilateral and multilateral FTAs and joined many other new international agreements and organizations, the purpose of which at times overlaps with that of the WTO. Some existing works on international organizations contend that these FTAs and many other IOs could weaken the role of the WTO as a promoter of free trade. However, the results of regression analyses on the use of the WTO do not support this argument, but show that the experiences of WTO members in these FTAs and many other IOs help them to use its dispute settlement mechanism more frequently

The government announced a strategy for the world's leading science and technology from 2008 to 2012. South Korea government has committed 1.3 percent for joint research projects research among total budget. The goal of this paper is to find Strategy for international technological participating particularly EU. This paper consists of six chapters. Chapter 2 the status of international collaborative research participation of korean companies. Chapter 3 is the theoretical basic. Chapter 4 is research methods. Chapter 5 of this paper is presented EUREKA collaboration as core of this paper. Chapter 6 hat conclusions and policy proposals.

본 연구는 계량서지학적 측정을 통해 국내 문헌정보학자들의 연구동향을 규명하기 위하여, 국제적으로 가장 영향력 있는 사회과학분야 학술지에 대한 대표적인 인용색인 데이터베이스인 SSCI에 게재된 논문을 대상으로 다양한 관점, 즉 저자별, 주제별, 저널별. 출신학교별, 소속대학별, 연도별, 연령별, 핵심전공주제별, 핵심저자별 및 핵심저널별로 분석하였다. 본 연구는 향후 국내 문헌정보학의 국제화 및 이에 따른 연구방향을 제시하는데 유용할 것으로 본다.

국제교역량 증가에 따라 국제물류현장 또한 점차 고도화 되어 가고 있다. 현재의 교육과정은 산업현장에서 요구되는 역량을 갖춘 인재를 육성하기에는 한계점이 있다고 평가된다. 다수의 선행연구 및 전문가 자문을 바탕으로 국제물류인력의 기능을 정의하고 직무를 분석하였다. 포워더를 비롯한 국제물류인력에게 물류기획, 물류영업, 물류운영, 물류정보시스템 등의 핵심역량이 요구되지만 업종별, 경력별, 근무지별, 기업규모별로 우선순위에 차이가 있는 것으로 분석되었다.

해사산업분야에서 양성평등 정책과 여성참여확대는 국제적으로 중요성을 인정받고 있다. 전세계 다양한 국가에서 선박운항, 해운 및 해양 보안등의 분야에서 여성역할을 강조하고 있으며 이를 위한 정책 및 프로그램은 확대되고 있다. UN의 지속가능한발전 목표(SDG) 5번은 양성평등으로써 UN 산하 국제기구인 (IMO)에서도 이를 구현하기 위한 활발한 여성참여 국제정책을 확대하고 장려하고 있다. 이 연구에서는 국제적으로 인정을 받고 있는 여성단체(WIMA, WISTA)의 활동과 IMO에서 운영하는 해사분야 여성 참여 정책에 대한 동향을 제시한다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the components and to verify the relationship among internal marketing, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and turnover intention in international logistics firm. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, literature survey related to internal marketing, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and turnover intention was carried out and took an empirical analysis by the use of questionnaire method for employees in international logistics firm. The final results and conclusions are as follows; Internal marketing of international logistics firm was positively related to job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Internal marketing, Job satisfaction and organizational were negatively related to turnover intention. Through this results, to increase job satisfaction and organizational commitment, and to decrease turnover intention, it is necessary to concentrate on improving internal marketing strategy.

As world trade becomes more active and expansive, job mobility has progressed correspondingly in growth. In particular, high-skilled scientists (including advanced-degree holders) now possess the option of various occupational and residential mobilities. We explain the "brain drain" by using two empirical examples. One concerns the U.S. experience of foreign-born Ph.D holders living and working in the United States. The other pertains to the Korean experience, where Korean-origin and foreign-born experienced scientists are actively recruited by the government. We also explore the necessary conditions for recruiting and keeping advanced-skilled scientists, the attainment of which will result in strong future economic growth.

제17회 국제포장기자재전(코리아팩2012)이 오는 5월 22일부터 25일까지 4일간 고양시 킨텍스 제1전시장 2,3,4,5홀에서 열린다. 세계 23개국 650개 기업이 참가하는 올해 전시회에서는 국제포장기자재전, 국제물류기기전, 제약 화장품산업전, 국제의약품전, 국제연구 실험기자재 및 첨단분석장비전, 국제바이오환경산업전, 국제화학장치산업전 등 7개 전시회가 동시 개최된다. 국제포장기자재전은 월간포장(대표 백재민)과 경영전람(대표 김여수)이 1992년부터 개최하고 있는 전시회로 2004년부터 8년 연속으로 지식경제부 '브랜드전시회 및 유망전시회'로 선정됐다. 올해는 경기도 3대 대표 산업 전시회로 선정되기도 했다.

정보보호 분야의 국제표준화는 각 기술들의 특성 및 사용자들의 관점 등을 고려하여, 다양한 국제표준화기구에서 국제 표준개발 및 관련 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 즉, ITU-T SG17에서는 전기통신(Telecommunication) 관점에서 정보보호 응용기술들에 대한 국제표준화가 추진되고 있으며, ISO/IEC JTC1/SC27(정보보호), SC37(바이오인식)에서는 정보보호 원천 기술들에 대한 국제표준화와 IETF Security Area에서는 인터넷 서비스의 품질 보장 및 향상된 인터넷 환경 구축을 위해 실제적 구현 관점에서 국제표준화를 추진하고 있다. 또한, 아시아 지역에서는 각 국가 간에 정보보호 표준화 활동에 대한 정보공유 및 국제표준화 기구들에 대한 공동 대응을 위해 ASTAP, RAISS 포럼, CJK SWIS 등의 소규모 표준화 활동들이 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 대표적인 국제표준화 기구에서 이루어지고 있는 정보보호 표준화 현황 및 주요 이슈들에 대해 소개하고, 향후 추진방향 등을 제시하여, 국내에서 국제표준화기구에 활동하고자 하는 전문가들에 유용한 자료로 활용하고자 한다.
