승객석 Restraiant System의 구속 효과와 인체상해 연구 -어린이(6세)탑승자 중심으로-

  • 과거 8년간의(1985-1992) 통계에 의하면 정면과 측면 충돌시 구속 시스텡의 하나인 Airbag장착 차량의 사망자 및 중상자 수가 현저히 감소하고 있는 것으로 나타나고있다. 그 러나 최근 소비자로 부터의 Airbag에 관한 불만을 보고 받고 있다. 즉 구속효과를 발휘함에 있어 부수적으로 인체 부상을 유발하고 있다는 것이다. 사망내지는 심각한 부상은 방지하고 있으나 경미한 부상은 오히려 증가하고 또한 신체가 적은 여성 운전자나 6세 이하의 어린이 에게는 심각한 부상의 우려가 있다는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 구속시스템의 총아인 Airbag 시스템의 심각한 부수적인 부상 보고를 입증하기 위하여 우리나라 어린이 6세 신체를 기준 으로하여 구속시스템을 착용하지 않았을 경우(실제로 많은 경우), seat belt만 착용시, Airbag만 작용시, 그리고 seat belt와 Airbag을 동시에 사용할 때를 컴퓨터 Simulation Package 이용 신체 dynamic을 모의실험 하였다. 실험결과, 기존에 알려진바와 같이 구속시스템을 사용하지 않았을 경우에 부상은 매우 컸다. 신체 사이즈가 작은 어린이 혹은 여성 운전자의 경우 Seat belt만을 사용한 경우는 Airbag만을 사용한 경우보다는 부상정도가 약간 경미하였으나 두 경우 모두 인체가 구속시스템의 구속 범위를 이탈하여 구속 시스템으로써의 역할을 충분히 하지 못하고 있었다. 특히 Seat belt와 Airbag을 동시에 사용하였을시에도 Airbag이 충분히 개선된 이후라도 신체 사이즈가 작은 경우에는 흉부부위에 의한 충격 흡수가 먼저 이루어지지 못하고, 머리에 먼저 Airbag이 접촉이 되어 충격 흡수 역할보다는 반동효과가 더 커서 머리 및 몸체가 뒤로 Rebound 하는 효과로 머리, 혹은 목의 신체 부상한계를 넘고 있어 큰 부상 내지는 사망에 이르고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 사료된다.의 결과는 자전거 에르고노미터의 결과가 트레드밀의 결과에 87.60%정도 나타났다.음을 관찰하였다. 특히 vitamin C와 E의 병용투여는 상승적으로 적용하여 간세포손상을 더욱 억제시킴을 알 수 있었다.mance and on TFP(Total Factor Productivity) growth which is a pure measure of firm performance. Analysis of Axial Restrained Behavior of Early-Age Concrete Using Sea-Sand (해사를 사용한 초기재령 콘크리트의 일축 구속 거동 해석)

  • In this paper, finite element analysis is applied for simulation of cracks due to restraining autogenous and drying shrinkage at early-age concrete. A micro-level heat hydration model and a shrinkage prediction model along with a moisture diffusion model are adopted for the finite element analysis. Then, an axial restraint test is carried out for concrete specimens containing different amounts of chloride ions to evaluate stress development and cracking due to the restraining shrinkages at early ages. Test results show that the increase of contents of chloride ions increases restrained stress, but does not increase strength. By this increase of shrinkage strain at early-age, time to occur the crack is accelerated. Finally, stress development and cracking of concrete specimens containing different amount of chloride ions we simulated using the finite element analysis. Results of the analysis using the Proposed model are verified by comparison with test results.

  • Many types of pipe whip restraints are installed to protect the structural components from the anticipated pipe whip phenomena of high energy lines in nuclear power plants. It is necessary to investigate these phenomena accurately in order to design the pipe whip restraints properly and/or to evaluate the acceptability of the pipe whip restraint design. Various research programs have been conducted in many countries to develop analytical methods and to verify the validity of the methods. In this study, various types of finite elements in ANSYS[1], the general purpose finite element computer program, was used to simulate the postulated pipe whips to obtain impact loads and the calculated results were compared with the specific experimental results from the sample pipe whip test for the U-shaped pipe whip restraints. Some calculational models, having the gap element or the spring element between the pipe whip restraint and the pipe line, give reasonably good transient responses of the restraint forces compared with the experimental results, and could be useful in evaluating the acceptability of the pipe whip restraint design.

Proposal of the Theoretical Equation of Structural Foundation Resting on Harden Cement Milk (시멘트밀크 고결체 위에 안치된 구조물기초의 이론적인 지지력 공식 제안)

  • 시멘트밀크(저압이나 고압에 의한 선단확근말뚝공법)나 쏘일시멘트(SIP말뚝공법) 위에 안치된 말뚝기초의 선단지지력과 확대기초를 지지하는 시멘트밀크 고결체 기둥 기초의 연직지지력 공식을 알아보기 위하여 총 14개의 시험체에 대하여 정재하시험 및 하중전이시험을 실시하였다. 그 결과에 의하면, 고결체 주변지반의 구속효과가 없는 8개의 시험체는 말뚝선단보강형태와는 무관하게 말뚝선단 아래의 시멘트밀크 고결체의 강도와 면적이 클수록 크게 나타났으며, 평균구속계수는 자유표면의 영향으로 1 보다 적은 0.43(D+1)이었다. 그리고 고결체 주변지반의 구속효과를 받는 6가지 지반조건에서 설치된 말뚝의 구속계수는 말뚝선단 아래 시멘트밀크 고결체를 주변지반의 구속효과로 1 보다 큰 평균 2.1의 값을 나타내었다. 그리고 지반의 구속효과를 고려한 말뚝기초와 직접기초 아래에 설치된 시멘트밀크 고결체의 이론적인 (선단)지지력 공식을 제안하였다.

Change of the Amylase Secretion on the Rat Submandibular Gland in the Restraint Stress Condition (구속스트레스에 의한 백서 악하선의 Amylase 분비 변화)

  • In currently, stress diseases are increased that present several sign and symptoms. Under stress condition, there are dry mouth, burning mouth syndrome, oral mucosa diseases and halitosis more frequently. Changing of salivary proportion is checked in almost patients with changing of function and structure in salivary gland. This study purpose are what effect stress does on salivary gland, and a-amylase on salivary gland. This study was resulted that 1. Under restraint stress, acinar cells are vacuolization and changing of intercellular spaces are separated, and peripheral tissues of duct are changed 2. Acinar cells were shrunk after 3 hours under restraint stress, intercellular space was separated after 6hours, peripheral tissues of duct started to change after 72 hours, and acinar cells and peripheral tissues of duct were all severely changed after 168hours. 3. In immunohistochemical study, amylase reaction was showed partially and irregularly after 3 hours, was getting little milder after 6 hours. And amylase reaction was gradually increased from the time of 12 hours after experiment up to the time of 48 hours after experiment. But after 168 hours, amylase appearance was diminished. According this result, emotional stress can change of salivary gland structure, and amylase secretion, the important digestive enzyme from salivary gland is changed and it is supposed to make digestive disorder and to make halitosis efficiency. So, we need to study about secretion of amylase.

무 구속.구속 실험에 의한 환풍기 온도 및 발화 특성

  • 본 논문에서는 과부하, 과열에 의한 환풍기 동작 특성을 분석하기 위해 노후, 외부 이물질에 의한 날개의 강제 구속을 상정한 환풍기 내부 3개소의 온도 및 발화 특성을 실험적인 방법으로 분석하였다. 환풍기 신품 조건에서 날개 구속에 의한 실험 결과 온도퓨즈 용단으로 과열에 의한 변형이나 발화 위험의 징조는 발견하지 못하였으며 향후 노후 및 오염, 절연불량 등 추가적인 요인을 고려한 발화 위험의 실험이 필요하다고 사료된다.

  • In this study, to evaluate the shrinkage behavior of ultra high performance fiber reinforced concrete (UHPFRC) under restrained condition, restrained shrinkage test was performed according to ring-test mostly used at home and abroad. Ring-test was performed with the various thicknesses and radii of inner steel ring to give different degree of restraint. Free shrinkage and tensile tests were carried out simultaneously to estimate the degree of restraint, stress relaxation, and shrinkage cracking potential. Test results indicated that the average steel strain and residual tensile stress were reduced as the thicker inner steel ring was used, whereas degree of restraint was increased. The steel strain, residual tensile stress and degree of restraint were hardly affected by the size of radius of inner ring. In the case of all ring specimens, shrinkage crack did not occur because the residual tensile stress was lower than the tensile strength. About 39~65% of the elastic shrinkage stress was relaxed by the sustained interface pressure, and the maximum relaxed stress was increased as the thicker inner ring was applied. Finally, the degree of restraint with age was predicted by performing non-linear regression analysis, and it was in good agreement with the test results.

Evaluation of Shear Behavior on Sands According to Confinement Condition in Direct Shear Test (직접전단실험 시 구속조건에 따른 모래의 전단거동 평가)

  • Soils around a pile are highly constrained when the vertical load is applied to the pile. However, the conventional direct shear test cannot evaluate the shear strength of the soils under the normal confinement condition. The goal of this study is to evaluate the shear behaviors according to the normal displacement confinement condition including free normal displacement (FND) and constrained normal displacement (CND) during direct shearing. Jumunjin sands were prepared at the different relative densities and loaded at the different normal stresses. The specimens were sheared according to the normal confinement conditions. Experimental results show that shear strengths obtained by the CND tests are higher than those obtained by the FND tests. In addition, for the constrained normal displacement condition, the increment of shear strength increases with the increase of relative density, while the increment of shear strength decreases with the initial normal stress. This study suggests that the effect of confinement condition on the shear strength should be considered when the stability of constrained soils is analyzed.

  • When most examining judges deny the request for an arrest warrant, they cite (as a reason) that there is no worry about escape or the destruction of evidence. Consequently, there has been no knowing what characteristics of a crime mainly affect the decision for an arrest warrant and there has been significant dispute about the exact decision criteria used for an arrest warrant. This paper classified the data about the request of arrest warrants for crimes committed in the jurisdiction of the Jinju Public Prosecutors' Office in 2006, 2007 and 2008, into 7 categories according to characteristics of the crimes. For each category we construct a statistical model about the decision on arrest warrants by applying a crosstabulation analysis in order to look for the characteristic of crime that affect the decision for an arrest warrant.

Assessment of Confining Effect of Steel and GFRP Jackets for Concrete (콘크리트 보강강판 및 GFRP 튜브의 구속효과 분석 및 평가)

  • In this study, the confining effect of the proposed steel jackets and GFRP tubes for concrete was investigated. The new steel jacket differs from the existing steel jacket in terms of installation technique and behavior. Thus, it is necessary to assess its confining effect on concrete. Moreover, the method was compared to GFRP tubes to investigate its strong and weak points. The confining effect of the proposed steel jacket was shown to correspond with that presented in the previous researches. The GFRP jacketing method, however, does not show any confining effect in some cases, according to the tube thickness and concrete peak strength as such, the previous assessment equation cannot be used in such cases. Thus, in this study, a new method of assessing the peak strength of confined concrete was suggested, and the minimum thickness was determined to show the confining effect. Lastly, the ultimate strains of concrete that had been confined through the two methods were compared to assess their ductile behavior.
