Military Training Schedule Optimization Model for Improving the Combat Power of Troop (부대 전투력 향상을 위한 군 교육훈련 일정계획 최적화 모형)

  • The Korean military is having difficulty maintaining combat power due to the insufficient troop numbers caused by a demographic cliff and the reduction of the mandatory military service period. Recently, discussions on improving the military training system have increased significantly. This paper proposes an optimization model to establish military training schedules to improve combat power. The oblivion and learning effects on training tasks were quantified through a survey and applied to the model. The objective value, combat power, was calculated based on the total task scores of the unit members and the number of task failures after four weeks. The scenarios were configured by the change in educational conditions and initial scores of some tasks. As a result of scenario experiments, combat power has increased by at least 10% and up to 77%, which is sufficient to maintain combat power considering the change in troops. In addition, the planning of combat skill tasks has a significant impact on combat power. Through this research model, it is expected that military training managers will be able to establish a training schedule that maintains or improves the combat power of troops effectively.

  • 스마트폰 시장의 급격한 성장으로 기업 업무들이 모바일 환경으로 이전되는 추세와 함께 다양한 모바일 운영체제들의 등장으로 개발 환경의 파편화가 발생하였고 이는 응용 프로그램의 개발 및 유지 보수를 저해하는 요소로 작용하였다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위한 모바일 환경의 크로스 플랫폼 기술로 하이브리드 앱이라는 방법론이 제시되었다. 하지만 하이브리드 앱이 가지고 있는 성능적 제약과 기능적 제약으로 시장에서의 주력 기술로 사용되지 못하고 있다. 이러한 단점들을 극복하기 위해 네이티브 환경의 장점을 활용할 수 있도록 하는 범용실행엔진, 자동변환 저작엔진 등의 시도들이 있다. 이 논문에서는 해당 문제를 또 다른 방법으로 접근한 개방형 모바일 클라우드 플랫폼을 소개한다. 모바일 클라우드 환경을 구성하여 모바일 사용자들에게 단말의 하드웨어나 운영체제와는 무관하게 다양한 모바일 환경을 제공할 수 있고 기존 모바일 환경에 비해 고성능의 컴퓨팅을 제공할 수 있게 하는 동작 메커니즘과 기술 특징을 설명한다.

The effects of political skills on work innovative behavior through empowering leadership: Focusing on the leader's implicit followership prototype (정치적 기술이 임파워링 리더십을 통해 업무혁신행동에 미치는 영향: 리더의 내재적 팔로워십 프로토타입을 중심으로)

  • Employees' innovative behavior is crucial for organizations to maintain competitiveness and foster growth. Empowering leadership coaching styles, which delegate authority and responsibility to organizational members while respecting their autonomy, create opportunities for members to solve problems and present innovative ideas. Drawing on signal theory, this study aims to clarify the process through which political skill influences employees' work innovative behavior, mediated by empowering leadership. Additionally, we examine whether the leader's implicit followership prototype moderates the relationship between employees' political skills and empowering leadership. Survey data were collected in two rounds with a two-week lag from 180 employees in a manufacturing company in South Korea. The results revealed that political skill was related to empowering leadership and subsequent work innovative behavior. Furthermore, the leaders' implicit followership prototype strengthened the relationship between political skill and empowering leadership. This study provides meaningful theoretical and practical insights into empowering coaching styles.

A Comparative Analysis for the Awareness of the Integration of Korea's Port Authorities (우리나라 항만공사 조직구성원들의 통합의도에 관한 비교연구)

  • In order to solve the current problems and inefficiencies within the Port Authorities (PA) in Korea, this study introduces the concept of the integration of PA and analyses the awareness of intention of integration. This study is based on analysing the surveys conducted by the members of PA. This research shows that there were different perceptions on the autonomy, business strategy intension, information sharing efficiency, competition, environment and technique change, capital finance, easy finance risk, curtailment of expenditure, personnel management efficiency in PA. Results of the study indicate that YGPA has more clear understanding on the awareness of integration of PA than other PAs. The results of this research will serve as a basic literature for further studies on the integration of PA in Korea. Moreover, the problems that have been identified and analysed in this study will contribute to establishing the strategy for further development of PA in Korea.

  • In this paper, a high speed, high resolution information processing digital- analog converter was designed for high definition color graphic, digital image signal processing, HDTV. For high speed operation, matrix type current cell array, latch which is not use pipelined, and two dimensional structure decoder using transmission gate were designed. It is adopted to fast-conversion, low-power implementation and exhibited high performance at linearity and accuracy. To reduce silicon area and to maintain resolution, current cell array composed of weighted and non-weighted current cells. In this paper, deglitching current cell design for high accuracy, new switching algorithm assert to reduce switching error. It's This circuit dissipates 130W with a 5-V power supply, and operate above 100MHz with 10 bit resolution.

  • This study is a study on how much organizational leadership influences customer orientation so that it can secure and maintain a continuous competitive advantage in the rapidly changing environment of corporate management and public organizations. it was approached through theoretical consideration of pygmalion leadership. The purpose of this study is as follows. First, a conceptual definition of the three research variables of pygmalion leadership and its constituent atmosphere, feedback, and output is given. Second, the casual relationship between the conceptually defined three research variables of pygmalion leadership and self-efficacy and organizational commitment was verified. Third, the casual relationship was verified on the extent to which pygmalion leadership influences customer orientation through self-efficacy and organizational commitment, which are parameters. Fourth, through the verification result of the casual relationship between the research variables constituting the research model of this study. It was intended to present an implication. In addition, the significance of direct causal relationships between the research variables of pygmalion leadership, mediating variables, and dependent variables, which constitute the verified research models was verified, and the results of hypothesis testing were presented, and the academic and practical implications of the results of this study were presented.

  • Hitel 과 같은 전자정보 시스템은 사용자가 원하는 정보를 체계적으로 얻을 수 있도록 하기 위하여 메뉴들을 적당히 계층적으로 구성하여 제공하고 있다. 그러나, 보통 이 메뉴들의 계층이 정확한 분류법에 기초하여 만들어지지 않았을 뿐 아니라 그 양도 엄청나게 방대하여, 이 메뉴 계층을 이용하여 사용자가 원하는 정보를 얻기가 쉽지 않다. 실험적으로 보통 Hitel을 자주 이용하는 사람들도 자신이 주로 이용하는 메뉴들의 구성만 이해하고 있을뿐, 사용하지 않는 부분의 메뉴들의 구성은 잘 알지 못하는 것이 일반적이었다. 따라서 Hitel을 자주 이용하는 사용자도 자신이 이용해 보지 않은 정보를 얻기 쉽지 않으며, 더더욱 초보자에게는 이 메뉴계층을 이용하여 원하는 정보를 얻기가 쉽지 않은 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 정보검색 기술을 이용하여 Hitel과 같은 전자정보 시스템에서 사용자가 쉽게 자신이 원하는 정보를 얻을 수 있는 보조 시스템을 개발하고자 한다. 본 시스템은 사용자가 메뉴계층을 이용하기 전에 간략한 자연어로 입력을 주면, 여기에 적합한 메뉴나 실제 정보를 검색해 낸다. 따라서 사용자는 이 메뉴정보를 이용하여 메뉴계층을 쉽게 따라갈 수 있을 뿐 아니라, 경우에 따라서는 원하는 실제 정보를 검색하기 때문에 메뉴계층을 탐색할 필요가 없다. 본 연구에서는 자연어 입력을 최장 일치 방법으로 의미있는 명사들을 추출하여 불리한 질의어로 만든 후, 명사들 사이의 관계가 표현된 시소러스를 이용하여 이 질의어를 확장시킨다. 다음에 이 질의어들을 메뉴들과 부분/정확부합을 통하여 관련된 메뉴들을 찾아낸 후, 이들의 계층과제를 고려하여 최종 메뉴들을 검색한다. 본 시스템은 현재 C언어로 만들어져 구동중이며, 정확한 실험은 아직 하지 않았지만 높은 검색율을 보이고 있다. industrialized, was improved by introducing pressure in cooling procedure for both carbon and iron thermistors.er>$CHCl_3$>Hexane층 순으로 높은 활성을 나타냈다. 5. 아질산염소거능은 끝순, 들깨잎, 콩나물이 우수하였고 그중 들깨잎이 저해율 72%로 가장 높았으며, 용매분획 중에는 BuOH과 water추출물의 활성이 가장 높았다. 6. Self-Disclosure and Confidential Responsibility of Professor Regarding Employee Invention (직무발명에 대한 교수의 자기 공개와 비밀유지 의무에 관한 연구)

  • A professor is an employed as a member of a college, and his invention is transferred to the Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation (IACF). A professor often reveals his inventions in a thesis or at a symposium before the IACF applies for a patent. Such self-disclosure could be in violation of the confidential responsibility. This study analyzes the number of patent invalidation trials as well as self-revealed patent applications raised in connection with the confidential responsibility. This study also scrutinizes cases to figure out whether the confidential responsibility was breached depending on the time of the self-disclosure both before and after the succession of an invention. In addition, side effects that could accompany self-disclosure are investigated. In the case of the self-disclosure by the professor, an invention to which the college belongs fails to secure patent right or it is hard to obtain comprehensive right. Even if rights were secured, it could be invalidated. Furthermore, they could infringe the confidential responsibility of employees under the Invention Promotion Act, and also could contravene the confidential responsibility specified by the Enforcement Decree of the unfair Competition Prevention if the succession of the invention is confirmed. Therefore, colleges should manage self-disclosure of employee invention and take appropriate action.

Effect of waste components on performance of acidogenic fermenter (음식물쓰레기의 구성성분에 따른 산발효조의 거동특성)

  • The previous studies showed that rumen microorganisms had an enhanced waste-degrading capability and controlling the dilution rate was very effective in improving acidification efficiency. Generally the composition of food waste has a small deviation value, but one of the waste components (grains, vegetables or meats) can be increased dramatically depending on a seasonal variation. Thus, it is important to evaluate the efficiency of acidogenic fermentation in this case. Each component was spiked to be 80% of the total waste in R1 (grains), R2(vegetables), and R3 (meats). In Rl, rapid degradation occurred during the initial two days. R2 showed similar performance to that of general food waste. In R3, degradation retarded in the initial stage and then increased after controlling the dilution rate. The acidification efficiencies of the reactors were 88.7 (R1), 73.5 (R2), and 62.1% (R3), respectively. Therefore, the fermentation efficiency was kept over 62% regardless of waste components, indicating that it was stable to acidify food waste by employing rumen microorganisms and controlling the dilution rate.

  • In the case of the existing train control system, the driver monitors the condition of the vehicle through a composite controller device that displays various information on a screen in the vehicle. However, when problems arise such as car trouble, it is difficult for the drivers to take action immediately. In addition, maintenance personnel have to manually save data one by one after storing the vehicle to analyze control information of the main devices such as the brake controller and auxiliary power. To improve these points, a system that sends and receives all information in real time should be established by installing a sensor communication network and a surveillance system. This study attempts to improve the safety and maintenance of rail vehicles by suggesting a standardized method for train control and surveillance system.
