This paper implements a priority algorithm for active response to security event risk, and implements an event scheduler that performs efficient event processing based on this. According to the standards that have global standards such as CVE and CVSS, standards for scoring when security events are executed are prepared and standardized so that priorities can be more objectively set. So, based on this, we build a security event database and use it to perform scheduling. In addition, by developing and applying the security event scheduling priority algorithm according to the situation of security events in Korea, it will contribute to securing the reliability of information protection and industrial development of domestic or ganizations and companies.

국제무역지수의 증가로 인한 해상운송 및 항만개발수요의 증가는 국제해사기구(IMO)를 중심으로 선박기인 대기오염, 특히 온실가스 배출규제의 강화를 초래하였다. 이러한 국제환경규제에 대응하고 선박 및 항만기인 환경오염 저감을 통한 자국민의 후생증진을 위하여 미국과 유럽을 중심으로 Green Port 정책의 시행이 점점 확대되고 있는 추세이다. 이에 따라 우리나라도 2010년 녹색성장기본법을 재정하고 국가 Green Port 구축 종합계획을 수립하여 각 항만별 그린포트 구축계획의 수립 및 이행을 촉구하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 동북아시아 오일허브 항만을 지향하는 울산항의 지속가능한 친환경 항만운영을 위한 울산항의 Green Port 정책방안의 수립에 있다. 이를 위해 울산항의 친환경 항만정책의 현황 및 문제점을 살펴보고, 해외 해양선진국의 그린포트구축 사례분석과 전문가 자문 및 설문조사를 통하여 울산항 그린포트 구축방안을 도출하였다. 그리고 도출된 방안에 대하여 전문가 AHP 설문조사 및 분석을 통해 울산항에 도입해야 할 그린포트 구축방안에 대한 우선순위를 도출하였다. 마지막으로 울산항의 특성에 맞는 지속적인 그린포트 정책의 시행을 위한 여려 정책대안을 제시하였다.

지휘 통제 자동화 체계는 군의 현대화를 위해서는 반드시 필요한 체계이며, 다양한 기능들이 복합된 매우 복잡한 체계이다 체계의 완전한 성능을 발휘하기 위해서는 다른 많은 체계들과 복합 연동 운용되어야 하는 특성이 있다. 이 모든 체계들은 기술 집약적 고가의 체계들이기 때문에 이 체계들을 동시에 개발, 구축하기는 곤란하므로 체계의 효용성, 경제성등을 분석하여 국가적 차원에서의 철저한 우선순위를 결정하여 구축해나가야 할 것이다

After Sewol ferry disaster occurred in April 2014, Korean government began investing to deploy LTE-based public safety network until the year of 2017. In order to reduce the operating and capital costs, resource sharing scheme among public safety network and commercial LTE networks is considered as one of the viable approaches. This thesis proposes a method of allocating bandwidth of public safety network based on various priorities required for disaster scenarios and stages in a resource sharing environment. In order to obtain the highest efficiency, we formulate the bandwidth allocation problem as a Fractional Knapsack Problem. Greedy algorithm was applied to solve the problem. For performance evaluation, we created several disaster scenarios and set suitable parameters for each scenario based on a disaster manual. The proposed method is compared with two typical methods, which are Class-based bandwidth allocation and Uniform bandwidth allocation. The results showed that the better performance in terms of the sum of the values and the amount of lost bytes.

In this research, several ways of creating effective STI(Scientific ＆ Technological Information) databases were suggested. We put emphasis on the selection of input data, while on the other was handled, such factors as standardization for data entry, data entry system, etc.. In order to decide priority of target data, the status of document delivery service was analyzed. The result shows that conference proceedings were given priority to academic journals. In case of journals, ranking in the number of documents requested at KORDIC (Korea R＆D Information Center) and 16 Specialized Information Centers was compared with the ranking in citation frequency and impact factor, appeared at SCI.

The purposes of this paper are to research the military utilization of weather modification techniques and to induce their research priority when considering the Korean Peninsular environment and technical level. To achieve these goals, the advantages and disadvantages of weather modification technologies have been discussed, and the evaluation index evaluation was derived through the Delphi method, and the weight of the evaluation index and the final research priority were induced through analytic hierarchical process. Analysis shows that the ionospheric modulation technology has the highest priority in terms of effectiveness as a weapon system and compatibility in the Korean Peninsula environment. It is expected that Korean ionosphere modification can disturb C4ISR function of the enemy and guarantee ours reliably when operating PGM, military satellite, surveillance & reconnaissance equipments, etc. Other weather modification technologies except for ionosphere modification should be developed gradually in that potential threat can be expanded to neighboring countries after the Unification of the Korea.

The goal of this paper is to set up the rank list of the critical success factors according to its weights. To get the empirical data for this research, the Internet-based questionnaires were performed. This research is carried out in two steps. At first step, the critical success factors(CSF) are crystallized through factor analysis methods. To find out the weights and ranks of critical success factors in second step, the analytical hierarchical process(AHP) method were performed. The order list of all CSFs will be determined according to their priorities. This order list shows which factors have the most useful influence on the performance and success of SCM. This result could play the role as milestone for the effective management of Supply Chain Management System in korean manufacturing company.

전문용어는 특정 분야의 전문가 사이에서 통용되는 표현 매체이며, 일반용어에 비해 생성과 소멸의 주기가 짧은 특징을 가지고 있다. 이런 특징 때문에 일반용어 사전구축과 달리 전문용어 사전을 구축하기 위해서는 신속한 대응전략이 필요하다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 전문용어 사전 구축을 위한 다음과 같은 두 단계의 과정을 제안한다. 우선 형태소 후처리와 결합규칙을 이용하여 1,200만 어절의 신문 말뭉치로부터 단일어 10만과 복합어 30만의 용어후보를 추출하고, 고빈도 용어 후보 6만개를 선별해 용어지배지수(Term Dominance Value)라는 개념을 도입하여 전문용어를 선정한다. 실험을 통해 용어지배지수 순위와 누적빈도순위 및 최근연도 순위를 비교한 결과 본 논문에서 제안한 용어지배지수가 전문용어 활용도를 나타내는 훌륭한 지표역할을 할 수 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.
