Seoul introduced the shared bicycle system, "Seoul Public Bike" in 2015 to help reduce traffic volume and air pollution. Hence, to solve various problems according to the supply and demand of the shared bicycle system, "Seoul Public Bike," several studies are being conducted. Most of the research is a strategic "Bicycle Rearrangement" in regard to the imbalance between supply and demand. Moreover, most of these studies predict demand by grouping features such as weather or season. In previous studies, demand was predicted by time-series-analysis. However, recently, studies that predict demand using deep learning or machine learning are emerging. In this paper, we can show that demand prediction can be made a little better by discovering new features or ordering the importance of various features based on well-known feature-patterns. In this study, by ordering the selection of new features or the importance of the features, a better coefficient of determination can be obtained even if the well-known deep learning or machine learning or time-series-analysis is exploited as it is. Therefore, we could be a better one for demand prediction.

The Republic of Korea Army predicted that the continuous decline in fertility rate and the low birth rate, one of the biggest issues in our society, would lead to a security crisis due to a lack of military personnel, and revised the Military Service Act in 2010 to prevent enlistment of 'clearly mixed races', which had previously restricted enlistment. made it compulsory As a result, 50 children from multicultural families enlisted in the military in 2011, and the Military Manpower Administration at the time predicted that more than 8,000 people would enlist every year after 2020. This poses another challenge for the Army. A lack of understanding and respect for different languages, religions, and eating habits can lead to conflict among members, which will lead to weakening of combat power. Therefore, through a case study of multicultural application by world powers, the history of success and failure of respect for multiculturalism and the current policy of respecting multiculturalism of the U.S. Army are studied to examine the direction of our army.

The baby boomers born between 1955 and 1974, recently called the new age, form a huge population group and show characteristics different from the previous traditional older generations. With the retirement of those who make up 33% of the nation's population in earnest, the emergence of a new generation of the elderly population and policy changes are required. The new middle age generation, also called the opal generation, want to spend their old age productively and autonomously, which has increased due to the increase in life expectancy, and have some economic ability, such as enjoying overseas travel in old age. As preparation for old age is insufficient, policy attention is required for the younger generation as a new generation. In this paper, focusing on the baby boom generation, the definition of the opal generation, their consumption lifestyle, attitudes, social activities, leisure activities, and lifestyle such as health efforts are investigated, and job creation, social re-education, and local It is intended to present practical measures for preparing for old age, such as the establishment of medical facilities and social consideration for a leisurely cultural life.

Recently, many public institutions have been conducting promotional activities using digital platforms. Communication methods using digital platforms have a very important meaning in that they can create new values that did not exist before by connecting and sharing information with various users. To this end, we tried to analyze YouTube videos of five government ministries and examine them. As a result of YouTube analysis by government ministries, most of them were mainly used as channels for policy promotion, and many were used as channels for new information. Although the message is delivered through the production of various contents, it was possible to look at cases where the target as a channel for communication was not clear and the purpose was unclear. In order to communicate with the people, it should be used as a channel for communication through content suitable for clear target setting and purpose.

Director Yoon Jong-bin's new series <The Accidental Narco, Narco-Saints> was streamed through Netflix in 2022 and ranked first in the series rankings. <The Accidental Narco, Narco-Saints> continues the genealogy of male narratives in Korean society that director Yoon Jong-bin has pursued for a long time. In <The Accidental Narco, Narco-Saints>, the main characters choose the path of the diaspora to escape Korean society and seek survival in a foreign country. The two male protagonists of <The Accidental Narco, Narco-Saints> are set up in a hostile relationship, but they have one thing in common: they basically pursue money to "survive". They chose the diaspora to avoid the tyranny of public power in Korean society in the 1980s and 1990s, but Republic of Suriname was the worst place where private violence and public power were completely callused. In there, one becomes a drug lord and the other chooses to act for his duty to Korea. These two different choices can be said to be examples of the light and shade of the diaspora. In <The Accidental Narco, Narco-Saints>, director Yoon Jong-bin inherited the themes of 'family' and 'violence' from previous works, while expanding the geographical area of Korean male narratives he had been exploring.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the nature of the experience of Emotion Focused Psychology Coaching, and what kind of changes happened for the participants through the experience. For this, in-depth interviews were conducted with four participants who had experienced five sessions of Emotion Focused Psychology Coaching. The interviews were analyzed using the phenomenological analysis method of Colaizzi. Emotion Focused Psychology Coaching is a new coaching psychology model that combines Greenberg's Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) and the ICF Core Competencies. The findings show that prior to the experience of Emotion Focused Psychology Coaching, the participants had avoided or suppressed their emotions, which in turn prevented them from exploring effective interpersonal relationships or alternatives in their actions. On the other hand, after they experienced Emotion Focused Psychology Coaching, their perception of emotions, emotion regulation, emotional expression, empathy for the other, etc. were developed in adaptive ways and the participants could present effective alternatives.

Jacking force loss management inside the PSC Box girder of a common high-speed railway is a very important feature in girder performance, and requires detailed management during the maintenance of the girder. This study aimed to analyze the timing of re-tension prediction of PSC Box girder based on the reduction level of the packing force inside the girder and the results of the tension loss measured without the train load test. As a result of predicting the timing of re-tension according to the level of tension reduction of the PSC Box Girder, the Jacking Force Loss curve was gently analyzed before the structure reached 17 years after confirmed completion, and 17 years later, it was found that the jacking force loss curve progressed rapidly. The results confirmed that the tension of the structure decreases with the service life increase, but considerably decreases as the structure ages. Therefore, more data and research on tension loss of facilities over 20 years are much required.

Recently, global luxury fashion brands such as Gucci, Saint Laurent, and Louis Vuitton have been showing special interest in Korean contemporary artists and actively collaborating with them. This can be said to be a new change that is distinguished from previous collaborations of fashion brands. Therefore, this study investigated the cases of collaboration between global luxury fashion brands and Korean contemporary artists, and analyzed the types and characteristics to examine the trends and characteristics and draw meaning. As a result, fashion brands combine the characteristics of Korean art works of various genres with the brand concept and pursued values to create new sensibility and high value-added products. It can be seen that the intention was to prepare a place to draw out. In addition, it was found that collaboration was also utilized in terms of marketing so that domestic customers could visit the brand store with a sense of familiarity by utilizing Korea's artistic and cultural sentiments. Based on the results of this study, we intend to provide basic data for the development of creative contents for various collaborations between fashion and art that can help develop the modern fashion industry.

In this study, the main items to be improved were identified with children's foodservice facilities in Anyang area, which have remained at low hygiene management levels for three years from 2019. The grades were divided into the Sprout groups if the previous level of meal hygiene management insufficient, and the Fruit groups if excellent. As a result, there were various items with low scores depending on the grade in facilities and the timing. Throughout the three years, the Sprout group had lower scores of all six areas than the Fruit group, and in particular, the score of 'preservation meals' was the lowest. In conclusion, it is necessary to recognize that meal hygiene management items to be improved are different from each grade in facilities, identify items to be thoroughly managed in advance, and provide appropriate guidance.

A large number of motors and sensors are used to drive a humanoid robot. In order to solve the wiring problem that occurs when connecting multiple actuators, a controller based on a communication network has been used, and CAN, which is advantageous in terms of cost and a highly reliable communication protocol, was mainly used. In terms of the structure of the controller, a torque control type structure that is easy to implement an advanced algorithm into the upper controller is preferred. In this case, the low communication bandwidth of CAN becomes a problem, and in order to obtain sufficient communication bandwidth, a communication network is configured by separating into a plurality of CAN networks. In this study, a stability analysis on transmission time delay is performed for a multi-motor control system in which high-speed FlexRay and low-speed CAN communication networks are hierarchically connected in order to obtain a high communication bandwidth, and sensor information and driving signals are delivered within the allowed transmission time. The proposed hierarchical network-based control system is expected to improve control performance because it can implement multiple motor control systems with a single network.
