저궤도 위성의 질량특성측정시험을 통한 요구조건 검증

  • 저궤도 위성을 설계함에 있어 시스템 수준에서 수행하는 질량특성의 계산은 위성을 구성하는 각각의 구성품에 대한 정보를 종합하여 전체 시스템의 특성을 예측하는 작업이다. 질량특성에 대한 요구조건은 발사체로부터 설정되는데 요구조건 항목은 탑재체질량, 무게중심 그리고 관성모멘트에 관한 것이다 또한, 자세제어면에서 추력에 의한 토크에 따른 무게 중심 등이며 최근 위성의 고기동화 요구에 따라 기동요구조건 및 자세구동장치의 용량에 따라 결정된다. 특히 위성의 궤도형상 관성모멘트는 위성 동특성을 표시하므로 이를 사용하여 제어시뮬레이션을 수행하는 자세제어계에 주요 입력 데이터로 활용된다. 본 논문에서는 저궤도 위성의 질량특성 요구조건을 검증하기 위해 수행한 질량특성 예측과 질량특성 측정 시험에 대해서 기술하고자 한다.

  • This paper describes the finite element analysis(FEA) for the design of electromagnet for Control Element Drive Mechanism(CEDM) in System-integrated Modular Advanced Reactor(SMART) and compared with the lifting power characteristics of prototype electromagnet. A thermal analysis was performed for the electromagnet. A model for the thermal analysis of the electromagnet was developed and theoretical bases for the model were established. It is important that the temperature of the electromagnet windings be maintained within the allowable limit of the insulation. since the electromagnet of CEDM is always supplied with current during the reactor operation. So the thermal analysis of the winding insulation which is composed of polyimide and air were performed by finite element method. As a result, it is shown that the characteristics of prototype electromagnet have a good agreement with the results of FEA. The thermal properties obtained here will be used as input for the optimization analysis of the electromagnet.

저가형 BLDCM 구동장치를 이용한 정밀위치제어 (Precise position control with a low cost BLDCM drive)

  • In this paper a simple method of a position control for brushless DC motor is presented. For precise position control, a high performance torque controller is needed and a novel current control method is proposed. The current controller detects the uncommutating mode current for every 60.deg. (elec. angle) and controls it with PI controller. The current control loop includes the feedforward of back EMF and the feedforward of the neutral voltage between the neutral point of the inverter and the neutral point of the machine. In the position control, the acceleration pattern is calculated from the position reference. Then the speed trajectory is calculated from the acceleration pattern. The experimental results are presented to verify the proposed methods.

  • In this paper, this system which constantly control rotation speed of compressor is designed to use in idling state as traffic jam. Also this system is designed to improve reduction of cooling efficiency when sloping and starting a bus. The estimation of designed system in this paper is performed in the laboratory where KS-R-1053 is satisfied. We come to the conclusion that this system is more excellent than the present system in point of cooing ability and response characteristic of controller.

  • In induction motor control systems driven by the indirect vector control scheme, the errorneous measurement of rotor speed results in incorrect flux angle estimate and consequently deteriorates the overall control performance. In this paper the effect of encoder fault on motor variables and control performance is analyzed by both theoretical approach and experimental study. A parity equation based on the power is suggested and applied to detect the incipient fault of encoder.

과전류 제한 기능을 갖는 연료 분사장치의 고속 구동 방법 (High Speed Operation of Fuel Injectors with Over Current Protection)

  • High speed drive method for a fuel injector cleaner with current control is presented in this paper. The fuel injector cleaner is used for cleaning the fuel injectors in vehicles when it is clogged with deposit and rust. The fuel injector cleaner cleans the fuel injector by turning on and off the fuel injector rapidly. When the fuel injectors are cleaned, the switching speed is very important. However, when the fuel injector is turned off, the residual current in the fuel injector coil slows down the return action of the plunger in the fuel injector deteriorating performance and speed of the fuel injector cleaner. In this paper, fast turn off operation method of fuel injectors is developed for more effective cleaning. The simulation and experiment results show the validity of the proposed method.

  • LADARs are used for important sensors in various applications, for example, terrain information sensors in self driving cars, safety sensors for factory automation, and 3D map constructions. This study develop important component technologies to improve the performance of a LADAR system under development in Korea. The component technologies include diode temperature regulation, reducing distance error in outdoor environment, and signal processing technique for better detection of distant objects. This paper explains the suggested component technologies and experimental results of the developed LADAR system. Also, the developed system is operated and tested an a single axis driving platform to acquire 3D information from 2D LADAR.

  • In the System-integrated modular advanced reactor(SMART), the motor for Control element drive mechanism(CEDM) requires high density power and simple drive mechanism to reduce volume because of restriction by install-space and must satisfy the reactor operating circumstances with high pressure and temperature. To Maximize the characteristics of the TFM, we chose the asymmetric bridge converter as the driving system for TFM. Because two switching devices are connected in series with the stator winding of each phases in the asymmetric bridge converter all the phases are not affected by another phase but controlled independently. Also, this converter has many advantages that the various control methods can be adopted, it is easy to control, and that in case that the switching devices of a phase are damaged, the affects can be minimized.

  • 본 논문에서는 기존 HEV의 단점을 보완한 일정 엔진-발전기 출력/가변 전지 출력의 직렬형 HEV를 제안하고 직렬형 HEV 등가실험장치를 구성하였다. 제안된 연계운전방식은 엔진/발전기 출력을 일정하게 유지해서 전동기에서 요구하는 출력이 발전기를 출력보다 크면 전지에서 방전을 하고 전동기에서 요구하는 출력이 발전기 출력보다 작으면 전지에 충전을 하게된다. 내연기관 시뮬레이션과 로드 프로파일을 통한 실험결과로부터 적은 배기가스 방출량과 높은 에너지 효율을 갖는 직렬형 HEV 최적운전방식으로 이용될 수 있음을 증명하였다.

  • A new current control scheme is suggest.ed which is suitable for ac servo inverter drives. The scheme uses a simple block diagram to produce the reference stator voltage vector, and the vector nearest to it is chosen for switching. With the same arrangment three kinds of operation modes are possible : (1) constant rate sampling, (2) constant current deviation, (3) adaptive current deviation. In mode (1) current deviation after one period is minimized, while in mode (2) and (3) intervals between switchings are maximized.
