DSP기반 3상 전력품질 분석시스템 (A DSP based Three Phase Power Quality Analyzer)

  • 본 연구는 전력품질을 평가할 수 있는 DSP기반 3상 전력품질 분석시스템의 국산화 개발을 목표로 하고 있다. 전력분석 알고리즘은 시간영역의 상관함수 이론을 사용하였고, 독립형 TMS320C31 DSP 보드에 의해 전력을 실시간으로 분석하여 LCD와 D/A변환기로 출력하였다. 2PH의 모터와 그 구동장치(인버터)의 전력품질을 분석함으로서 외국산 제품과 비교하여 그 성능과 정밀도 등을 검토하였다. 개발된 시스템은 종전의 대전력용 전력분석장비에 비해 사용하기 쉽고, 설치공간과 가격이 크게 감소되며 저전력의 전력품질 분석에 적합한 시스템입을 확인하였다.

  • 본 논문은 가변속 구동 장치에서 직류링크 전압 평활용으로 사용되는 전해 커패시터의 새로운 고장 진단 방법을 제안한다. 전해 커패시터의 등가직렬저항은 직류링크 전압과 부하 전류로부터 직접 추정되고, 추정된 등가직렬저항으로부터 전해 커패시터의 상태가 결정된다. 온도 변동에 따른 등가직렬저항 변동을 보상하기 위해, 커패시터 주변의 PCB에 다이오드를 부착하고 다이오드의 전압 강하로부터 커패시터의 온도를 간접적으로 검출한다. 시뮬레이션 및 실험은 제안된 방식의 효용성을 보인다.

  • Recently, the eddy current braking system has an advantage as the high speed railway train is developed. Because it is independent on wheel-rail coefficient of adhesion and it can be used in adverse weather conditions by reason of non-acting on wheels. In this paper we designed down-scaled eddy current brake model and developed control algorithm to generate constant braking torque. Our algorithm is verified through experiments to generate constant torque.

  • This paper describes the development of the linear pulse motor (herea-fter, LPM) and the driver system to control the quantity of fuel in the nuclear furnace. The LPM developed in this study is a kind of the linear motor with the properties of moving up and down, and both the stator and the mover of the LPM are designed as the salient type. Especially, the stator has windings but there is no windings or magnet on the mover. To Maximize the characteristics of the LPM, we chose the asymmetric bridge converter as the driving system for LPM.

  • In this paper, we have studied for the current control method with high accuracy for the high power LED driver that is necessary to the lighting system using LEDs. The control performance of LED driver can be improved with the adjustment of current control boundary by introducing D/A converters for setting high-offset and low-offset. And microprocessor (ATmega128) and D/A converter with 8 bits resolution are used in the proposed driver so that LED's illumination can be remotely controlled by serial communication on the spot or by key input. In the results of performance tests, we confirmed that the proposed control method is superior to the conventional control method using op-amps.

  • In this paper we describe the design of a Dual-Redundant Power Controller(DRPC) for Control Rod Control System(CRCS). The CRCS also provides information regarding rod motion, rod position, and status of the Rod Control System. It has Hot/Stand-by type, and also has the function of fault detection for controller itself and power modules. We have implemented the various functions with the dual-redundant Power Controller. Due to the developed DRPC, we are assured that the commmecial use by this controller be made before long.

  • Korea Next Generation Reactor(KNGR) is in the midst of being developed and will exceed Korea Standard Nuclear Power Plant(KSNP) economically. Domestic Instrumentation and Control(I&C) systems shall be applied to KNGR and the development of Control Element Drive Mechanism Control System(CEDMCS) considered as an essential part in nuclear I&C system will be dealt with in this paper. The newly developed CEDMCS has the control cabinet using the nuclear Distributed Control System(DCS) made in Korea and the power cabinet produced by our research institute and interfaced with the DCS control cabinet.

  • This paper does with the design. implementation, and test of a CRCS for nuclear power plants. Although CRCS is still classified into non-safety class, much attention on its reliability issue has been given so far because of its importance for the stable operation of the reactor in the plant. In terms of technical aspects, our system adopts a full-duplex configuration to enhance reliability in contrast to the existing systems that are all simplex.

  • This paper proposes a detection method for mechanically stuck control rod drive mechanisms (CRDMs) in the nuclear reactor. From an electrical viewpoint, a coil of an electro-mechanical CRDM is modelled as an R-L circuit with time-varying inductance. The inductance of the coil is estimated from the measured voltage and current by using the least square method. Numerical experiments are carried out to illustrate the proposed method.

  • Recently, Pneumatic Actuation System (PAS) has been used increasingly as a high performance fin-control servo actuation systems because of the special advantages of pneumatic units: primarily their low cost, small size, light weight, and tolerance to broad temperature extremes. In this study, a nonlinear model of PAS is derived through the detailed analysis of the major components in the typical system. The model includes nonlinear flow-pressure relationships of the flow through the solenoid valve openings and orifices, PWM algorithm for driving two solenoid valves as a closed-center 3-way valve for minimum gas consumption, solenoid valve dynamics, saturation, and friction. Simulation results are compared with the experimental ones for square and sinusoidal inputs to see the validity of the model. Independent of the shape and magnitude of the input signals, both results are in good agreements with minor difference.
