1980년 이후 국내 축산업이 전문화, 대형화되면서 정보의 다양화가 이루어졌다. 1991년 개최된 한국양계박람회(KOPOEX)가 그 대표적인 것으로 국내외의 모든 시설과 새로운 정보의 장이 마련 되면서 국내 양계산업 발전에 지대한 영향을 가져왔다. 격년으로 개최되고 있는 대전국제축산박람회(Korea Interntional Livestock Expo, KISTOCK)는 금년 9월 12(수)~14(금) 3일간에 걸쳐 대전국제무역센터에서 개최되면서 국내산업의 발전은 물론 해외 축산업과의 교류의 장을 예고하고 있다. 본회를 비롯한 5개 단체가 공동주최하는 본 박람회는 금년에는 (사)전국한우협회 및 대전국제축산 박람회 추진위원회의 주관으로 이루어져 국내 축산업 발전은 물론 해외투자 진출과 전시제품의 수출 촉진을 꾀할 것으로 기대되고 있다. 이와관련 축산박람회추진위원회는 해외저널리스트들을 초청하여 지난 6월 18~21일 박람회 진행 상황 및 국내 축산기자재산업 시찰을 한 바 있다. 본고는 기자가 이 프로그램에 함께 참여하면서 축산박람회 준비상황을 점검하는 기회를 마련하였다.

This study was carried out to identify what elements affected the satisfaction of high school international students, who were invited for Vocational Education organized by Global Korea Scholarship (GKS) program. They are in vocational high school which located in Jeollanam-do province. The results of the analysis showed that the highest level of satisfaction is 'satisfaction of education level' (M = 4.19) and 'overall satisfaction' (M = 4.19). In general, the average satisfaction of international exchange students at vocational high school was 3.92 points. The High School Exchange Student Program through invitation and scholarship for vocational education is aimed at establishing an international network between Korea and CIS countries and cultivating global talent. This year 10 foreign students were selected and supported the second time. Considering the sustain ability of the program, this study will yield the following results and will be helpful in future mentoring in school or in the management of international students.

이번 성원에드워드 학술상 수상자 선정은, 진공기술의 중요성에 공감하고 진공기술 발전을 위한 노력을 독려하자는 진공학회 회원들의 의견을 모아주신 결과로 생각한다. 본 발표에서는 그동안 한국표준과학연구원에서 수행해 온 진공 기술 연구 및 산학연 협력 네트워크 활동을 소개하고자 한다. 진공기술은 진공 환경을 발생시키고 측정 제어하며, 만들어진 진공 환경 안에서 원하는 작업을 할 수 있도록 하는 기술을 말한다. 우리나라의 주력산업인 반도체 및 디스플레이의 경우 그 생산 설비의 1/3이상이 진공 장비이며 진공 공정을 통해 만들어진다. 때문에 우리나라에서는 주력 산업분야나 그 전후방 산업의 경쟁력 강화 측면에서 진공기술 개발 중요성이 아주 크다. 한국표준과학연구원은 국가 대표 측정 기관으로 국가 측정 표준을 확립하고 측정관련 과학기술을 연구개발하며 그 성과를 보급하여 경제발전과 과학기술발전, 그리고 삶의 질 향상에 기여하는 것을 임무로 하고 있다. 우리나라에서 진공 측정 표준에 대한 연구가 본격적으로 시작된 것은 1984년으로 불용 장비로 불하받은 펌프와 챔버, 그리고 차관으로 도입된 Capacitance Diaphragm Gauge 몇 개만으로 시작되었다. 지금은 발전을 거듭하여 초음파 간섭 수은주 압력계를 비롯하여 정적 팽창시스템, 동적 팽창 시스템 등 진공도 범위별 국가 표준기와 리크 표준기를 자체 개발 하여 국가 측정 표준을 확립하고 있다. 우리나라의 진공 표준 및 측정 능력은 국제기구인BIPM에서 실시하는 국가 측정능력 비교시험을 통해 세계 최고 수준으로 인정 받은 바 있으며 교정검사 등을 통해 산학연에 보급되고 있다. 진공 측정 및 표준기술을 토대로, 1999년부터 과학기술부와 산업자원부의 지원을 받아 산학연이 필요로 하는 펌프 계측기 부품 소재 및 공정 특성을 평가하기 위한 장치와 절차를 개발하였다. 이를 이용해 보급되는 기술 data는 진공부품 및 장비 국산화, 국산제품 신뢰성 제고, 검증부품 사용을 통한 장비 품질 향상, 독자적 장비 기술 확보, 생산품 품질관리 등에 쓰이고 있다. 한국 표준연구원 진공센터의 교정 및 시험 능력은 ISO 9001 인증 획득과 국제 전문가의 review를 거쳐, 국제기구 측정능력표에 등재되어 있어 국제적 신뢰도도 확보하고 있다. 정기적인 진공기술 교류회를 개최하고 진공기술 홈페이지를 운영 하는 등 산학연 정보 교류 및 협력 네트워킹 활성화를 위해 노력한 바 있으며 이 분야의 연구 성과는 '국가 우수 연구성과 100선'에 선정된 바 있고, 산업자원부 지정 '산학연 연계 우수사례' 첫 번째로 선정되기도 하였다. 2008년부터는 진공기술 교류회 등을 통한 네트워킹 활동으로 도출된 기술 수요에 따라 대기업과 중소기업 학교 연구소들과 함께 진공공정 실시간 측정 진단 기술과 센서 개발 연구, 그리고 이들 개발품의 신뢰성 검증 및 평가 기술 개발을 위해 노력하고 있다.

남해안의 해양관광벨트 조성사업은 양 지역의 세계화와 지방화의 기틀을 동시에 마련할 수 있다는 측면에서 그 의미를 찾을 수 있다. 남해안의 관광유람선사업은 연안 해양지향적 국토개발정책 비중이 증대되는 과정에서 중앙정부도 남해안국제관광벨트 조성사업계획을 금년말까지 수립할 계획이며, 민선자치시대를 맞아 지역의 자립의식 및 지역간 경쟁분위기가 고조되면서 지역의 비교우위성 자원을 활용한 지역발전전략을 추진하는 분위기가 성숙되는 등, 국가 지역적인 여건과 합치하고 있으며, 그 위에 남해안의 관광유람선사업은 동서협력 차원에서도 유익한 사업으로 기대된다. 실질적인 동서화합은 상호 인 물적 교류를 통해 과실을 함께 얻을 수 있는 기반이 마련될 때 이루어진다는 측면에서 관광유람선사업은 동서협력의 대표사업이다. 관광유람선이 운항되면 양지역주민들의 상호 방문이나 자치단체간 상호 친선방문 등이 이루어짐으로써 인적 교류가 활성화되는 계기가 될 것이며, 관광유람선이 운항되면 남해안에 풍부하게 부존되어 있는 수산자원과 특산물 등 물적자원의 교류가 이루어짐으로써 남해안지역의 수산물과 특산물 관련산업 진흥에 기여할 것이며, 관광유람선 운항을 위해서는 사전 준비단계에서부터 운항에 이르기까지의 과정에서 부산, 경남, 전남 등 자치단체의 협력이 전제되어야 하는데, 이러한 협력체제가 동서협력으로 성숙될 가능성이 높고, 또한 관광유람선의 운항범역이 단계적으로 중국, 일본에까지 확대되면 남해안지역의 세계화에도 기여할 것이다.

올해 중국에서는 다양한 국제 행사가 펼쳐진다. 특히 오는 5월 18일부터 21일까지 청도에서 개최되는 한$\cdot$중 국제물류포럼, 6월 14일부터 18일까지는 대련에서 개최되는 한$\cdot$중$\cdot$일 물류 교류회가 바로 그것이다. 이들 국제물류행사의 주체로는 중국 물류$\cdot$구매 연합회가 있다. 한국물류발전에 한국물류협회, 중국에는 중국물류$\cdot$구매 연합회가 중국물류발전을 위해 헌신하고 있다. 루지앙 중국 물류$\cdot$구매 연합회 회장은 아시아$\cdot$태평양 물류연맹(APLF) 전임회장으로 중국물류업계의 거목이라 할 수 있다. (사)한국물류협회가 창립20주년을 맞이하여 준비한 기획인터뷰 세 번째는 루지앙 중국 물류$\cdot$구매 연합회 회장을 만나 중국의 물류발전과 상황에 대해 들어보았다.

89년 첫 전시회 이후 해를 거듭할수록 사진인들의 물적, 인적교류의 장으로 거듭나고 있는‘2005 서울국제사진영상기자재전/ 디지털영상전’이 지난 5월 26일부터 29일까지 코엑스 태평양홀에서 성공적으로 휘날레를 장식했다. 미국‘PMA 2005’와 일본 동경에서 열린‘Photo Imageing Expo 2005’에서 선보인 최첨단사진영상기기들의 여세를 몰아 이번‘2005 서울국제사진영상기자재전/디지털영상전’에서는 18개국 200여 업체가 참가했으며 지난 전시회보다 한 층 더 보강된 신제품과 신기술로 5만명이 넘는 관람객의 발길을 사로잡았다. 이번 전시회에서 주목할 점은 디지털카메라의 보급으로 디지털사진 및 관련 업계에 대한 일반인의 관심이 집중되면서 일반 참관객들의 적극적인 전시회 참여가 돋보였다는 점이다. 또한 디지털포토 및 배경, 의상, 앨범, 액자, 스튜디오기자재, 조명기기, 기타 액세서리 등에서도 소비자들의 변화된 구매 욕구를 충족시켜줄 수 있는 각 종 아이템들이 선보여 국내외 바이어들과 전문가, 일반인들에게 사진시장의 확대와 가능성을 엿볼 수 있었던 전시회로 평가된다.

우리는 한국동굴학회의 요청과 사업계획에 따라, 동북-중앙아시아지역 동굴과학정보망 구축 사업에 동의하고 이를 기원하는 뜻으로 중국 길림성 연변조선족자치주 화룡시 근교의 충천계곡(골)자연동굴을 탐사하였다. 이를 위하여 1년 전 어느 날 화룡시 충천 골에 있는 동굴을 찾아 연길에서 차를 타고 장인촌으로 간 적이 있었다. 그곳에 가서 수소문하여 동굴에 대해 잘 알고 계신다는 김창현 노인을 찾았다. 당시 우리가 그 노인을 찾았을 때는 이미 점심때가 다 되었다. 우리가 동굴을 찾아가 보려고 김창현 노인을 찾아왔다고 하자, 그 노인은 동굴이 이곳에서 멀리 떨어져 있어서 아침 일찍 떠나야 하기에 오늘은 갈 수 없다고 하였다. 그리하여 우리는 김 노인으로부터 동굴에 대한 이야기만 좀 듣고 돌아와서 후에 약속한 날에 다시 탐사방문을 추진하기로 결정하였고, 바로 이때부터 우리는 국제교류와 협력을 통하여 사실상 국제동굴과학정보망 구축 사업에 동참을 시작한 셈이 되었으며, 이를 적극 지지한다.

This study is a study on the applicability of the medical humanities curriculum through a narrative study on international treatment of foreign patients. Korea's medical system and standards are world-class, and it can be seen that the knowledge and skills for patient care are sufficient, which shows that the competence for patient care emphasized by Korean doctors is sufficient. In terms of social responsibility for doctors in Korea, the importance of volunteering is learned from medical school education, and through medical field experiences in various cultures, it can be seen that volunteering is important to lead to lifelong work as a doctor. In the field of professionalism, professionalism could be expressed as a doctor, and in all processes, the medical staff understood and empathized with the pain of the patient, and it was found that the sincerity was conveyed to the patient. Professionalism is an area that is being emphasized more recently, and it is necessary to provide educational opportunities for professionalism to doctors as well as medical school education. This international medical experience can be applied to the medical humanities curriculum of the medical school, and a harmonized and integrated medical humanities curriculum can be operated throughout the six-year curriculum.

In this study, web link analysis of the Korean National Archives has been Performed using LexiURL to show the dynamic web flow of the National Archives and to identify which closely related institutions the archives should seek to cooperate with for developing an institutional strategic plan. Inlink and co-inlink analysis were performed and, to identify related institutions of the Korean National Archives. a comparison was made with other countries such as Australia, England and the United Stats. Through web link analysis, several features can be detected and future directions are suggested. Most inlinks and co-inlink of the Korean National Archives were from public institutions, indicating that relationships with educational or research institutions are weak. Moreover, Korean National Archives involve fewer web links related to international activities than other countries. Proceeding from these results, educational function, research function and international activities should be fortified. Korean National Archives need to provide more materials for supporting educational and research activities and more cultural interchange among related institutions. Further research with different heritage institutions such as libraries or museums is needed.

Higher vocational education in China has already achieved commendable results as a transition from rudimentary development to high-quality development after more than 40 years of development. After reform and opening up, our country's Institute of Higher Vocational Education has transported a large amount of high-quality technical and technical talents to each field. Higher vocational education is an indispensable part of China's education system, and is an important competency for cultivating "high quality", "practical" and "functional" talents, making a huge contribution to the economic and social development. At the same time, the employment stress of workers with relatively low skills, such as peasant workers, domestic veterans, and retired workers, is increasing. Against this background, higher education is essential to guide and support national policies in order to solve the unemployment problem and provide strong human resource guarantees to society. Higher vocational education policy not only highlights the characteristics of the times unique to the development of higher vocational education in China, but also reflects the trajectory of changes in higher vocational education. Not only is it related to the scientific development of higher vocational education, but it also deals with whether higher vocational education can foster high-quality human resources. Therefore, it is meaningful to study the change process of higher vocational education policy.
