구조방정식모델(Structural Equation Modeling: SEM)은 변수들 간의 인관관계 및 상관관계를 검증하기 위한 통계기법으로 사회학 및 심리학 분야에서 개발되었지만 현재는 경영학, 광고학, 교육학, 생물학, 체육학, 의학, 정치학 등 여러 학문분야에서 광범위하게 사용되고 있다. Amos는 기본적으로 그래픽(Amos graphics)과 베이직(Amos basic)을 제공하기 때문에 정확한 프로그램의 작성이나 행렬에 대한 지식이 없는 초보자들도 아이콘을 이용하여 복잡한 연구모델이나 다중집단분석모델을 분석할 수 있다. PLS(Partial Least Square)는 모형 추정과정에서 발생하는 잔차 또는 예측오차를 최소화하여 예측력을 극대화하기 위한 프로그램이며, 즉, PLS-SEM는 표본 수가 적고 자료가 정규분포를 보이지 않거나 조형지표 모델이거나 복잡한 연구모델 분석에 유용하다. 최근 빅데이터의 열풍으로 자료들을 분석을 위한 도구로 R이 실무 현장에서 인기를 끌고 있다. R은 통계 프로그래밍 언어이자 오픈 소프트웨어 환경으로 통계, 그래픽, 데이터마이닝 등의 다양하고 방대한 양의 패키지들을 지원한다. R에서 제공되는 패키지들이 오픈 소스이고 선형 및 비선형 모델링, 고전적인 통계분석, 시 계열 분석, 분류 및 군집분석 등의 다양한 통계 패키지들을 제공한다는 측면에서 R은 실무는 물론 학문적인 측면에서도, 특히 통계를 기반으로 실증분석을 수행하는 사회과학연구들에서 중요한 역할을 할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

This study quantitatively analyzed the effects of self-efficacy in the workplace on job-stress and work-life balance (WLB) using a structural equation model (SEM) to seek ways to increase the WLB. Because the current government promotes the 52-hour weekly policy, WLB that refers to the balance between work and life that is used throughout society. In addition, self-efficacy, which was used mainly in the home and education system, has expanded its scope of application, and efforts to increase it in the workplace are working as demand for the times. The observation variables to be included in the SEM were collected from a questionnaire of 5,454 adults, and AMOS 21 was used for statistical analysis. As a result of the analysis, self-efficacy in the workplace has a negative correlation with stress, and a higher self-efficacy means a higher WLB. The results of this study did not show that the more workers are passionate about their work in the workplace due to work-oriented thinking and behavior rather than home had a lower WLB. In addition, these results can be used to analyze the WLB policy in the ROK Army.

Purpose: In this research, We made the conceptual frameworks for SEM(Structural Equation Modeling) on Global quality's origin and empirical research. Developing conceptual frameworks is an important step in theory building and theory testing. This research model was developed by strong theoretical foundation which is quality and systematical model. Methods: Questionnaire was developed, and data was collected and analyzed for this study. The analysis was conducted using SEM(Structural Equation Modeling). Results: Results show that process quality and interaction quality are important drivers in customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction is strongly impact on customer loyalty(repeated purchase). Conclusion: In turbulent business era, Global company require not only excellent quality but also create customer oriented culture and control over operation in the foreign country.

Internet Service Quality has been constantly the center of attention to Internet Service Providers. The KII project plan (Korea Information Infrastructure) aims to build broadband backbone networks mainly through optical fiber cables and ATM switches and to Provide the government ministries, local authorities and non-profit organizations with high-speed, highly capable broadband access to these networks at reasonable rates. The KB service model, however, is different from other Internet Service models much in the same way SP (Service Provider) and NP (Network Provider) differ from each other. In this paper, we evaluate KII service according to various customer satisfaction indicators under the methodologies and categories as put forth in both the ACSI (American Customer Satisfaction Index) and SEM (Structural Equation Model). We use a structural equation model (SEM) to demarcate the Korea Information Infrastructure Customer Satisfaction Index (KIICSI) in relation to network service quality. The results of our study suggest some strategies for the KII Project need to be modified and effectively implemented in order to increase the satisfaction level of the KII customers.

The present study examined predictors of children's problem solving using structural equation modeling(SEM). Participants were 410 dyads of 2nd- and 6th-grade children and their mother or father. Children and their parents responded to questionnaires. Instruments were the PSI(Parent Behavior Inventory, 1998), CES-D(Center for Epidemiological Scale-Depression, for children's depression, 1977) Sherer's(1982) self-efficacy scale, and the Problem Solving Inventory(Heppner & Petersen, 1982). In both grades, warmth in parenting behavior affected children's self-efficacy, which in turn contributed to their problem solving. Rejection in parenting behavior had positive effects on problem solving through increasing self-efficacy in 2nd graders only. Results implied importance of self-efficacy and developmentally appropriate parenting to improve children's problem solving.

The purpose of this study is to identify the influence of external-social and cultural factors on the perception of corruption in the public society through the Structural Equation Model(SEM) and to seek ways to reduce corruption in the public society. Currently the level of corruption in public sectors that people think is still large, and it is necessary to continuously reduce corruption in public sectors in order to improve national competitiveness. Since one society is a part of a country in system theory and social network theory, public society needs quantitative research in order to find the causes of corruption and solve them. The model was built and the variables were defined in SEM based on 600 questionnaires. As a result of analysis, corruption in public offices has decreased since the implementation of the solicitation and graft law, and socio-cultural factors have had a direct impact on corruption in public offices. The further research area is to seek detailed ways for transforming the education and awareness of civil society across the country in addition to the efforts of the public officials themselves in order to reduce corruption in public offices.

Finally, This study is suggested growing to qualification standard for an examination a degree of master craftsman only under the change of national qualification systematization as a standard to operation and control.
