지난 10월 문화재청과 KBS, LG전자가 공동으로 기획한 '다시 만난 우리문화 유산전'은 국외문화재를 울트라HD 영상으로 촬영하여 고화질의 디스플레이를 통해 국민들에게 국외의 문화재를 소개하였다. 국외문화재를 만으로 구성된 전시는 국민들에게 지금까지 볼 수 없었던 유물에 대한 정보와 이미지를 제공하여 국외 문화재에 대한 국민들의 관심을 이끌어 냈다. 하지만 관람 방법과 정보 전달적인 측면에서 한계가 있었다. 따라서 '다시 만난 우리 문화 유산전'의 사례를 살펴보고 관람 방법과 정보전달의 방법에 대한 보완점을 찾아야 한다. 앞선 전시에 대한 보완점을 전시에 적용한다면 국외에 있는 우리 문화재에 대한 지속적인 관심과 접근성을 높여 국외문화재에 대한 꾸준한 전시를 유도할 수 있을 것이다 또한 국외문화재를 학술적으로 폭 넓게 사용되어 활발한 연구가 진행되고 전시뿐만 아니라 다른 분야로의 확장을 이끌 수 있다.

Since liberalization of overseas tour in 1989, the number of travel agencies and tourists increases rapidly. The role of tour conductors becomes more important element in tourist satisfaction, because they take charge of every detail of the overseas tour package from departure to arrival. The purpose of this study is to examine on the tour conductors' quality and competence on tourist satisfaction. Although the importance of quality factors were recognized differently by tourists and travel agents, the tour quality and competence of tour conductors are among those factors that influence most on tourists' satisfaction. So, tour conductors have to try to improve their quality and get the needs tourists want.

현재 전 세계적으로 2차원 평면지적관리 체계의 한계성을 인식하여 3차원 지적정보 구축을 위한 다양한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 우리나라 역시 토지자원을 보다 효율적이고 입체적으로 관리하기 위하여 3차원 지적정보 구축을 준비하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 국외의 3차원 지적정보 구축에 관한 동향과 이에 따른 시사점을 고찰하여 봄으로써 향후 국내의 3차원 지적정보 구축시 바람직한 방향을 제시하여 보고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to lay the groundwork for internationalization of domestic journals in the field of Library and Information Sciences (LIS). This study analyzed the characteristics and trends of 7,302 papers from 38 SSCI journals and 768 papers from 4 domestic journals in LIS. Results show the publication and citation counts of domestic journals to be more evenly distributed than those of international journals, which suggests the presence of core international journals. In addition, citation rates and co-authored papers of international journals are shown to be much higher than that of domestic journals, suggesting that international journals publish research papers of higher impact and collaboration.

The purpose of this study is to study library marketing research trends in Korea and other countries through the analysis of author keyword network of peer-reviewed journal articles. The author keyword was collected from four major LIS journals in Korea and Scopus academic database for other countries'. The data was analyzed using NetMiner4 software. The results of the study were as follows: 1) In Korea, lots of library marketing studies focused on public libraries. However, there was a range of library marketing researches focused on academic libraries in other countries, 2) In Korea, there was not a variety of subjects of library marketing studies and the studies were mainly led by a few scholars, 3) In other countries, many scholars paid attention to digital library marketing through social media and/or web, and 4) there little library marketing studies focused on school libraries both in Korea and other countries.

Several Korean cultural property-related foundations have investigated Korean cultural property located abroad with the help of international organizations owning Korean cultural objects and the investigation results serve as the basis of preservation/restoration, exhibition, and educational efforts. Korean cultural objects have been widely used abroad, for instance, for research and exhibition purposes, whereas in Korea, there are still only very few examples of using cultural property based on research results and accessibility to cultural property located abroad is also low. The aim of this study is to explore plans to utilize Korean cultural property located abroad in Korea, and exhibition displays and online museums can be good ways to utilize Korean cultural property located abroad. These will help increase access to Korean cultural property located abroad and find a variety of applications, including exhibitions, education.

본 연구는 정보보안관리의 중요성에 대해 지적하고, 적절한 정보보안관리에 대해 알아보기 위해 국외의 정보보안 관리 현황에 대해 조사연구하였다. 미국, 일본, 영국, 독일은 각각 정부기관에 의해 정보보안관리가 체계적으로 수행되고 있으며, 그 효과에 대해 면밀히 검토하여 우리나라에 적용할 수 있는 방안을 모색해보고자 한다.

오늘날 정부기관, 지자체 그리고 민간 기업 에서 3차원 지리정보데이터에 대한 필요성이 증가하고 있어 그에 대한 연구가 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 이러한 연구의 결과로 국내에서 3차원 지리정보 데이터 포맷인 3DF-GML(3DFeature-GML)이 개발되었다. 하지만 3DF-GML의 데이터는 기존의 Shape 파일만을 사용하여 구축되기 때문에 활용성에 제한을 받고 있다. 또한 제작 및 수정 시에는 제한된 애플리케이션 활용만이 허용된다. 이에 따라 3DF-GML의 활용성을 높이기 위해 국내의 데이터뿐 만이 아니라 국외에서 제작되어진 3차원 지리정보 데이터 포맷의 데이터를 활용할 수 있는 방안이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 국내의 3차원 지리정보 포맷(3DF-GML)과 국외의 3차원 지리정보 포맷들간의 데이터 포맷을 비교 및 분석한다. 이러한 분석은 국외 3차원 지리정보 포맷의 데이터 활용 및 호환을 유도하는 것이 가능하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 국내 3차원 지리 정보데이터(3DF-GML)와 국외 3차원 지리정보 데이터 간의 변환 규칙 및 방법을 제시한다.

Recently, as the quality of life of the morden people has increasingly grown, the demand for traveling to foreign countries has been rapidly increasing. However, there are not enough safety systems avaliable for international travelers. Therefore, it is necessary to provide helpful information on disaster, crimes and dangerous areas by country for travelers. In this paper, we propse a smart device-based smart security notification service system for emergent situations of overseas travelers. the proposed notification system provides information about disaster, crime and dangerous areas is designed to be provided to users.
