The importance of Industrial Security is continuously growing along with the rapid development of convergence technologies. Accordingly, it is expected for the gap between the supply and demand of industrial security professional personnel to grow every year. In order to reduce the supply and demand of industrial security, it is important to not only train professional qualifications but at the same time, secure a professional qualification acquisitor. In this regard, South Korea has introduced the Industrial Security Expert qualification as a non-governmental qualifications ince 2010. From 2017, promoted as nation-certified qualification and has supported activities as expert in industrials ecurity field. However, it is reality that Industrial Security Expert qualification has not yet to be recognized as professional qualification in the field of industry, have low rate of utilization as academic research is also shown the sign of stagnation. Based on these background, this research set goal in deducing a activation method for industrial security professional qualification concentrating on Industrial Security Expert qualification. The analysis on operation condition of Industrial Security Expert qualification and related precedent research was conducted and raised four types of activation method, which are organizational aspect, certification system improvement and operation aspect, certification acquisitors' utilization aspect and professionalism enhancement aspect.

The paper aims to estimate the external effects of mountaineering on medical expenses within national economy. Though there is no difference in the participation ratio of mountaineering among sexes or income levels, the ratio of the elderly is higher than that of younger. The medical expenses have negative correlation with mountain climbing times and climbing frequencies, but this correlation is insignificant statistically. Without mountaineering, the medical expenses of Korea would increase by 2.8 trillion Won (4.6%). Therefore the policy to support usual mountaineering must save the medical expenses more than other policies. and the increase of public expenditure on mountaineering can decrease the deficit of government budget through the positive external effects on national medical expenses.

Today, home health care services needs a linkage plan of the customized home visiting health service in public health center, the medical institute home health care service, and home visiting nursing service based on long term care insurance for the elderly program which acknowledges the independence and professionalism of the home health care services while minimizing overlap through linking the projects. So, this study was performed by applying the Delphi technique, which draws agreement from professional opinion, to determine a method to link home health care services in Korea. The results of this study are as follows. Specialists agreed on 24 important items within the two domains of institutional linkage and medical linkage. And the significance of this study is as follows. The 24 items deduced for the approved nursing service linkage plan are expected to improve the home health care service business system, enhance the quality of home health care service, and bring increased satisfaction for service recipients. Also, seeking ways to minimize overlap in service can increase the effectiveness of health care and public health management at a national level. In addition, it is considered that this will ultimately reduce public medical costs as well as improve home health care service.

This study discusses effective extraterritorial application of criminal Law outside the territorial sea. The paper focuses on the factual differences between vessels and cars which justify the varying standard. Thus, warrantless searches and safety inspection need to be validated because of the exigent circumstances of the sea. Warrantless searches at sea may also be justified based on border search exception. These theories in U. S. law will be helpful for legislation and law enforcement related to the Korean Coast Guard's mission. The paper also discusses Korean Coast Guard's Act's newly enacted provisions concerning search, arrest and hot pursuit.

Logistics network has been increasingly acknowledged as one of the important driving force for economic development in China. With the scope of logistics effect broadening and the development of logistics infrastructure, both logistics network and economy in terms of GDP in China has experienced rapid development hand in hand. This paper investigates the relationship between logistics network and economic growth, using a dataset covering 31 provinces over the period from 2003 to 2012 in China. Factor analysis is applied to obtain a total evaluation of logistics function defining the impact of logistics network on the national economy growth. According to fixed effect panel data approach, a significant and positive impact of logistics network on economic growth in China is found, meanwhile, a comparative analysis regarding economic development between coastal provinces and interior provinces is also conducted. The results suggest that the impact of logistics network on economic growth is higher in eastern provinces than that in western provinces. The policy implication for other nations, in particular for developing nations, is logistics network should be regarded as an important driving force for economic development, and investment should be made in advance to achieve the best efficiency in economic development and planning.

In many countries the principle of shielding is employed to permit a more logical approach to restricting new construction and prescribing obstacle marking and lighting. It also reduces the number of cases of new construction requiring review by authorities. Shielding principles are employed when some object, an existing building or natural terrain, already penetrates above one of the obstacle limitation surfaces described in Annex 14. If it is considered that the nature of an object is such that its presence may be permanent, then additional objects within a specified area around it may be permitted to penetrate the surface without being considered as obstacle. The shielding effect of immovable obstacles laterally in final approach and missed approach areas is more uncertain. In certain circumstances, it nay be advantageous to preserve existing unobstructed cross section areas, particularly when the obstacle is close to the runway. This would guard against future changes in either approach or take-off climb area specifications or the adoption of a turned take-off procedure.

Traditional village forests in the Jeju Island represent unique cultural landscape with a history of more than several hundred years as a national cultural asset in Korea. There are 368 Oreums, parasitic volcanoes, and 391 shrines of Dang(Divine place) in Jeju. Currently, the shrines of Dang are damaged by the Jeju Olle trail path and road constructions. It's time for cultural consents to be obtained with locality and globality. And need to produce our own unique contents, glocal cultural contents. In this study, the establishment of trail path of Jeoji Oreum in relation to the Dang in the Jeju Island was investigated. By linking the Dangsan forest to the Jeoji Oreum trail path, it enables the path to contact with traditional cultural landscape. Rural villages in Jeju with the Oreum and Dang are expected to get an international attention as to have traditional cultural landscapes of Korea. It needs to be managed to retain their original form and in connection with the trail path.

This study introduces the case of a company that newly jumped into the competitive cosmetics market with a brand concept developed through big data analysis. Skin Reverse Lab, which possesses anti-aging material technology, launched a new brand in the skincare cosmetics market. Using a big data analysis program called Luminoso, SNS data was analyzed in four areas, which were consumer attitudes toward overall cosmetics, skincare products, competitors, and consumers' experiences of product use. The age groups and competitors were analyzed through the emotional analysis technique including context, which is the strength of Luminoso, and insights on consumers were derived through the related word analysis and word cloud techniques. Based on the analysis results, Logically Skin have won various awards in famous magazines and apps, and have been recognized as products that meet global trend standards. Besides, it has entered six countries including the United States and Hong Kong. The Logically Skin case is a case in which a new company entered the market with a new brand by deriving consumer insights only from external data, and it is significant as a case of applying AI-based sentiment analysis.

IPP (Industry Professional Practice) is an educational model that combines academic study and industrial work through university-industry cooperation. Students would decide suitable career based on their IPP experience, that will lead a university graduate to improve their recruitment potential. IPP could also be a key to solve national employment problems as well as a chronic manpower supply and demand mismatch issue between university and industry. This paper discusses about an academic program operation for the IPP implementation, that includes operation plan for semester-based quarter system, a guideline for new curriculum, an academic credit allocation, evaluation guideline, a capstone design class operation, and interim measures.

Among taenited tapeworms inferting humans though pork or beef, Taenia solium Linnaeus 1758 and Taenia sagina Goeze 1782 have already been. Based on the morphologic characteristics of adult and metacestodes of Asian Taenia saginata, the third kind of human taeniid tapeworm konwn to disdute in Asian counteries, a new spscies name of Taenia asiatica is proposed. In addition to the known biology in their intermediate hosts, T.asiatica was diffierent morphologically from Taenia saginata Goeze 1782 in having the unarmed rostellum on the scolex of adlut, the large number of 'unterinetwigs' and the existence of 'posterior protuberance'. These structures in the gravid proglottids were used as taxonmic keys in taeniid tapeworms for the first time. T. asiatica metacestode (Cysticercus viscerotropica)was different morphologically from T. saginata metacestode (Cysticercus bovis) in having wartlike formations on external surface of the bladder wall.
