식품의약품안전처는 가입한 의약품실사상호협력기구(PIC/S)의 규정 변경 사항을 '의약품 제조 및 품질관리에 관한 규정'([별표13])에 반영해 국제 조화하기 위하여 '의약품 제조 및 품질관리에 관한 규정'을 일부개정한다고 밝혔다. 주요 내용은 ▲공정밸리데이션 방법의 선택적 적용, ▲규제의 합리적 개선, ▲포장공정 밸리데이션, 세척 밸리데이션 구체화 등 조문 정비 등이다. 다음에 '의약품 제조 및 품질관리에 관한 규정' 일부개정의 상세한 내용을 살펴보도록 한다.

Students have to investigate, experiment and inquire using the manipulative materials and real-world thing for studying Geometry. Manipulative materials activities encourage to understand mathematical concept and connection of symbol. Experiment activities using the computer focused the student's intuitive and inquisitive activities because of visualization of an abstract mathematics concept. This study developed a workbook through the use of manipulative materials and computer for operating and experimenting, and suggested a method for inquiry of geometrical properties and proved an effect. Manipulative materials-experiment activities was proven effective to middle level and lower level students in understanding the geometrical properties, and was proven effective to high level and lower level students when it comes to mathematical communication ability. When students operate, at first, they have to know about the feature and information of the materials, and the teacher has to make an elaborate plan and encourages the students to discuss about this.

With the help of information technology The problem of building a concrete form with a shapeless media is the starting point of presenting information by means of sound. Audio-Visual System using sound as a medium is a method that presents an auditory material visually and has a role of linking different sensory organs. In a sense, Audio-Visual System transfers a non-concrete sensation to a concrete one. Audio-Visual System presentation by late methods using active and non-active images produced by computerized irregular procedures can be limited because of the limited ways of visual output. On the other side, visualization using active images can induce more diverse expressions using sound as a medium. This study suggests a new way of expression in animations using visualization of various auditory materials and sounds built by Audio-Visual System with active images.

Flipped learning can be used as an innovative teaching method in science education. This study analyzes video clip produced by pre-service elementary school teachers for flipped learning and explore strategies to organize effective visualization. The pre-service elementary school teachers focused on providing information on macroscopic natural phenomenon using concrete case selection strategy for earth science class. They used marker and spatial transformation elements effectively, but their efforts to link the elements to the experience of students were not sufficient. In addition, it was very rare to put the contents into simplified drawing or provide extreme cases to enhance the imagery of students. In addition, it is necessary to provide specific case of multi-modal and link the material to the experience of students closely through familiar cases or analogical model to establish an effective visual teaching material. It may also be needed to present simplified drawing for enhancing imagery and provide extreme cases to make students have an opportunity to infer a new situation.

This study is on the creation of floral art works based on the intuitive insight acquired by methodological process of ruminating the experienced meaningful events of the artists utilizing sensible perception. The researcher used the narration and visualization techniques. The narration process adopted the writing technique of subjective impression, emotion, stream of consciousness to capture sensations of subconscious state, which were applied in three steps of 'the exploration of experiences', 'the concretion of experiences', and 'the creation of meaning out of experiences'. The visualization process adopted collection, selection, classification, and interpretation of related images, which were applied in three methods of 'the creation of images', 'the utilization of intuition', and 'the perception through remembering'. Finally 5 art works of 'Hammock is Good', 'At the Rooftop with Warm Sunshine', 'Standing at the Waterside Alone', 'Dizziness at Hot Sand Field', and 'Having Good Time at a Botanical Garden'were created through the combination of these two methods mentioned above and complementary research and writing. The meaningfulness of this research lies in presenting methodological approaches of utilizing narration and visualization of experiences in art creation process.

최근 수학교육에서는 네덜란드의 수학교육이론인 현실적 수학교육(Realistic Mathematics Education: 이하 RME) 이론에 대한 관심이 증대되고 있다. RME 이론의 관점에서 학생들은 만들어져 있는 수학을 수용하는 사람이 아니라 스스로 모든 종류의 수학적 도구와 통찰을 개발하는 활동적 참여자로서 다루어져야 한다. 따라서 수학 학습은 수학화될 수 있는 풍부한 맥락으로부터 시작해야하며, 이러한 수학화를 실제(reality)에 둘 수 있도록 기여할 수 있는 교재로 시작해야 한다. 최근 발간된 'Mathematics In Context(이하 MIC)'는 RME 이론을 반영한 중등학교용 교과서로 맥락 문제가 그 중심이 되고 있으므로 RME 이론의 구체화된 실제를 볼 수 있는 예가 될 수 있다. 지금까지 Freudenthal의 교육철학을 소개하는 문헌 연구를 비롯하여 RME 이론을 기반으로 하는 교수 학습의 효과 분석에 관한 연구가 초등학교를 중심으로 이루어지고 있으나 중등학교 이상의 수준에서 수행된 RME 관련 연구가 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 RME 이론이 중등학교 이상에서 수행되는 예를 찾기 위해 MIC 대수 교과서 중 'Comparing Quantities(Kindt, Abels, Meyer, & Pligge, 1998)'를 중심으로 Treffers(1991)의 다섯 가지 교수 학습 원리(구성하기와 구체화하기, 여러 가지 수준과 모델, 반성과 특별한 과제, 사회적 맥락과 상호작용, 구조화와 연결성)가 어떻게 구현되고 있는지 살펴보고자 한다. RME의 수학 학습 이론은 학생들이 맥락과 모델을 사용하면서 다양한 수준의 수학화를 통해서 자신의 수학을 개발할 수 있도록 하는 것이다. MIC 교과서는 맥락 문제와 여러 가지 해결 전략을 제시함으로써 그러한 수학 수업을 할 수 있도록 안내하는 교재가 될 수 있다.

본 연구는 저자가 2005년 평택시 문화상품 개발과정에 연구위원으로 참여하여 지역의 대표성을 가지는 디자인 고찰 과정을 살펴본 것이다. 연구목적은 고유문화재와 전통성을 바탕으로 한 상품 개발을 통한 인식 변화를 가져오는 것이다. 그리고 평택시의 문화성립 및 자긍심 고양 및 지역 위상을 확립하는 것이다. 또한, 국 내외 관광객 유치 및 지역 문화 알리기의 기반 마련하는 것이다. 이를 바탕으로 대표적 문화 상품의 개발을 통하여 도시 이미지 확산을 고려하는 것이다. 구체적으로는 평택농악(전통악기, 뱃지, 키홀더등), 문구사무용품(서류함, 책갈피, 시계, 키홀더), 생활용품 (컵받침, 탁상용 저금통, 북, 명함), 장식용품(주방용품등 문화관련 상품들을 개발) 등으로 세분화하여 조사 하였다. 연구 개발 과정을 통하여 도시브랜드 디자인 개발사례로 디자인 적용안을 도출하였다. 그 결과 지역의 도시브랜드 확립을 위한 결론이 선행되어야 한다는 아홉가지 결론을 구체화 할 수 있었다.

지구단위계획은 정확한 현황의 파악과 문제의 진단을 통한 합리적인 계획의 구상이 무엇보다도 중요하다는 것을 설명하였다. 그리고 바람직한 계획구상을 위한 고려사항을 단계별로 계획의 수립 검토단계, 구역설정단계, 문제 및 과제 파악단계, 계획구상단계 등 4단계로 나누어 살펴보았다. 이번호에서는 주로 계획의 수립과 관련된 사항을 중심으로 매뉴얼의 내용을 요약 소개하고자 한다. 계획운영의 실질적인 구속력을 갖는 계획의 수립은 계획구상을 구체화하고, 이를 실현시키기 위한 수단을 마련해 나가는 과정적 의미를 가진다. 이러한 과정을 크게 계획안의 작성단계, 계획실현의 구체화 단계, 계획의 결정단계 등 3단계로 나누어 설명하도록 한다. 이와 같은 내용은 매우 복잡하고 많은 설명이 필요한 부분이라 할 수 있다. 그러나 한정된 지면관계상 여기에서는 보다 전체적인 작업의 흐름과 내용구성을 중심으로 요약하도록 한다. 지나친 축약으로 인해 내용이해에 다소 어려움이 있으리라 생각되지만 보다 자세한 내용은 이를 바탕으로 서울시 지구단위계획 매뉴얼을 참조할 수 있을 것이다.

기획재정부는 공사의 분할 분리발주 관련규정 등을 정비하고 최저가낙찰제 확대유예 등의 내용을 담은 국가계약법 시행령 개정안을 지난 11월 8일 입법예고 했다. 이 법안은 20일 동안 업계 의견을 수렴한 후 법령안 심사 및 차관 국무회의 등을 거쳐 공포될 예정이다. 이번 국가계약법 시행령 개정안은 그동안 대한설비건설협회가 전사적으로 추진해 온 분리발주 법제화와 최저가낙찰제 연기 방안을 담고 있어 건설업계의 관심이 집중되고 있다. 분할 분리발주 규정은 분리발주가 보다 활성화 될 수 있도록 대상을 구체화했으며, 사업의 계획단계부터 분리발주 가능 여부를 판단토록 개선됐다. 또한 300억 이상에서 100억 이상으로 확대될 예정이던 최저가낙찰제 확대 방안은 오는 2015년까지 2년간 유예되고 최저가낙찰제 대체 방안으로 종합심사제가 제안되는 등 정부의 입 낙찰제도 개선 방향의 가닥이 잡혔다.
