국제수로기구(IHO)는 전자해도의 화면표현과 데이터 내용 표준화를 위해 각각 S-52, S-57 표준을 개발하였고 전자해도 시스템(Electronic Chart Display and Information System, ECDIS)과 같은 다수의 전자해도 관련 시스템들이 개발 및 활용되고 있다. 이러한 전자해도 관련 시스템은 S-52를 기반으로 전자해도 데이터를 화면에 표출하고 있으므로 화면에 표현된 결과가 어느 시스템에서나 동일하여야 하나, 실제로는 표준 준수 정도에 따라 화면상 표현결과가 상이한 문제가 발생하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 상용 전자해도 관련 프로그램과 국제 표준에 맞춰 자체적으로 개발한 전자해도 뷰어 프로그램을 이용하여 기존 시스템들의 전자해도 화면표현결과를 비교 및 분석하였다. 이에 대한 원인 항목을 특징별로 카테고리화하여 분류하여 분석 하였으며, 이를 통해 화면표현에 있어 일관성 있는 전자해도 시스템 수립을 위한 방안을 제시하였다.

국제해사기구(IMO) 권고에 따라 도입된 우리나라의 해양용 DGPS 기준국 구축과 국무총리 훈령에 의거 추진 중인 내륙용 DGPS 기준국의 운영현황 등을 기술하고 DGPS 기준국과 GPS 상시관측소간의 서로 다른 제원에 따른 후처리데이터의 신뢰도 품질체크를 TEQC 프로그램을 통해 비교 ${\cdot}$ 분석했다.

본회 사료기술연구소는 사료검정기관으로서 혹은 자가품질검사를 위한 성분분석을 위해 분석서비스를 회원사에 제공하는 분석기관으로서 분석능력에 대한 신뢰도 제고와 정도관리를 위한 여러 가지 실적을 대내외적으로 요청받고 있다. 검증된 결과와 신뢰도를 유지하기 위한 노력의 일환으로 국제 Check sample program에 참가하거나 국내외 기관이 참가하는 각종 비교분석프로그램을 주관하고 있다. 본고에서는 당 연구소가 주관 및 참가하는 Check sample program들과 국내외에 널리 알려진 FAPAS 프로그램을 간략히 소개하고 분석결과 평가방법을 비교하고자 한다.

본 연구에서는 터널조명 시스템에 대한 국제적 동향을 알아보기 위해 일본과 유럽의 터널조명 시스템에 대하여 자료를 수집하였다. 이러한 자료를 근거로 Lightscape 시뮬레이션 프로그램과 경제성 평가도구 WEELS를 이용하여 터널의 기본부를 조명하는 광원의 종류, 주간과 야간, 터널 설계속도 그리고 기구배열 방법에 따라 터널조명시스템에 대한 비교평가 연구를 진행하였다.

This study aims to investigate the current status of the operation system of the curriculum support extra-curricular program, focusing on the extra-curricular program operation system of other universities, and suggest the desirable operation system and performance management plan of the extra-curricular program in cultural education. To this end, the analysis of the extra-curricular program operation system of eight four-year universities in the Seoul metropolitan area was conducted on the existence of core competencies, computer systems and extra curricula program guides, credit-linked and mileage scholarship programs, and the analysis focused on the characteristics, merits and demerits of each university's operating system. It was also intended to propose the desirable operation system and performance management plan of the extra curricula program in liberal arts education, focusing on the operation system of the extra curricula program of E University and the corresponding performance management. Conclusion To operate the extra curricula program efficiently, the computer system and the extra curricula program guide, credit link and mileage scholarship system should be introduced. In addition, the analysis of the operation system of the curriculum support program of E University shows that E University operates systematically with the direction of operation of the core competency-based curriculum support extra-curricular program, and the performance management of the extra curricula program of E University is carried out through the EU-TQM System Integrated Management System.

본 논문에서는 경제의 글로벌화를 반영하는 세계적인 현상인 국제회계기준 채택에 대하여 회계 관련사항을 내재하고 있는 기업의 전사적 관리 소프트웨어인 국산 ERP 시스템에 대하여 세금처리의 투명성을 향상시킬 수 있는 방법론적 모델을 해외 ERP의 장점을 통하여 연구한다. 국제회계기준은 기업요소에서 가장 중요한 자본의 국제적인 이동이 기본적 사항으로 기업의 소재지에 대한 국가표시와 관계없이 재무제표의 정보가 투명하고 비교 가능하도록 국제적으로 단일한 회계기준이 사용을 요구한다. 이러한 환경 변화에 따라 국제회계기준(International Financial Reporting Standards: IFRS)의 필요성과 중요성이 확대되어지고 있으며 국제회계기준위원회(International Accounting Standards Board: IASB)의 영향력까지 강화되어지고 있다. 본 논문은 국제회계기준에 맞춘 회계처리 부분의 투명성 향상 모델을 연구하기 위하여 국내에서 많이 사용되고 있는 국산 ERP 소프트웨어 프로그램에 대하여 국제회계기준과 상반되는 현상을 유발하는 기준이 되는 부분을 상호 보완할 수 있는 해외 ERP 소프트웨어 프로그램을 기반으로 기업 시스템을 분석, 구현한다. 국산 ERP 시스템의 국제회계기준 처리와 관련된 단점은 송장의 수정, 삭제가 용이하며 수정, 삭제 후 이력이 남지 않는 부분이다. 이 부분은 국제회계기준에서는 신뢰성에 대한 중대한 문제를 유발하므로 외산 ERP패키지의 장점인 수정과 삭제 단계가 계층적이며 수정, 삭제를 하더라도 필수적으로 이력전체가 저장되는 시스템을 연구하며 특히 세금처리 부분이 상이한 점을 보완하기 위한 모듈을 추가한다. 수정, 삭제에 대한 이력관리는 담당자의 전문적 능력평가와 동시에 실수와 오류부분에 대한 통계를 통하여 관리의 향상성을 추구하여 투명성이 향상된 모델 구축에 활용할 수 있다.

This paper is a study on export support system that a small company can make the export performance early in the overseas market and also can enhance international marketing capabilities. The model is solved to operational problems of the conventional export support program, and it contained a further support action to complement the weakness of the program. We want to create a Smart-Platform(Export Power Double Plus-Platform: EPDP)that we can improve the export capability of SMEs in the short term. The model will be very useful to export support agencies as an integrated support platform that supports the international marketing of the korean SMEs. And added some case studies of SMEs in Daejeon city.

The purpose of this study was to examine the introduction of certification evaluation system for quality management of extracurricular program of Duksung Women's University. The research method was composed of two procedures, such as literature analysis and expert meetings. The contents of the study consisted of the accompanying conditions for the introduction of the certification evaluation system to implement the quality management of the extracurricular programs, which is operated in various ways in order to support the reinforcement of students' learning competencies at Duksung Women's University, according to a more formal level and a systematic flow. As a result of the study, the 「Regulations on the Evaluation of Extracurricular Program Certification」 is not only the main foundation for actualizing the link flow between continuous monitoring of extracurricular programs and annual performance evaluation, but also the common points for each university that is establishing the integrated management support system of comparative programs including Duksung Women's University.
