Since the supply of smart phones, a change in mobile environment brought a turning point called a mobile generation. Smart mobile office is a combined form of smart phones' new mobile environment and its social media. A construction of mobile office environment using smart phones brought revitalization of the smart phone market. CRM construction also became new requirements for a customer management. However, based on the current information system audit standard, check fields or check lists are insufficient to apply to audit for CRM construction in a smart mobile office environment. Therefore, this paper proposes a model for auditing CRM system construction in smart mobile office environment. It proposes audit domain and check lists of CRM construction. It also verified whether the proposed model is suitable or not by doing a survey if deduced audit domain and check lists correspond with the purpose of the CRM construction audit during smart mobile office environment. As the result, this study appear to have more than average satisfaction the suitability results were.

The person information is a database given free most lively. This study investigates the construction of the domestic person information database and the service present situation. And I compare a search item and a search method with problems for the biographical database construction process and analyze it. I analyze the problems of the person information database and show the person idea who can solve this. I use term relations and the attribute data of the person which used thesaurus by biographical database construction with this purpose.

본 연구에서는 중사전 규모의 현대국어사전에서 약 5,000 개의 표제항목의 뜻풀이 8,000여 항에 사용된 어휘를 분석한 결과를 제시하였다. 분석 결과 명사류의 의미구조에서 최상위계층에 속하는 것들이 사전의 뜻풀이에 자주 사용됨을 확인할 수 있었고, 아울러 뜻풀이에 사용되는 단어들이 어느 정도 통제된 상태임을 알 수 있었다. 그러나 표제항목과 뜻풀이에 사용된 단어들 사이의 관계만을 바탕으로 해서는 의미망을 구축하기 어려웠는데, 그것은 국어사전에서의 뜻풀이가 지니고 있는 구조적 문제에서 기인하는 것이다. 즉 일부 한자어의 경우에는 명사로 정의되지 않으며, 그 결과 표제명사와 뜻풀이에 사용된 명사 사이의 관계를 바탕으로 한 의미망의 구축에 포함되지 않는 것이다. 또한 순환적 뜻풀이의 경우 역시 의미망 구축에 장애요소로 작용함을 밝혔다.

최근 한국과 미국 기업에 있어서 회계법상 가장 큰 이슈 중 하나는 재무보고와 관련된 내부통제제도(ICFR: Internal Control over Financial Reporting)에 관한 것이다. 한국과 미국에서 각각 내부회계관리제도와 SOX(Sarbanes Oxley Act)라고 불려지고 있는 내부통제 법령에 의해 기업들은 자체적으로 내부통제를 구축, 운영하고, 이에 대해 매년 회계법인에 의해 검토 또는 감사를 받게 되었다. IT 부문도 기업 업무 영역에서 중요성을 더해가고 있기 때문에 내부통제 제도의 한 영역을 차지하게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 기업 특성과 IT 관리 특성이 기업의 IT 부문 내부통제 구축 시 어떤 영향을 미치는지에 대해 실제 기업 IT 내부통제 구축 데이터를 대상으로 하여 실증적인 분석을 실시하였다. 이를 위해 기업 특성 중 자산, 종업원 수, 업종과 IT 관리 특성 중 IT 기획팀 IT 아웃소싱, 주 시스템 플랫폼을 각각 독립변수로 선정하였고, 이들 6개 독립변수가 내부통제 구축 시 도출된 통제항목(Control Activities) 개수 대비 미비점(Deficiency) 비율, 통제항목 개수, 미비점 개수 각각에 대하여 영향을 미치는 지에 대해 검증하였다.

This study identified a candidate area and route for construction of a hub & spork system for coastal passenger ships. For this purpose, the characteristics of the hierarchy structure of other transportation and the operating system of coastal passenger ships were analyzed. Evaluation factors for selecting alternative areas and routes for the construction project were then extracted. Secondly, the relative importance of these evaluation factors for alternative routes were calculated using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. Finally, the importance of these evaluation items and quality of the alternative areas and routes were considered to select a primary candidate area and route. Therefore, four evaluation items such as the number of passenger-ship routes, the number of passengers, the number of cars, and the number of residences were extracted, and the Mokpo area was selected as the target area. In addition, four evaluation items such as he number of islanders, the number of local governments, geographical conditions and passenger ship operators were extracted, and the Yeonggwang route was selected as priority candidates for this construction project. Meanwhile, for the expansive implementation, step-by-step promotion is needed along with the expansion of terminal facilities, the securing of large ships, and the introduction of a semi-public system for coastal passenger ships.

본 연구에서는 국내 항만보안 효율성을 측정하기 위한 사전연구로 항만보안에 있어서 중요 평가항목을 선정하고 평가하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 문헌조사 및 관계자들의 인터뷰를 통해 평가항목을 선정하였고, 이들 항목을 4개의 대분류와 12개의 중분류로 분류하였다. 다음으로 해양수산부 공무원, 항만공사 직원, 학계 관계자들로 구성된 전문가들의 설문조사를 통해 평가항목에 대하여 AHP 기법을 이용하여 중요도를 산출하였다. 상위 수준의 중요도 산출결과, 해양수산부 공무원 그룹과 항만공사 직원 그룹은 시설 지원 항목의 중요도가 높았으며 학계 관계자 그룹의 경우 인력예산 지원 항목의 중요도가 높았다. 하위 수준 항목의 종합중요도 분석 결과, 해양수산부 공무원 그룹과 항만공사 직원 그룹에서는 항만 내 통합시스템 구축 및 유관기관 간의 협조를 통한 운영시스템 강화의 순위가 가장 높았으나, 학계 관계자 그룹의 경우 보안인력들의 처우개선이 가장 높은 순위로 나타났다.

댐 수문학적 안전성평가는 "시설물의 안전 및 유지관리에 관한 특별벌(이하 시특법)"에 따른 댐시설물의 정밀안전진단의 안전성평가 중 가장 중요한 평가 항목으로 댐 시설물을 평가 수행 시 주요한 평가 항목이다. 기존의 수문학적 안전성평가는 가능최대강수량 발생 시 댐의 월류 및 여유고 확보여부에 대한 평가 여부만 판단하고 있으나, 본 연구에서는 기후변화를 고려하는 장기적 관점의 추가 평가항목을 도출하고자 한다. 현재 가능최대강수량으로 event적 평가를 수행하는 수문학적 안전성 평가에서 기존평가항목 뿐만 아니라, 기후변화 장기적 관점의 추가적인 기후영향인자를 도출하고 이를 함께 적용할 수 있는 평가 체계를 구축하고자한다. 장기적 관점의 기후영향인자라 함은 기상청에서 제공하는 기후변화 시나리오 결과에서 30년동안 장기적인 관점에서 대상 댐의 운영에 부담을 야기할 것으로 판단되는 인자를 말하는 것이며, 이때 기후변화 시나리오의 일자료를 활용하여 기후인자의 장기적 변동성을 추정하고자 하며, 이때 활용한 지표로는 월최대강수량, 연강우강도 및 댐 상태에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 최소기온을 사용하였다. 기후변화 시나리오의 불확실성을 최소화하기 위하여 월최대 강수량값을 산출하였고, 1년 동안 발생한 강우의 일수 및 강수량에 대한 영향을 고려하기 위하여 연강우강도값을 산출하였다. 또한 댐의 월류 및 여유고 확보여부 평가 시 댐 상태에 대하여 고려하기 때문에 댐의 외부상태에 영향을 주는 최소기온을 활용하여 댐별 평가를 수행하였다. 이때 2011~2040년(S1), 2041년~2070년(S2), 2071년~2100년(S3)기간으로 나누어 장기간 기후에 대한 영향 평가를 수행하여 1종 댐 시설물의 기후영향인자 값을 도출하였다. 도출된 기후영향인자를 기존 수문학적 안전성평가 항목과 함께 평가 될 수 있도록 AHP분석기법을 활용하여 각 인자에 대한 가중치를 재산출하였고, 기후영향인자를 고려하는 수문학적 안전성평가 체계를 구축하였다.

The purpose of this study was to research instances of green library construction and recognition in order to increase awareness of green libraries. To this end, we investigated the green library's outline and green building, evaluated cases of G-SEED certified libraries, and surveyed the employees at the 16 different G-SEED certified libraries. Results showed that the employees' knowledge of green libraries and the green certification system was low, whereas their interest and needs regarding the green library concept were very high. Second, the respondents were able to recognize as a whole the factors of green library construction based on the evaluation items for G-SEED and place particular emphasis on 'recyclable resources & recycling bins.' However, only a few recognized 'water reclamation/reuse system establishment' as a green library factor. Third, the respondents largely agreed upon an evaluation of items on the suitability of G-SEED, and their ranked reasons for build a green library were preventing environmental pollution, energy-saving, environment, ecology, and indoor environmental factors. Fourth, a lack of 'awareness about the concept of the green library' was thought to most affect the awareness of difficulties in green library construction, and the respondents agreed with the need for 'library image enhancement' to better manage expectations of the green library.

The purpose of the study is to identify what terms are used, how they are categorized, and what they are related each others to search image files. Data collection was conducted through 5 photographies using 22 participants. The study shows that used terms were affected by image contents and size, and pre-iconography, iconology, time, geographical location, and relationship were important for image attributes.
