단일기본모드 수직공진표면광레이저(VCSELs)는 광네트워크, 광연결, 광저장 및 레이저 프린팅 등 다양한 분야에 응용이 가능한 소자로서 많은 관심과 연구가 증대되고 있다. 일반적으로 VCSELs은 공간홀버닝(spatial hole burning)과 열 렌즈효과(thermal lensing)로 인하여 단일기본모드로 동작하기가 쉽지 않다. 지금까지 여러 가지 연구가 진행되고 있는데 대표적인 예로서 VCSEL의 공진기를 길게 하거나 출력경 표면을 정교하게 식각하는 방법, 그리고 이온 주입구경과 산화막을 함께 사용한 것들이 있다. The purpose of this paper is to propose the draft guidelines of seismic isolation design of Liquid Metal Reactor (LMR) using high damping laminated rubber bearings. The scopes of guidelines include design requirements of a seismically isolated system and components, seismic isolator, isolation system, interface system between seismic isolation and non-seismic isolation part, qualification and acceptance tests of seismic isolator, seismic isolation reliability, and seismic safety and monitoring system. Proposed guidelines shall be revised to extend to general design guideline for nuclear facilities by further research and discussions.

For obtaining the time history nodal responses of reactor building, a lumped-mass beam model composed of two sticks for the reactor building and the reactor support structure is developed. The time history responses for the non-isolated and isolated reactor buildings are calculated under an artificial time history, generated using the seismic spectrum curve of US NRC RG1.60. The analysis results show that the horizontal accelerations of the isolated building are dramatically decreased to one-tenths of the non-isolated one, but the vertical responses are increased by about 40%.

우주에서 작동이 검증되었고 영상 품질이 잘 알려진 기존 위성 전자광학 결상계들의 MTF 특성을 분석하여 위성 전자광학 결상계 설계에서 실제로 적용될 수 있는 최적화된 MTF 성능 지표를 구하는 방법을 제시하였다. KOMPSAT-1 EOC와 IKONOS에 대해 이론적 한계가 잘 알려진 MTF 성분들인 광학회절한계 MTF와 Spatial 및 Temporal Sampling MTF를 분석하여 실용적인 MTF 성능 지표를 구하였고, 이 지표를 이용하여 몇 가지 광학계의 최소 구경을 추정하여 지표의 실용성을 검토하였다. (중략)

본 논문에서는 기존에 이루어진 기업이미지에 대한 논의들을 중심으로 하여 기업이미지의 개념과 특징, 관리의 필요성과 선행연구들을 조명해보고, 향후 이를 기초로 한 실증분석의 토대로 삼고자 하였다. 즉 기업이미지가 상품구매에 어떠한 영향을 미치고 나아가 기업의 성공 성패를 좌우하는지에 대해 알아보고, 이러한 선행연구결과들을 바탕으로 하여 기업이미지의 개념을 명확히 하고 향후 기업이미지 제고 방안에 대한 실증적 연구의 이론적 기초를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.

본원의 비데오 흉강경술 경험과 문헌에서 볼 때, 흉막강 질환에서 흉강경술의 역활은 수기가 국소 또는 경막하 마취 혹은 전신 마취에서 가능하고 작은 구경의 흉강경으로 전 흉막강을 관찰할 수 있으므로 진단 및 치료 효과가 우수하였다. 흉막강 질환에서의 주요 적응증은 흉수, 농흉, 기흉, 흉막 종양, 흉막의 외상, 흉막강내 이물의 진단 및 치료되고 있다. 흉막강내 각종 수기에 사용하는 기구의 개발과 수기의 발전으로 흉막강내 질환에 대한 치료 성적은 전통적인 개흉수술에 비교하여 우수한 결과를 나타내고 있다.

광 통신 분야에 응용되는 GRIN 렌즈의 사양을 통해서 고분자 GRIN 렌즈의 응용 가능성과 장점 등을 살펴보기 위하여 GRIN 렌즈의 특성과 GRIN 렌즈의 광통신 분야에의 응용성, 고분자 GRIN 렌즈 제작방법 등을 검토하였다. 이로부터 고분자 GRIN 렌즈는 제작 방법과 제작 공정 변수의 다양성으로 인하여 다양한 형태의 GRIN렌즈 제작과 굴절률 분포 제어에 있어서 장점이 있음을 확인하였다. 특히, 구형 고분자 GRIN 렌즈는 수 구경이 크고 수차가 적을 뿐만 아니라 제작 방법이 간단하기 때문에 광원과 광섬유간의 접속에 매우 유용할 것으로 판단되었다.

A design method of lossy interstage networks for broadband microwave amplifiers is presented. A lossy interstage network is assumed as the combination of two lossless networks between which a lossy serial impedance or a lossy parallel admittance is inserted. For the circuit with two transistors and a lossy element, realizable ranges of gain and reflection coefficients are derived. And the relationships between gain and reflection coefficients are derived. Illustrative examples are presented by using the proposed method.

In this paper, a new method of state code assignment for reduction of switching activities of state transition in asynchronous circuits is proposed. The algorithm is based on a on-hot code and modifies it to reduce switching activities. To estimate switching activities as a cost functions we introduce state transition probability (STP). AS a results, the proposed algorithm has an advantage of 60% over with the conventional code assignment in terms of switching and code length of state assignment.
