Controller Parameters Design of Direct Drive Servo Valve Using Genetic Algorithm and Complex Method (유전자 알고리즘과 콤플렉스법에 의한 직접구동형 서보밸브의 제어기 상수값 설계)

  • The control system of a direct drive servo valve is a nonlinear system, and the flow force effect on the spool motion is significant and dependent on the load pressure. To satisfy the control system design requirements, the optimal parameters of the lead-lag controller and the derivative feedback controller are searched for using a genetic algorithm and a complex constrained direct search type method. The obtained controller parameters successfully perform their role to satisfy the control system design requirements.

  • To reach high areal density, less track pitch is expected and more servo bandwidth is required. One approach to overcoming the problem is by using dual stage servo system. For this system. we have suggested new milliactuator based on the shear mode of piezoelectric elements to drive the head suspension assembly. In this paper, we introduce milliactuator and controller design method, PQ method. PQ method reduces the controller design problem for DISO (dual-input/single-output) systems to two standard controller design problems for SISO ( single-input/single-output) problems. The first part of PQ method directly addresses the issue of actuator output contribution, and the second part allows the use of traditional loop shaping to achieve the overall system performance. This paper shows how to employ the PQ method to meet aggressive close-loop performance specifications for a disk drive system with a VCM and piezoelectric milliactuator.

  • 본 연구에서는 제어 알고리듬 적용면에서 가속도 계측이 보다 용이한 점을 고려하여 가속도가 포함된 가속도-속도-변위 되먹임 제어 알고리듬을 개발하고, 이를 유압식 능동 질량구동장치에 적용하여 능동제어시스템의 성능을 실증적으로 검토한다. 이 때 능동제어시스템의 구성요소들의 동특성을 시스템 모델링에 포함하여 제어력을 산정함으로써 시간 지연의 영향을 효과적으로 보상하는 방안을 제시한다.

  • 본 논문에서는 소용량의 직류단 캐패시터를 가지는 교류전동기 구동 시스템의 전류 주입 방식 기반의 새로운 입력 전류 고조파 저감 방법에 대해 논의한다. 소용량 직류단 캐패시터를 가지는 전동기 구동 시스템의 가격 및 부피의 경쟁력을 유지하면서 주어진 고조파 규제를 만족시킬 수 있도록, 최소의 비용 추가로 입력 전류의 고조파를 저감하기 위한 새로운 회로를 제안하고, 제안된 회로를 이용하여 최적의 성능을 얻을 수 있는 제어 방법을 소개한다. 제안된 회로 구성 및 제어 방법의 타당성은 실험을 통하여 검증한다.

  • A study on the vehicle stability is discussed. In the field of the studies the electronic control systems help overcoming the limit of improvement in vehicle performance with the methods above. Driving stability is mainly incorporated with the later motion of a vehicle generated by the driver's steering input. Recently VDC system has been studieed in order to improve the active stability. This VDC system uses the active braking force. This paper propose the ATC that uses driving force. This paper compared VDC with ATC through an experiment.

  • This paper deals with the modeling and simulation to control the torque and speed of an induction motor using field-oriented control methods. Rotor flux is estimated using the indirect sensing method based on the rotor circuit equation in the synchronously rotation reference frame, and slip angle and rotor position are calculated from rotor angular velocity and stator current. As results of modeling and digital simulation with a voltage source inverter, it is shown that the proposed scheme gives good static and dynamic performance to the induction motor drive.

  • This paper presents a new scheme for fault detection and isolation in the satellite system. The purpose of this paper is to develop a fault detection, isolation and diagnosis algorithm based on the bank of interacting multiple model (IMM) filter for both total and partial faults in a satellite attitude control system (ACS). In this paper, IMM are utilized for detection and diagnosis of anticipated actuator faults in a satellite ACS. Other fault detection, isolation (FDI) schemes using conventional IMM are compared with the proposed FDI scheme. The FDI procedure is developed in two stages. In the first stage, 11 EKFs actuator fault models are designed to detect wherever actuator faults occur. In the second stage of the FDI scheme, two filters are designed to identify the fault type which is either the total or partial fault. An important feature of the proposed FDI scheme can decrease fault isolation time and figure out not only fault detection and isolation but also fault type identification.

  • A shift control algorithm of a newly developed two-speed gear shift system is proposed for electric vehicle applications. The algorithm is formulated according to the motor torque map and optimized to obtain the adequate propulsion characteristics for vehicle. Two speed gear system with shift control algorithm has proved greater efficiencies in terms of energy economy with its simplified hardware and software structures. The gear shifting is designed to be carried out by an actuator and the control signal from a vehicle control unit equipped with $\mu$-processor. The results of performances and efficiency of the algorithm by simulation and vehicle test are described.

  • 차세대 고속 이동수단에 필요한 고전력 전동기에 대한 관심이 꾸준히 증가하는 추세이다. 본 논문에서는 고전력 동기전동기(PMSM) 구동에 필요한 전력 인버터의 제어 및 센서리스 제어기법을 적용한 자속 기준 제어(Field-oriented control)를 시뮬레이션을 통해 입증하였다. 고전력에서 인버터 스위치의 전력부담을 줄이기 위해 3-레벨 인버터를 설계하고, 벡터 제어 SVPWM 방식을 적용하였으며 고전력 및 고속 PMSM의 파라미터에 맞추어 센서리스(sensorless) 제어기를 설계하였다. 센서리스 제어에는 모델 기준 적응 시스템(MRAS)을 통해 속도 및 위치를 예측하여 모터를 제어하는 방식을 적용하였다. 가속시 5초간 가가속도 값을 적용하여 필요 토크 및 속도제어를 Matlab/Simulink에서 설계 및 구현하고, 예측속도와 실제 모터속도는 최대 0.01 rad의 오차를 나타났고, 67초 동안 목표 속도 500 rad/s까지 가속함을 확인하였다.

  • In this paper. the pneumatic service robot with a hybrid type is developed. A pneumatic has the advantages of good compliance , high Payload-to-weight and payload-to-volume ratios. high speed and force capabilities. Using pneumatic actuators. which have low stiffness. the service robot can guarantee safety. By suggesting a new serial-parallel hybrid type for the service robot which separates into Positioning motion and orienting motion, we can achieve large workspace and high strength-to-moving-weight ratio at the same time. A sliding mode controller can be designed for tracking the desired output using the Lyapunov stability theory and structural properties of pneumatic servo systems. Through many experiments of circular trajectory. the Pneumatic service robot is evaluated and verified.
