진주조개(Pinctada fucata martensii)는 일본의 남부지역에만 분포하는 종으로 양질의 진주를 생산하는 주된 양식 대상종이다. 우리나라에서는 1960년대 일본으로부터 이식하여 양식하고 있으나, 자연채묘에 의한 종묘 수급에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이러한 어려움을 해결하기 위해서는 인공 종묘생산이 이루어져야 하며, 이의 확립을 위해서는 건강하고 우량형질을 지닌 어미와 함께 원활한 유생의 공급이 필요하다. 그 한가지 방법으로서 발생배의 대량 냉동보존을 들 수 있는데, 만일 진주조개 배우자의 냉동보존 기술이 확립된다면, 연중 인공 종묘생산과 선발육종이 가능해지고 우량종의 유전자를 보존할 수 있게 된다. This is the deconstruction of functionism and means the complex phenomenon of disharmony such as the reputation of purity, search for history, irony and so on. The perceptional system of post modernist and deconstructionist philosopy, that allow us to have the critical angle of view such as the deconstruction of the existing foundation and the absence of the meaning of the reasoncentered thinking of the west, is shown to be grafted into design, fashion and so forth. These elements are taking root as the style of the end of the 20th century. The deconstructional fashion revolting against the existing regime has been reconstructed and created a innovative aesthetic sense by going so far as to address the way that doffing is formed, the way to handle materials and physiological and psychological elements. 본 논문은 다큐멘터리 사진의 의미구조와 특성을 스티브 맥커리(Steve Mcccury)의 작품을 통해서 사진이 내포하고 있는 의미구조와 텍스트의 이중적 구조의 전달 방식에 대한 특성을 살펴보고자 하였다. 다큐멘터리 사진이 갖고 있는 시각적 믿음의 생산에 따른 이미지의 진실성은 다양한 양식과 표현 기법을 통해서 전달되고 있는 점을 살펴볼 수 있다. 결국, 다큐멘터리 사진이 갖고 있는 우리 사회의 모습은 단순한 기록매체로의 수단이 아니라는 점을 인식하여야 할 것이다.

본 케이스 스타디는 1983년 4월 17일 중국 하얼빈에서 일어났던 도시형 화재를 통하여 근대화가 급속히 이루어지고 있는 중국의 대도시, 특히 도상시가지에서의 생활양식과 도시구조의 격변, 이에 따른 안전과의 관련을 찾아내고자 하는 시도이다.

In this study, we investigated the characteristics, the mapping understanding, the mapping errors, and the perceptions of student-generated analogies on the separation of mixtures using the sizes of particles by elementary school students' approaches to learning. Fourth graders (N=92) were selected and administered with the tests on the approaches to learning, self-generating analogies, and perception of self-generating analogies. The results revealed that the meaningful learners made more analogies, especially structural/functional, enriched, and higher systematic ones than the rote learners. However, there were little difference in students' approaches to learning in the subcategories of representation (verbal, pictorial, and verbal/pictorial), artificiality (artificial and everyday), and abstraction (abstract and concrete). The meaningful learners had deeper understanding of the analogy and fewer mapping errors than the rote learners. In addition, the numbers of the shared attributes included in student-generated analogies and the scores of the mapping understanding of the meaningful learners were significantly higher than those of the rote learners. Many students, regardless of students' approaches to learning, had positive perceptions of the self-generating analogies in various cognitive and motivational aspects. However, they also point out the various difficulties in the self-generating analogies as their disadvantages. Educational implications of these findings are discussed.

본 연구는 현대 집합주택의 개발의 실험적 토대가 되었던 1960년대 이후 1990년대 초반까지의 서울지역 아파트단지들을 중심으로 단지의 측면과 단위평면의 측면에서 시대적 변천과 유형별 특성을 분석하여 국내 집합주거의 양상이 어떻게 전개되어 왔는지를 인식하고, 국내 집합주거의 질적 향상을 위한 대안을 제시하고자 하는 추후 연구의 한 준거를 제시토록 한다. 이를 위하여 집합주거의 생성과 현황에 대하여 일반적인 고찰을 진행하여, 국내 주거양식이 점차로 고층, 고밀화되어가는 과정을 살펴보고, 이러한 주거양식의 집합화가 점차로 정책적인 차원에서 더욱 고려되어지고 있음을 현대에 이르기까지의 시대적 틀 속에서 고찰해 본다. 이와 함께 집합화되는 주거양식이 단위평면속에서는 어떻게 변천해 왔는지를 규모와 제실구성, 설비 및 구조방식, 내부공간 구성방식등으로 나누어 분석한다.

인터넷 기반의 B2B(Business To Business) 및 B2C(Business To Customer)의 거래 확대에 따른 비즈니스 상에 이용되어질 문서 양식도 웹(Web)화 되거나 전자화된 전용 양식 형태로 변환되어질 필요가 있다. 이러한 점은 기존의 비즈니스 상에서 이용되어진 종이 형태나 특정 포맷에 의존한 문서 양식이 제작 과정의 여러 단계와 그에 따른 고 비용의 문제를 안고 있으며, 거래 파트너간의 문서 교환을 통한 상호 운용성(Interoperability)을 확보 할 수 없는 문제점을 가지고 있기 때문이다. 이에 본 논문에서는, 인터넷 문서 표준인 XML(eXtensible Markup Language)과 그 표현을 위한 XSL(eXtensible Stylesheet Language) 문서를 이용하여 비즈니스 DTD(Document Type Definition) 문서를 기반을 한 XML 폼 생성기(Form Generator)를 개발하였으며, 그 결과인 폼 XML 문서를 XSL 문서를 이용하여 기존 웹 상에서 이용할 수 있는 HTML 형태의 웹 문서로 생성하고, 사용자 입력을 통해서 비즈니스 DTD 문서 구조에 유효한 비즈니스 XML 메시지를 작성할 수 있도록 설계 및 구현하였다.

어류에서 steroid hormone은 그 분자 구조를 변환시켜, 물질대사를 증진시킴과 동시에 androgen효과를 억제 시킴으로서 어류 양식산업에서 성장촉진제로 사용되고있다(Higgs et al., 1982). 동자개 Pseudobagrus fulvidraco(Siluriformes, Bagridae)는 우리나라의 황해와 남해로 유입되는 유속이 완만한 하천의 모래나 진음이 많은 바닥에 서식하고, 국외로는 중국. 대만 및 시베리아 동부에도 분포하고 있으며(김,1997) 현재 양식 산업화가 진행되고 있는 어종이다. Tamoxifen은 동자개에서 효과적인 성전환 효과를 보이는 비 steroid계 hormone임이 이미 밝혀진 바(김, 1999),본 연구는 양식 산업성 증대 목적으로 tamoxifen 첨가 먹이 공급시 체성분을 분석하여 그 효과를 평가하고자 한다. (중략)

본고는 생산성(生産性)과 성장률(成長率)간의 누적적(累積的) 성장과정(成長過程)이라 불리는 Kaldor의 축약(縮約)모델을 구조(構造)모델로 확대하여 우리나라의 성장과정을 분석한다. 우리나라는 저임금(低賃金)을 통한 수출주도형(輸出主導型) 경제성장을 추구해 왔으나 87년 이후로 고임금화(高賃金化) 및 수출역할(輸出役割)의 감소(減少)라는 구조적(構造的) 위기(危機)를 겪고 있다. 과거 선진제국에서 고도성장을 가능케 하였던 "포디즘"적 성장체제는 이러한 위기(危機)를 극복하는 데 도움이 안된다. 왜냐하면 오늘날과 같이 국가간 상호의존성(相互依存性)이 크게 증대되고 국가간(國家間) 경쟁(競爭)이 심화되는 상황(globalization)하에서는 국내시장(國內市場)과 해외시장(海外市場)간의 구분 자체가 의미를 잃어가고 있으며, 이에 따라 수출(輸出)과 내수(內需)가 독립적일 수 없게 되었기 때문이다. 우리나라가 어떠한 성장양식으로 이행하든 그 방향은 세계시장에서의 경쟁력강화(競爭力强化)와 일치해야 하며, 이러한 관점에서 고성장(高成長)을 유지하기 위해서는 생산성향상(生産性向上)이 소비증대(小費增大)가 아니라 수출증대(輸出增大)로 이어지도록 해야 할 것이다.
