본 연구의 목표는 새로 개발된 구두골을 평가하여 보다 편리하고 기능성이 향상된 구두를 제작할 수 있는 한국형 구두골(shoelast)을 설계하는 것이다. 구두의 적합성에 영향을 주는 인자를 찾아내고, 이들에 대한 평가 방법을 개발하여 인간공학 실험을 실시하였다. 새로 개발한 구두골은 남.여 각각 2 개의 타입(type)으로 10 명의 평가자에 의하여 단기간 (1 주일)의 착화감 평가가 이루어졌다. 인체측정치와 발 부위의 상관성 평가, 피험자 각각에 대한 시계열분석의 결과를 종합하여 두 타입의 구두골에 대한 문제점을 파악하고, 그 개선점을 도출하였다. 이 결과를 바탕으로 한국형 구두골(shoelast) 설계 치수를 설정하였다. 본 연구에서는 얻어진 결과는 구두 제작 공정에 직접 사용될 수 있으며, 구두의 쾌적성 및 기능성 향상에 크게 기여할 것으로 기대한다.

한국인의 발 형태 또는 치수를 측정하거나 비교한 연구는 과거에도 이루어진 바가 있다. 그러나 측정 후 제화를 만들면서 제화를 고부가로 만들기 위한 제화에 대한 고객의 요구사항이나 불만, 가격 대, 색깔 등을 조사하는 연구는 거의 전무한 실정이다. 본 연구는 기초 기반기술의 핵심이 되는 족형 개발기술의 선결과제로써, 한국인들이 원하는 구두에 대한 요구조사 분석을 통하여 소비자가 느끼는 구두의 문제점, 원하는 사항 둥을 파악하여, 이를 족형의 설계에 반영함으로 구두 산업의 생산성 향상을 통한, 고부가 가치산업으로의 방향을 제시하는데 목적이 있다.

본 논문에서는 소규모 구두공장에서의 ERP 시스템(Gakcibang Management System)을 적용, 구두 공장의 재고를 컴퓨터를 이용하여 효율적인 구두 재산을 관리 하고, 업무 능률을 더욱 향상 시킬 수 있는 시스템이다. 사용 연령대는 3~40대를 대상으로 어렵지 않고 간단한 클릭 몇 번만으로 구두 재고 데이터를 반영할 수 있는 인터페이스환경을 제공하며, Java 으로 설계 되어 운영체제와 관계없이 사용할 수 있도록 구축되었다.

본 연구에서는 노인의 신체 특성에 적합한 고기능성 구두를 개발하기 위하여 한국인에 적합한 리스트를 근간으로 하여 발에 편안한 착화감을 줄 수 있는 노인화를 개발하였다. 본 연구의 핵심 연구분야인 제화 족형 설계·제작은 제화공정에서 가장 중요한 부분으로 본 연구진에 의해 수년간에 걸친 인체 족 측정 및 체계적인 족형설계 과정을 거쳐 제작된 족형을 통한 수차례의 착화시험에 의해 마련된 표준 족형을 근간으로 최종 제작되었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 새로 개발된 노인용 구두는 소비자의 요구에 조금 더 부합하게 하였고, 향후 보다 편리하고 기능성이 향상된 노인용 구두를 제시하기 위한 최적의 라스트를 제작하고 건강기능성 부자재를 선정할 수 있는 기반을 마련하였다.

The purpose of the present study is to find design factors that have an effect on man's foot, and to develop an optimal last for man's functional shoe design based on these factors. Analyzing 4000 men's foot data, three men were selected for fitting test with the last and shoes manufactured in the present work. Based on the results of the fitting test, the modifications of last for the optimal design have been made using CAD/CAM technologies.

Shoes adding layer for preventing sprain and slippery for the elderly were developed using the shoe-last based on the Korean anthropometric elderly. The anthropometric elderly, arbitrarily defined as those 65 years of age and above, were a distinct with special needs. The shoe-last for the elderly was also designed in this paper. A total of 9 subjects participated and evaluated each shoes made by developed shoes-last and adding layer for preventing sprain and slippery. As results, the proposed shoes have the better functions for preventing sprain and slippery compared to others.

There are many studies to measure and compare Korean foot length or foot shape. However, to make high-valued shoe product, it is not easy to find the research results about the shoe's products that include the customer requirements, price, and color. The purpose of this study is to investigate the customer's requirements for men's shoe product using the survey method, to analysis customer's needs, and to supply information to make the shoe that they want.

발의 구조는 사람에 따라 약간의 차이를 보이기는 하나 일반적으로 중앙을 기준으로 할 때 비대칭적(Asymmetric)인 구조를 보인다. 특히 동양인의 경우, 비대칭성에 의한 발의 좌우 편차는 서양인에 비해 큰 것으로 알려져 있다. 따라서 발 길이 뿐만 아니라 발 둘레, 발 높이, 볼 거스(Ball girth) 등을 고려할 경우 발의 형태는 더욱 다양해지며, 이를 고려한 족형의 개발은 신발 설계에 있어서 필수적으로 요구된다 하겠다. 이 논문은 전국 남녀 8000명의 좌, 우 발의 각 25개 부위 측정한 후 전문가들의 조언을 통해 가장 구두골 제작에 영향을 주리라 생각되는 발의 10개 중요 부위를 이용하여 현재 단순히 유아용, 아동용, 학생용, 성인용으로 구분되어진 구두치수를 Classification 기법을 사용하여 연령별로 적절하게 구분되어 구두를 개발할 수 있도록 하였다.

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the customers' requirements for shoe products using the survey method, to analyze customers' needs, and to suggest information to make the shoe that they want. For this work, we made 38 survey items for the degree of shoe satisfaction, for foot care and shoe control, for shoe characteristics, and for shoe purchase in future. For the purchase of shoe products in future, customers in their twenties gave the highest score for shoe design among price, design, size, fashion, fitness, color, brand, so forth. However, respondents in their forties selected the degree of fitness instead of shoe design. In the question for the buying price of shoe products in future, all customers wanted shoe products between 30,000 won and 50,000 won.

www의 등장으로 디지털 정보의 표현이 단순한 텍스트 위주의 프리젠테이션에서 이제는 멀티미디어 내용의 증가와 함께 멀티모달 정보 프리젠테이션을 요구하는 변화를 가져오고 있다. 그러나 대다수의 사람들이 멀티모달 정보를 표현하기란 쉽지 않다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 사람들이 보다 쉽고 재미있는 멀티모달 정보 프리젠테이션을 쉽게 사용할 수 있도록 구두 대화 능력에 상호 작용하는 캐릭터 에이전트를 응용하여 MIML을 개발하였다. MIML은 XML 규격에 준거한 Markup Language로써 구두 발표 및 캐릭터 에이전트 행동을 통제하기 위한 기능을 지원한다. 본 논문에서는 다양한 캐릭터 에이전트의 감정 표현 기능과 멀티모달 정보 프리젠테이션을 구성하는 DTD에 대하여 기술하였다.
