A FEM Analysis of Remote Field Eddy Current Distribution Characteristics to CANDU Fuel Channel Tube(I) (CANDU형 핵연료 채널 압력관에 대한 원거리장 와전류의 자제분포 특성해석(I))

  • A FEM model of the remote-field eddy current effect is presented for zirconium-2.5 percent niobium(Zr-2.5%Nb) nuclear reactor pressure tubes to demonstrate the important electromagnetic field phenomena. This model is applied to evaluate the optimal operating frequency and detector position. There are many ambiguous experimental results connected with this technique. Finite element calculations can be used in the interpretation of these experimental results even though the electromagnetic fields measured in the remote-field technique are very small.

  • Machine learning, which has recently innovatively developed, has become an important technology that can solve various optimization problems. In this paper, we introduce the latest research papers that solve the problem of channel sharing in heterogeneous networks using machine learning, analyze the characteristics of mainstream approaches, and present a guide to future research directions. Existing studies have generally adopted Q-learning since it supports fast learning both on online and offline environment. On the contrary, conventional studies have either not considered various coexistence scenarios or lacked consideration for the location of machine learning controllers that can have a significant impact on network performance. One of the powerful ways to overcome these disadvantages is to selectively use a machine learning algorithm according to changes in network environment based on the logical network architecture for machine learning proposed by ITU.

  • This article intends to explore both progress and problems in local library policies of South Korea, with emphasis on public libraries. Special concerns are given to analyze the strength and weakness of local library regulations and implementation plans, prepared for the promotion of local public libraries. Also investigated are the structural problems in both current procedures and systems for library policy making. The final discussion includes the customized solutions to make local library policies be healthy and reliable, as well as the analysis on the indigenous factors to make local library policies be weak and defective.

  • 이 연구는 자치경찰제도 도입에 따른 재난대응 실태를 살펴보고 개선방안을 제시하기 위한 목적의 연구로서 연구의 완성을 위하여 경찰의 재난대응 매뉴얼과 관련 통계자료, 법령 등을 종합적으로 검토하여 개선하는 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 자치경찰제도가 도입됨에 따라 기존의 범죄예방 및 기타 치안서비스 제공 시스템에 많은 변화가 발생하였다. 자치경찰제도는 기존의 중앙통제식 경찰제도에서 벗어나 각 지역의 실정에 맞도록 경찰을 운용하는 방식이다. 이러한 자치경찰제도 도입에 따라 많은 기대와 우려가 공존하고 있는 상황에서 자치경찰제도의 취약점이라고 볼 수 있는 대규모 인력이 동원 상황 발생 시 대응에 대하여 여전히 의문을 가지고 있다. 그 중 대형 대난 발생 시 자치경찰의 역할이 대하여 살펴본 결과, 현재 경찰이 대형재난 발생 시 대형재난 현장에서 2차 피해 예방을 위한 현장 통제 및 추가적인 재난 피해 예방, 요구호자 구조 등의 업무를 수행한다. 그러나, 자치경찰의 경우 대규모 재난에 대응하기가 쉽지 않은 탓에 대형재난에 취약할 수 밖에 없기 때문에 이 연구에서는 대형 재난 발생 시 기본적인 경찰의 재난 현장 통제 및 2차 피해 예방활동과 함께 인근 지역 자치경찰과 협동 재난 대응 활동 및 컨트롤 타워 등 제안과 같은 방안을 제안하였다.

  • In the actantial model of Algirdas Julius Greimas, a story makes 3 kinds of relationships with 6 actants, and, in these relationships, the desires of subjects and objects are operated. And, when the subject performs its desire, there are both assistance of helper and disturbance of opponent. And, the object of desire wanted by the subject is provided by sender and receiver. Using this actantial model, this study analyzed the narrative structure of the animation 'Dalbitgungjeon', and, by rearranging the subject of capacity, examined general stream of communication. Korean animations have tried to approach using archetypes of Korean culture as motifs with various perspectives. But, it is true that, compared with foreign animations dramatized using cultural archetypes, Korean animations still have something to be desired. Thus, this study analyzed the narrative structure of 'Dalbitgungjeon' which was recently producted using archetypes of Korean culture as its motif, and, rearranging the subject of capacity, examined general stream of communication. By doing this, this study tried to search for the method of producing an animation equipped with more advanced narrative structure. Of course, narrative structure of Greimas has been studied in various aspects. However, there are still not enough animation researches using cultural archetypes of Greimas. Considering such aspects, this study focused on searching for a method of using the formation of cultural archetypes based on the analysis of fables of Greimas.

A Small-Angle Neutron Scattering Study for Sizes and Structures of Micelles and Vesicles Formed in Aqueous Solutions of Mixed Surfactants ADS/OTAC (ADS/OTAC 혼합 계면활성제 수용액에서 형성된 마이셀과 층막구형체의 크기 및 구조에 대한 작은 각 중성자 산란 연구)

  • The sizes and structure of micelles and vesicles formed in ammonium dodecyl sulfate (ADS)/octadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride (OTAC) mixed aqueous solutions were analyzed by small-angle neutron scattering. In micellar regions of pure ADS and OTAC aqueous solution, the spherical micelles were formed at given concentrations and their sizes were 40 and 61\AA, respectively. The structure transition of pure micelles occurred above 300 mM due to the constancy of the intermicellar distance above 250 mM. The coexisting region of mixed micelles and vesicles in phase diagram of mixed system was also assured. It was investigated that vesicle formed spontaneously took a bilayer structure. The lamellar thickness of vesicles decreased with increasing concentration of vesicle samples. However, the size could not be determined for mixed micelle and vesicle above 100 nm due to limitation of low q ranges. Finally, The 9 mM solution of ADS mole fraction 0.9 (α=0.9) showed bilayer structure compared to phase diagram classified into mixed micelle.

  • This paper examines what is the content of Gusan's urban identity, represented by the film and how the contents and aspects of this city's identity interact with the structure of the films' discourse. weaves Gunsan and Seoul into continuously reorganized cities based on an interactive relation, rather than literal ones. Seoul in which the time for a film narrative is closed is converted into the starting point for tour to Gunsan. The both points in which audiences' ex post return occurs are the starting point for the time for the film discourse and the other point in which the title is suggested. The journey-type of the narrative structure in this film is a3-dimensional spiral-shaped, rather than a 2-dimensional circular regression. embodies the characteristics and the identity and apriority of two cities, based on such a spiral-shaped temporal and spatial structure. Seoul severs the relation between grand narrative/collective memory and small narrative/individual memory as an agnostic one, in other words, it is a city that cuts off cities, relations and memory and rejects the continuity of memory. On the other hand, Gunsan is a city in which both grand and small narrative and collective and individual memory coexist and both split and isolated mind are cured and mutually consoled. It describes Gunsan as the surplus space as a being for others, while expressing its identity as robust and literal thing. The film describes it as the field in which oppositional concepts such as historical interruption and continuity and spatial being for others and originality become 3-dimensional spiral ones, through the reciprocity between the narrative and the discourse structure. This paper has an implication, in that it examines how temporal and spatial relationship constituting the urban identity interacts with the structure of the film narrative.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the characteristics of regional structure in metropolitan and surrounding areas in Busan metropolitan and Gyeongsang-Namdo. An analysis of urban growth factors with change process, that data suggests a urban management direction of Busan metropolitan and Gyeongsang-Namdo for the future. The findings of this study are summarized as follows: 1) factor analysis result 5 factors appeared, with this result use to cluster analysis of all 4 cluster. 2) The regional structure of Busan metropolitan and Gyeongsang-Namdo are accelerated know that is most industry connection areas concentration of southeast. 3) It is considered to regional development must be activated.

Mixed Grinding Effect on Kaolinite-Aluminum Trihydroxide Mixture and Its Influence on Mullite Formation (Kaolinite-Aluminum Trihydroxide의 혼합물의 혼합분쇄효과 및 Mullite의 생성에 미치는 영향)

  • The present paper describes the effect of dry mixed grinding on kaolinite-aluminum trihydroxide mixture with a planetary ball mill before sintering and its influence on mullite formation during sintering. The size reduction of the mixture is market in the early stage of grinding and the obtained fine particles agglomerate subsequently with an increase of grinding time. The crystal structure of the mixture is collapsed easily into an amorphous one by planetary ball milling, of which amount increases with an increase of grinding time. Only mullite phase except for anatase as an inherent impurity in kaolinite appeared in the sintered body of the mixtures with mixed grinding as relatively lower temperature 1523K, while corundum, cristobalite, and Al-Si spinel phases, besides mullite were formed in the sintered body of the mixture without mixed grinding. Therefore, the mixed grinding treatment is very effective to improve the homogeneous mixing and disp-ersion of the mixture of raw materials on a micro scale and to decrease the thermal decomposition tem-perature by crystal structure change of them so as to obatin direct preparation of mullite with high purity at relatively low temperature.

  • The authors studied chromosomal abnormalities in 38 autistic children meeting the diagnostic criteria of DSM-III-R in order to investigate genere factor in autistic disorder There were 28 males and 10 females, with the mean age being 108.8±28.5months(70156months). All samples were analyzed on short-term lymphocyre cultures in Medium 199 that contained FUdR. The fragile X chromosome was not found in any of the patients. There were other chromosomal abnormalities in 14(36.8%) of 38 patients, such as breakage, 11cases ; gap, 2case ; breakage and gap, 1 case. In grouping of chromosomal abnormalities, group A patients were 4 cases ; group C were 3 cases ; group A and B was 1 case ; group A and E was 1 case ; group C and E was 1 case ; group A, B and C was 1 case. There were no statistical significance in the 16 symptoms of autistic disorder of DSM-III-R between patients with chromosomal abnormalities and patients without chromosomal abnormalites. These results do not support the hypothesis that fragile X chromosome is an etiological factor in autistic disorder.
