In this study, in order to analyze the general awareness of the nuclear power according to the controversy of thyroid cancer around nuclear plant, we investigated risks, preference and economics regarding type of power, and awareness of pre-post nucl ear power targeting the Busan Metropolitan residents. As a result, there has been a change in people's awareness of nuclear power as a result of the controversy thyroid cancer around nuclear plant. Especially, there was the greatest increase in the risk factors compared to before the event(p<0.05). Negative awareness of nuclear risk was shown to be expressed differently accor ding to the difference between groups. It is thought that this is due to the different prior experience of each individuals or obtained information through the interaction with others rather than on scientific and objective grounds. In order to establish a nuclear power policy considering the level of the people in the future, it seems that the efforts to understand the attitudes and opinions of people about nuclear power and above all, a scientific trust in nuclear power should be guaranteed.

본 연구의 목적은 경찰공권력에 대한 인식수준이 범죄안전감에 미치는 영향력을 검증하는 것에 있는데 범죄에 대한 인식을 범죄 두려움을 중심으로 연구하는 경향성을 탈피하여 연구안전감으로 조사하였다는 점이 선행연구와 차별화되며 분석결과 경찰의 범죄대응만족도와 국민의 기초법질서준수인식이 높을수록 그리고 공권력침해수준이 낮을수록 범죄로부터의 안전감을 높게 인식하는 것으로 나타났다.

The subjects in this study are the residents of Busan, analyzing the perception gap between the residents adjacent to the nuclear plant and living in town, about the lawsuit of thyroid cancer damage nearby the nuclear plant, to distinguish the citizen's acceptance level about the nuclear power. 551 people(269 people adjacent to nuclear plant, 282 people in town) were face-to-face surveyed and the result showed that people's perceptions of the nuclear power has changed after the thyroid cancer damage lawsuit. In the case of the residents adjacent to the nuclear plant, it became clear that the negative perception of nuclear power became stronger due to increasing distrust and anxiety about nuclear power after the lawsuit of thyroid cancer damage nearby the nuclear plant. On the other hand, people living in town showed their positive perceptions of nuclear power despite the thyroid cancer damage lawsuit. However, two-sided perception was shown compared to the acceptance of nuclear power, since the safety and reliability of the nuclear power was analyzed as negative perception. Therefore, for the constant increased use of nuclear power in the future, national understanding and credibility, including the communication with the nation or the residents in the neighboring area of nuclear power plant, will be necessary.

On 23th December in 2015, Constitutional court of Korea decided the Resident Registration Act which could not changed one's Resident Registration Number was Unconformable to Constitution. And declared that the Resident Registration Act had to amend the article. This study analyzes the issues and preferences of people about the modification methods of Resident Registration Number System. In result, the residents agree on the autonomy of residents registration number change and prefer not including personal information to including personal information in registration number system. And the residents want to operate the Second number system besides resident registration number. However, they don't want to pay the change cost of resident registration number system. This results give a few of implications when the change methods of resident registration system would be prepared.

This research proposes the Accident Prevention System to prevent collision accident that can occur due to blind spots such as crossway or school zone using V2I communication. Vision sensor and LiDAR sensor located in the infrastructure of crossway somewhere like that recognize objects and warn vehicles at risk of accidents to prevent accidents in advance. Using deep learning-based YOLOv4 to recognize the object entering the intersection and using the Manhattan Distance value with LiDAR sensors to calculate the expected collision time and the weight of braking distance and secure safe distance. V2I communication used ROS (Robot Operating System) communication to prevent accidents in advance by conveying various information to the vehicle, including class, distance, and speed of entry objects, in addition to collision warning.

2010년 이후 정부는 일자리문제 등을 해결하기 위해 창업활성화를 국정과제로 내세우고 있다. 새로운 기회와 가치창출을 통한 창업활성화를 위해 창업의지는 필수적인 요소지만 창업의지를 높이기 위한 방법론 적에 대하여는 많은 연구들의 견해가 엇갈리고 있다. 본 연구는 창업활성화의 첫걸음으로 창업의지를 꼽았으며 창업의지를 가지기위한 선행조건으로 기업가적 기민성·기회인식 역량을 갖추어야 하며 이러한 역량을 강화하기 위해 현재 중점 추진되고 있는 정부주도의 대학 창업교육과정의 역할에 대해 살펴보고자 한다. 또한, 창업교육과정별(교과과정 VS 비교과과정) 비교를 통해 향후 나아가야 할 창업교육의 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 연구목적 달성을 위해 문헌연구와 이를 토대로 한 실증연구 결과는 대학 창업교육과정이 창업에 필수적인 창업의지를 키우기 위한 기업가적 기민성과 기회인식 역량을 증대 및 영향을 끼치는 것을 시사하며 교육 만족도에 따라 그 효과는 변화된다는 것을 보여 준다. 또한, 창업교과과정(학점) 보단 창업비교과과정이(비학점) 창업의지에 더욱 영향을 끼치는 것을 나타내는 결과를 보여주었다. 이러한 연구결과는 대학창업교육과정이 기업가적 기민성과 기회인식의 역량을 증대 시킬 수 있는 창업교육으로 커리큘럼을 수립해야 할 것이며 이론과정 보단 실습 위주의 교육으로 나아가야 한다는 방향성을 보여준다.

This study aims to provide policy suggestions by examining the perception and attitude of Koreans toward the welfare rights. The study was done through a telephone survey conducted by an opinion research institute on 2,050 respondents in 16 cities and provinces. The results are as follows. First, a majority of Koreans responded that the primary responsibility for welfare rests with the government and perceived their welfare receipt rights in a positive way. Respondents also showed an assertive attitude toward exercising their rights by stating that they intend to file a demurrer or participate in civic activities. Second, in terms of duty performance, most respondents showed different positions concerning tax hike and insurance rate increase, although they showed a stronger opposition to an increase in insurance fee. In addition, 90% of the respondents were in favor of building welfare institutions in the residential area and an overwhelming proportion of the respondents indicated that they would take an active part in welfare development by regularly paying taxes and volunteering. Third, the respondents gave a very negative rating to Koreas welfare system and its overall level. That is, people thought that the level of Koreas welfare system is on a par with that in developing or underdeveloped countries, and that the welfare system benefits no one or only the rich. People generally felt that there was not one proper welfare institution. In conclusion, the study found that Koreans have keen awareness of their welfare rights and proactive attitude toward welfare development, whereas negative viewpoint toward tax and insurance fee increases. This may stem from peoples distrust of government welfare policies and the existing welfare system. This study suggests that welfare policy is an important factor in determining peoples political attitude. Therefore, government authorities must recognize people not as passive receivers of welfare benefit but as active policy partners, and establish policies that reflect peoples high welfare rights perception and willingness to take part in welfare development.
