This paper proposes the development model of the aerodrome traffic control simulator (ATCS) System for the domestic airport. The application of the ATCS is used as a OJT training function for the air traffic controller and research function for a new control procedure. In order to perform those functions, we classified the ATCS in three types such as education, research and integrated management system, and the ATCS types analysed by the working and OJT training condition in domestic airport. Therefore, we proposed the ATCS models such as uniform type, differential type, and center type, and analysed the merits and demerits of the proposed models. Also we looked up ATCS's application in terms of the building and maintenance costs, operational utilization and scalability. So, we proposed the differential type which was suitable for the developing ATCS for the domestic airports.

미국의 항공운송산업 규제완화법(Airline Deregulation Act of 1978)에 의한 미국의 항공운송산업 자유화 정책은 미국의 국내 항공운송 시장의 환경을 철저한 경쟁의 원리가 적용되는 자유경쟁 시장으로 변화시켰으며, 국제 항공운송 시장에도 자유경쟁의 원리가 점진적으로 도입되는 계기를 마련하였다. 항공운송산업 자유화 정책은 항공사의 운송 시장 환경뿐만 아니라 그들이 이용하는 공항의 경제 환경에도 많은 변화를 가져왔다. 자유화가 공항의 경제에 미친 영향을 연구하기 위하여, 자유화 이후 공항에서 시장 합리화 (Market Rationalization)의 원리가 적용 되었는 가를 조사하였다. 이를 위해 (1) 자유화 이후, 공항료(Airport Rates and Charges)와 공항에서의 활동량 (the Volume of Activity) 간에 유의한 상관 관계가 존재하는 가의 여부 (2) 자유화 이전과 이후를 비교할 때, 각 Hub Class별 공항료의 수준에 있어 유의한 변화가 있는 가의 여부에 대한 통계 분석을 실시하였다. 상관분석의 결과, 자유화 이후, 공항료와 공항에서의 활동량 간에 유의한 상관 관계가 존재한다는 결론을 채택하는 데 실패하였으며 또한 일원 분산 분석의 결과, 자유화 이전과 이후를 비교할 때, 각 Hub Class별 공항료의 수준에 있어 유의한 변화가 있다는 결론을 제시할 수 없었다. 미국의 항공운송산업 자유화 정책이 미국 공항 경제에 미친 영향에 대한 본 연구는 현재 경제규제완화를 실험하고 있는 우리의 경제 정책에 좋은 참고자료가 되기를 기대한다.

고흥 항공센터에 2019년(예정) 신규 활주로가 설치되고, 비행시험 관련 시설, 장비들을 단계적으로 구축하여 국가 비행종합성능시험장으로 운영할 예정이다. 국가 비행종합시험장은 공항이 아닌 비행장으로 운영할 예정이다. 비행장에는 특별히 정하는 운영규정이 없는 실정이다. 그러나 특수한 목적으로 신설되는 국가 비행종합성능시험장을 보다 안전하고 효율적으로 운영할 수 있도록 관련법규와 국내 공항 및 비행장 운영관리 현황 조사, 해외의 비행장 운영관련 법규와 운영실태 조사, 해외 항공 전문가 자문 및 출장을 통하여 향후 국내 관련법규 제정 및 비행종합시험장 운영 시 활용할 수 있도록 지침을 제시하였다.

The passenger who use airport spend a lot of time in check-in. They are also delayed in their readiness for departure. Therefore, for decrease in time that is waiting time for handling luggage, recently many airports are expanding self-service. Also internal development and manufacturing for production automation system and IT technology are world-class. So, for localization of self bag drop (SBD) system, I think that application this system in domestic technique and constructing competitive in customer reception system will be efficient airport management. To this end, for looking for optimal conditions when passengers use SBD, this thesis include development simulation of relevance to system. Also this thesis secures information for passenger's in foreign country airport and simulate this data. Finally, that analysis the best management passenger system when the passenger use SDB.

Periodical evaluations of the airfield pavement are necessary to provide the ability for the existing pavement to support the increasing volume of air traffic. Also, the evaluation of the existing Pavement condition is necessary for the decision of the maintenance strategy. For this reason, airport pavements in Korea have been evaluated every five years currently. It was known, however, that the current pavement evaluation methodology was not logical and practical. The purpose of this study is to compare the current pavement evaluation method with design chart to the mechanistic approach used in other advanced countries. As a result of this study the mechanistic approach is found to be more logical than the current method.

본 연구는 승객이 국내 공항에서 셀프 체크인 kiosk를 사용하려는 행동 의도에 관해, 개인적 특성과 상황적 변수의 조절효과를 실증 분석하는 데 목적을 두고 있다. 공항 Kiosk를 사용함으로써 승객과 항공사, 공항은 비용 절감의 이점을 누릴 수 있다. 그에 따라 항공사와 공항 측에서는 이러한 경제적 효용을 보다 많은 사람들이 누릴 수 있도록 하기 위해 kiosk의 보급을 늘이고자 하는 입장이다. 그럼에도 불구하고 공항kiosk의 사용률은 아직까지 낮은 수준에 그치고 있으며 그에 관한 연구도 활발히 이루어지지 않고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 확장된 기술수용모델을 기반으로 하여 개인적 특성과 상황적 변수가 승객의 kiosk 사용의도에 미치는 차별적 영향에 관해 분석하고자 한다.

Over the last few years, the major airports in Asia have been operating at or close to their capacity. As a result, Korea, Japan, China, Hong Kong, Thailand, Malaysia, and Indonesia decided to expedite the development of new airports. Accordingly, some of the existing airports have been completely used as other functions or purposes and the others operated as a domestic airport. In the latter case, re-development plans are needed for idle facilities. This paper evaluates the alternative options for re-development of idle airport facilities of Seoul Gimpo International Airport. The proposed methodology makes it possible to provide a practical and applicable evaluation of airport re-development plan. In particular, it can take into account the qualitative aspects of different interesting groups such as airport experts. passengers and airport peripheral community. The interview was conducted in order to obtain the different groups' view. To evaluate and select the best option of the airport re-development, this study adopted a fuzzy linguistic approach.

개발 시스템은 실용적 측면에서는 기존 수동형 장비에 비해 최대 20배(기존 2km/h, 개발장비 40km/h) 효율성을 향상시켰다. 국제민간항공기구(ICAO) 에서 권고하고 있는"Runway Surface evenness"에 대응할 수 있는 시스템을 개발하였으며, 개발 시스템은 국내 외 공항포장관리에 적용할 수 있는 시스템으로써 유관기관과 협력하여 향후 국내 외 장비시장에 진출할 수 있는 기술을 확보하였다.

해양을 무대로 한 육지공간의 창출은 21세기 들어 더욱 본격화될 전망이다. 이웃나라 일본에서는 이미 신오사카 국제공항이 완전한 인공섬에 건설되었고 우리나라도 인천국제공항이 기존 영종도 인근을 매립한 인공섬에 건설중이다. 3면이 바다인 우리나라에서 해양매립 공간 창출은 시급한 과제이지만 국내 기술수준은 아직 열악한 실정이다. 그러나 국내기술도 해양연구소, 각 대학 연구소 및 현대ㆍ대우ㆍ삼성중공업 등 민간기업 연구소에서 기술개발에 박차를 가하고 있어 머지않아 국제수준의 기술확보에 기대를 걸고 있다.

본 연구는 공항의 수입구조중 비항공수입(Non-aeronautical revenues) 증대를 위한 방안으로써 BAA(British Airports Authority plc.)의 민영화 이전과 이후의 수입구조변화에 대한 분석을 통하여 향후 우리나라 공항의 비항공수입을 증대시키기위한 방안을 제안하는데 그 목적이 있다. 물론 국내여건 즉, 사회적·문화적 측면들을 고려하여 적용해야 할 것이며 특히 공항의 수입증대를위하여 신규 상업활동 창출에 노력해야 할 것이다.
