The Effect of Cosmetics Purchasing Experience through Live Commerce on Purchasing Satisfaction and Continuous Purchase Intention (라이브 커머스를 통한 화장품 구매경험이 구매만족도와 지속적 구매의도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study collected data from 301 men and women in their teens and 50s living in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province to analyze the impact of gender, age, and experience in purchasing cosmetics through live commerce on purchasing satisfaction and continuous purchase intention. As a result, the purchasing experience through live commerce was classified as 'practical value', 'entertainment value' and 'trusted value', and purchase satisfaction and continuing purchase intention were presented in a single dimension. Depending on gender and age, the experience of purchasing cosmetics through live commerce has had a positive impact on purchasing satisfaction and continuous purchase intention. Depending on gender and age, purchase satisfaction affects continuous purchase intention. The results of this study are expected to be the basis for establishing marketing strategies that utilize live commerce by gender and age in the cosmetics industry.

A Study on the Effects of Corporate Philanthropic Activities on the intention to pay Price Premium and Continued Purchase Intention (기업의 사회공헌활동이 프리미엄가격 지불의도와 지속적 구매의도에 미치는 영향)

  • The Purpose of this study was to verify that the corporate social contribution activity(eco-friendly product production, donation activity, volunteer activity, fair trade had a positive influence on the corporate credibility, the intention of price premium and the persistent purchase intention. And also this study examined the differences of corporate credibility and price premium according to consumer's gender. To accomplish the purpose of this paper, I performed literature review which relates to corporate social contribution activity, the corporate credibility, the price premium and the persistent purchase intention, and also performed empirical research. I produced questionnaire which investigates the relation between the factors which influence corporate social contribution activity, the corporate credibility, the price premium and the persistent purchase intention. SPSS 21.0 and Lisrel 8.7 were used to analyze the collected data and to identify the influence relationships. The findings of this paper are as follows: First, the corporate social contribution activity(eco-friendly product production, fair trade) did significant effect on the corporate credibility and the price premium. Second, the intention to pay premium price had affected the intention of persistent purchasing but corporate credibility had affected the intention of persistent purchasing through the intention to pay premium price. Third, the difference in preception of men and woman about the corporate social contribution activity. Among the corporate social contribution activity, women's perception of the relationship between volunteer activity and fair trade on corporate reliability was higher than that of men. Fourth, among the corporate social contribution activity, women's perception of the relationship between volunteer activity and donation activity on the intention of price premium was higher than that of men.

  • This study is to find the mobile communication corporate social responsibility activities on brand equity for the purchase intention of the Company's social responsibility activities impact study of 3's customers using mobile communication service quality services residing in Daejeon to analyze whether the control acts through. Results of the study on social responsibility activities brand equity, brand equity is showed to influence purchase intention, showed that the moderating effect between service quality through the purchase of brand equity. In this study, in order to increase the company's ultimate goal is also to improve the brand image of buying through corporate social responsibility activities, we derive a result that can increase the purchasing needs of consumers by providing differentiated service quality research.

Key Determinants of Online Wine Purchasing Intention (와인의 온라인 구매의 주요 결정요인에 관한 연구)

  • This paper was to figure out why online wine purchasing is not activated despite of the many advantages of having online transactions and to fine key determinants of online wine purchasing intention. Thus, the purpose of this study was to identify the determinants of online wine purchase intention, and examines the relationships between the determinants and online wine purchase intention. Data was collected from those who have experienced in using online wine store to purchase wine, and data was used to test the proposed research model. The findings showed that perceived usefulness and social influence(subjective norm, image) were key determinants of online wine site trust, but they were not related to online wine site trust. It also was found that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and subjective norm were positively and significantly related to online wine purchase intention whereas it had no relationship with image. In addition, online wine site trust was shown to influence on online wine purchase intention. Finally, the mediating effects were found in the relationships between perceived usefulness, subjective norm, and online wine purchase intention. Based on the results of the study, implications for future research are drawn.

  • This study attempted to find out whether there is a difference between social commerce and TV home shopping in the relationship between the purchasing decision factors and the purchasing intention of accommodation product buyers. A survey was conducted for 20 days from March 7 to March 26, 2022, and 205 copies were used for empirical analysis. As a result of the analysis, the purchasing determinants were divided into four factors: reliability, playability, convenience, and economy. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the purchase determinants influenced the purchase intention in the order of playability, reliability, economy, and convenience, while social commerce had the greatest influence on playfulness and home shopping. Social commerce is considered to be important in terms of persuasion based on the product information provided, and consideration of how lively and enjoyable home shopping creates broadcasting videos.

  • This study explores the effects of advertising's interactivity on consumers' attitude, brand awareness, intention of word-of-mouth and purchase intention through a comparison between high interactive advertising and low interactive advertising. Experiment was carried out with two factorial design using high and low interactive advertising messages and two different countries. The respondents were 120 Korean and 120 Two hundreds forty valid questionnaires were collected. According to the research results, the brand awareness and attitude of high interactive advertising is much higher than the low one to the consumers of Korean and Chinese. The consumers of Korean and Chinese who were exposed to high interactive advertising have high intention to word-of-mouth in high interactive advertising. Korean and Chinese consumers also have high intention to purchase when they watch the high interactive advertising. Between two countries, Chinese consumers have higher intention to purchase than Korean consumers.

The Effect of V-commerce Content Type and Product Type on Attitude and Sharing Intention (V커머스 콘텐츠 유형과 제품 유형에 따른 태도와 공유의도에 미치는 영향 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between attitude, purchase intention, and intention to share content and brand intention according to Influencer contents and branded content types. The results of this study are as follows: First, beauty products have a positive effect on the content intention and purchase intention as well as the sharing intention as compared to the branded contents. Second, V-commerce of innovative products showed that the branded content was more positive than the influencer content, but the purchase intention was lower. In addition, the content of sharing is higher than that of branded content. Third, the sharing intention was more positive than the beauty product, and the influencer content was higher than the branded content. The purpose of this study is to examine the attitude, purchasing intention, and sharing intention of beauty products and innovative products, which are most frequently used and most interested in users, to examine the content strategy of V-Commerce.

  • This study is based on the previous research which proved that "seeking convenience", "seeking low-cost" and "pleasures of shopping" are the major shopping motivation of online shopping. Research is conducted by using the trust as mediator, purchase intention as dependent variable. Also, differences between Chinese and Vietnamese consumers are applied in analysis of the model. The results were as follows: First, "seeking low-cost" and "pleasures of shopping" have positive effects on trust. Second, all shopping motivation have positive effect on purchase intention. Third, the trust has positive effect on purchase intention. Fourth, consumers' shopping motivation have significant difference in trust and purchase intention according to Chinese and Vietnamese consumers. The results of this study presented the strategic implications for operators at online shopping area.

  • This study attempts to identify the effects of the perceived quality of the web-site of Deluxe Hotels Wedding on the satisfaction of web-site, trust of web-site, and purchasing intention of wedding products. For data analyses, a total of 300 questionnaire were distributed to those who had experience of web searching for Deluxe Hotels Wedding. Among them, 244 survey data were used for analyses. This study obtained following results. First, it found that information quality and service quality of web-site had the positive effects on the satisfaction and trust of web-site. Second, the service quality of web-site had the positive effect on purchasing intention of wedding products while information quality had no influences on it. Third, the satisfaction of web-site had the positive effect on trust of web-site and purchasing intention of wedding products. Fourth, trust of web-site had the positive effect on purchasing intention of wedding products. Therefore, Deluxe Hotels, Should be prepared the Various Strategy for the web-site Visit Guest.

  • There are many studies about the relationship between customer satisfaction and SCM, web site quality or online Word of Mouth (WOM). When a customer wants to purchase any product online, he has to watch the detail of a online shopping web by computer. So the web sits' quality can be very important for the customer to get enough information. Recently, internet shopping malls are very much prospered. To understand why these kinds of internet transactions become very popular, this study investigates a possible effect of such crucial factors as web site quality, supply chain management(or deliver service), and online Word of Mouth(WOM) of an internet shopping mall to its customer satisfaction and trust, eventually leading to purchasing product and services. This study develops a experimental research model and tests it based on 170 survey response using regression analysis.. The finding of this research implies that system quality, information quality, quick and correct, accurate delivery service, and online WOM are influential factors to the performance of online shopping mall, while design quality, cost of delivery do not affect relationship significantly.
