To be the national players, athletes undergoes repetitive hard training and then they have many kinds of sports injuries. The medical department in the Taeneung National Training Center has roles of management of injured athletes, supporting of international games and cooperation of doping control. The review article wants to introduce the role of doctor in the Taeneung National Training Center.

2002년 10월 유럽통계협회는 품질지수개발을 위해 협회소속국가들이 연합하여 특별연구팀을 발족시켰다. 이 팀의 주목적은 유럽통계협회에서 생산되는 자료의 품질을 측정하기 위해 대표성이 있으며, 계산하기 쉽고, 이해하기 쉬운 지수를 개발하는 것이었다. 유럽 통계협회는 연구팀에서 개발한 지수를 이용하여 내부품질보고서를 작성하도록 결정하였다. 개발된 풀질지수들은 유럽 통계협회 소속 국가에 의해 생산된 통계에 적용하기 적합해야하며 유럽전체를 위해 Eurostat 이 보유하고 있는 통계에도 적합해야한다. 그러므로 지수들은 각 국이 합의한 용어, 공식, 변수, 도메인, 분석의 정도를 고려하여 개발되도록 하였다. 이러한 지수는 정기적으로 생산되도록 규정하고 있으며 이 규정이 지켜지기 위해서는 동일한 변수, 공식 통이 적용되어야함은 물론이고 시계열의 유지를 위해 관련된 메타데이터가 제공되어야한다. 서로 다른 조사결과로부터 관련된 통계량의 측정과 개념들간의 차이를 확인하기 위해서 메타데이터는 반드시 필요하며 품질보고서가 있는 경우 많은 도움이 릴 것이다. 본 연구에서는 동계생산자의 관점에서 본 각각의 품질 요소에 따라서 생산된 다양한 통계의 풀질을 평가하기 위해서 개발된 일련의 표준화된 품질지수를 제시할 것이다. 각 지수들의 정의와 가장 대표적인 지수산출을 제안하고 지수산출을 위해 필요한 메타데이터를 선명한 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to identify the most influential soccer players by appling social network analysis. The subjects were the German national soccer team and the Korean national soccer team participated in the 2016 Brazil World Cup. The pass collected data provided by FIFA were analyzed by social network analysis using the Ucinet6 program and pass success rate. The results are as follows. First, the soccer player with a lot of passes had a high connection centrality in pass-through networks and high proximity. Second, the German national soccer team has appeared key players as Phillip Lahm and Kroos player, and a key player of the Korean national soccer team was Ki,S.Y. Third, the German national soccer team's quantitative indicator value of proximity center and pass success rate appeared higher than the Korean national soccer team's.

The purpose of this research is to compare a sensation seeking profiles of the members in Korean Olympic team with those of common athletes. The 261 participants(male: 134, female: 127) as the members of Korean Olympic team were randomly selected from the athletes, who were under training as the entrants for Athens 2004 Olympic Games. And 252 athletes who have never been national representatives, participated for the common athletes. We should find following result. First, Olympic team's athletes were lower than common athletes in TAS(p<.05), BS(p<.05), DIS(p<.001). Second, The ES factor did not find any difference following sex and level. Third, Male athletes were significantly higher than famale athletes in TAS(p<.01) and DIS(p<.001). Fourth, TAS was the highest factor in male athletes, otherwise BS was the highest factor in female athletes.

The present study aimed to develop a sports psychological skill training program and to test its applicability to improve the performance of national wheelchair curling players. A total of 4 participants completed the study. Subjects have been to 12 sessions of 6 different psychological skills training programs (routine training, attentional focus training, writing practice training in diary, relation training, self-control training, and positive self-talk training). The effectiveness of psychological skills training has been evaluated with 6 questionnaires and EEG measurement. The result was that psychological skills training had improved coping with adversity, peaking under pressure, and concentration, self-management and reduced anxiety of Korean national wheelchair curling player. The result was that the EEG inter-hemispheric asymmetry index showed negative emotional states before psychological skill training but positive emotional states after. The result implies that psychological skill training plays an important mediating role in bringing about positive effects in the psychological elements and competitiveness in national wheelchair curling players.

The phenomena and game records that occur in sports matches are being analyzed in the field of sports game analysis, utilizing advanced technologies and various scientific analysis methods. Among these methods, social network analysis is actively employed in analyzing pass networks. As football is a representative sport in which the game unfolds through player interactions, efforts are being made to provide new insights into the game using social network analysis, which were previously unattainable. Consequently, this study aims to analyze the changes in pass networks over time for a specific football team and compare them in different scenarios, including variations in the game's nature (Qatar World Cup games vs. A match games) and alterations in the opposing team (higher FIFA rankers vs. lower FIFA rankers). To elaborate, we selected ten matches from the games of the Korean national football team following Coach Bento's appointment, extracted network indicators for these matches, and applied four indicators (efficiency, cohesion, vulnerability, and activity/leadership) from a football team's performance evaluation model to the extracted data for analysis under different circumstances. The research findings revealed a significant increase in cohesion and a substantial decrease in vulnerability during the analysis of game performance over time. In the comparative analysis based on changes in the game's nature, Qatar World Cup matches exhibited superior performance across all aspects of the evaluation model compared to A matches. Lastly, in the comparative analysis considering the variations in the opposing team, matches against lower FIFA rankers displayed superior performance in all aspects of the evaluation model in comparison to matches against top FIFA rankers. We hope that the outcomes of this study can serve as essential foundational data for the selection of football team coaches and the development of game strategies, thereby contributing to the enhancement of the team's performance.

In this study, a test system which can test performance of curling pad was developed to support Korea curling team. The developed system consists of a water tank, a mechanical pad driving system that can perform sweeping movement using a curling pad on surface of ice made by the water tank, and temperature sensors monitoring ice and air temperatures. To control the temperature of ice and humidity/temperature of air around the ice, all system are installed in a chamber that can isolate the developed system from external environment. Eight kinds of curling pads were tested using the developed system. Test result showed that each curling pad revealed different rate of ice temperature increasing. The pad with the highest rate of ice temperature rising was found to be the same as the most preferred pad by the athletes. Therefore, it was confirmed that the method of measuring change of ice temperature by the sweeping performed in this study is an effective method to test the performance of the pad.

The purpose of this paper is to identify whether the national baseball squad made up of the best players may get the outstanding results in the international competitions or not. Using Data Envelopment Analysis, the relative efficiency of players in Korean Baseball Organization is estimated as performance measure, and compared with the efficiency scores of national squad members. The paper focuses on the proper choice of DEA model in a baseball setting, thereby selecting the BCC model with non-discretionary variable. Two input variables(plate appearances and stolen bases to enforce) and three output variables(runs, on-base plus slugging and stolen base percentage) are used to evaluate the efficiency of the baseball players. Results showed that 22 players among 97 players were classified as efficient and 8 players among 12 national squad members were as efficient. These findings indicate a potential for DEA to be a major part of the analytical approaches in evaluating the relative efficiency of players.

우리나라 해양경영의 요충지인 광양만. 이곳에는 광양제철소라는 우리나라의 대표적인 제철소가 자리 잡고 있다. 광양국가산업단지의 중심업체인 광양제철소는 자동차 강판 및 에너지용 강재 전문 제철소로 직원 1만 7천여 명이 1년 365일 밤낮없이 용광로의 불꽃을 지키고 있다. 광양제철소는 (주)포스코의 전신인 포항종합제철이 포항제철소에 이어 건설한 제2제철소다. 1985년 연간 270만 톤의 조강능력을 갖춘 1기 설비 건설에 착공하여 1992년 종합 준공하였으며, 그 이후 1999년 3월에는 5고로를 준공했다. 그 외에 2005년 LNG 터미널 준공 2006년 TWB 공장 준공, 2008년 자동차강반기술센터 준공 등을 거치면서, 지난해 세계 1위의 후판 생산업체로 도약했다. 광양제철소는 단일 제철소로는 세계 최대 규모를 자랑한다. 600만 평의 부지에 조강 생산량은 연간 1,950만 톤(2010년 기준)에 달한다. 여기에 만족하지 않고 올해에는 2,300만 톤의 목표를 달성해, 세계적인 제철소로서의 입지를 확고히 다져나간다는 계획을 세우고 있다. 이처럼 무한한 철강의 꿈을 인류와 함께 실현해나가고 있는 광양제출은 산업안전 분야에서도 명성이 높다. 세계적 기업답게 선진 안전관리가 펼쳐지고 있는 것. 그 중심에는 제철소 현장의 전반적인 안전을 담당하는 김성철 안전팀 파트장이 있다.

The study looked at a cross section of inter-Korean sports through the lives of female north korean defector. The researcher was a north korean national team player in the early and mid-1990s and defected to the north and played for the national team in South Korea. After her retirement, she became a coach, but felt limited and left the sports world. After analyzing the informant's interviews, the prevailing idea was that she was always politically used, and there was a regret that he was spotlighted as a defector rather than an athletic skill. And she was not in a position to choose between South Korea and North Korea. It was also shown that inter-Korean sports exchanges could not be developed unless economic conditions were supported. As a stranger, the research participants felt alienated and adapted to South Korea. Her life is an example of experiencing inter-Korean sports at the same time, and it is believed that she can have personal, specific, and concrete characteristics while showing universality in the upcoming era of unification.
