Stable and reliable air traffic service is required for users (aircraft pilot, air traffic controller, airlines and public) through enhancing capability related to airport operation and continuously improving air navigation system. ASMS (air navigation service provider (ANSP) safety maturity survey) is to determine the level of management and safety requirement such as organization, risk, policy, process, training and environment in Air traffic service field. We designed and developed the survey (26 study areas of management part and 23 study areas of safety part) considering global best practices (Eurocontrol and FAA) and customizing domestic circumstances with quantitative level assessment regarding management and safety issue of Air navigation system. The survey enables the performance of Air navigation system to enhance and prevents from occurring accident or incident. Therefore, we provides best information with users as well as high quality Air traffic service.

본 연구에서는 승선환경에 관한 기초연구로서 승선 및 유람선 터미널의 공간 및 시설과 관련된 법적 문제에 대한 분석을 수행하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 1) 육상대중교통의 탑승과 관련된 법령과 규정에 비해 시설별 세부규정이 미흡하고, 유람선터미널 역시 탑승객 수용능력별 시설기준이 요구된다. 2) 터미널의 대기공간과 승강장은 법에 따라 기본시설이 갖춰지지 않은 곳으로 탑승능력을 수용할 수 있는 좁은 공간이다. 3) 현측 접안과 선수측 접안을 유람선 선착장의 승강 공간과 사용 시설 등을 고려하여 적절히 사용해야한다.

The Transport policies in Korea have been planned and implemented as a part of a larger economy policy based on the achievement of economic growth. As a result, previous transport policies have been focused mostly on the supply of transport infrastructure. The average annual economic growth of six percent and a twelve percent growth in motor vehicles until the late 90s led to the acceleration of the imbalance between the supply and demand of infrastructure. As such, there is a need to establish an innovative transportation policy in order to increase national competitiveness and provide momentum for national growth in the Twenty one century. This research has developed strategies and policies based on interviews that were carried out with specialists in transport field. Moreover, some transport policies have been established for the year 2020 through the conducting of a survey. The survey was conducted by interviewing respondents on making the priority of transport policies. which was then analyzed using the Data Envelopment Analysis with ranked voting data. The results are as follows. The most urgent matter was considered to be the development of a inter-modal transport system, followed by an integrated service system for public transport, and the need to increase the competitiveness of the transport and logistics industries and to further transport safety. Meanwhile, the provision of transportation for disabled people as well as the elderly was considered to be less important in Korea than in welfare nations. This stems from the belief as further attention needs to be paid to the construction of a public transport system, the establishment of transportation networks construction in preparation for reunification and the North-East Asian era, as well as the privatization of the transport infrastructure.

This study proposed a traffic accident prediction model developed based on administrative districts of Seoul. The model was to find the relationship between accident rates and the representative land usage of the districts (development density) - the higher the development density (building floor area) is, the higher the traffic accident rate is. The findings showed that traffic accident statistics differ from (1) residential building floor area, (2) commercial building floor area and (3) business building floor area.

항로표지는 해상교통의 안전을 도모하고 선박운항 능률 향상을 위하여 설치된 해양교통안전시설 중 하나이다. 그러나 선박 또는 기상악화 등의 이유로 발생하는 항로표지의 사고로 인하여 제 기능을 상실 하였을 경우, 선박운항자나 이용자가 느끼는 선박통항 위험도가 증가할 가능성이 높다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 우리나라 최대 항만인 부산항을 중심으로 부산항 이용자를 대상으로 항로표지 및 표지사고에 대한 인식조사를 실시하여, 효율적인 항로표지관리방안을 제시하고자 한다.

In order to prevent various accidents with construction machinery, Korea enacted the Construction Machinery Management Act to enhance safety. Until now, there has been a lack of systematic research related to traffic accidents with construction machinery. Therefore, domestic and foreign systems related to construction machinery were reviewed, and the current status was analyzed based on traffic accident data over the past 5 years to derive implications. It is necessary to ensure the safety of construction machinery by correcting institutional loopholes and preparing follow-up measures. In addition, it is necessary to create a separate traffic-safety education program for construction machinery operators to create an environment that can comply with safe road-driving methods and traffic laws.

최적의 효율적이고 경쟁력 있는 물류시설을 조성하기 위해 수요업체(화주)를 대상으로 입지, 임대면적, 임대조건, 임대가격, 건물의 배치, 건물의 구조, 교통처리계획, 부대시설 등에 관한 다양한 의견을 사전에 수렴, 물류시설 건립에 반영할 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 조사를 위한 시간과 비용이 과대하게 발생하는데 이러한 비효율적인 조사를 보다 효율적으로 정리하고 더 나아가 투자자의 신속하고 정확한 의사결정을 지원하기 위해서 간단하게 몇 가지의 요소만으로 사전에 진단하고 정확한 의사결정을 할 수 있는 도구의 필요성이 대두된다. 즉, 기존에는 상기에서 언급한 '수요자 접근법'을 이용하여 진행하여 왔는데, 거점적인 측면과 시설적인 측면의 요소를 반영한 새로운 "요인비교법"을 도출하였다.

지난 8월 31일부터 9월 2일까지 대전 엑스포 대전무역전시관에서 "깨끗한 환경과 안전한 축산물"이란 주제로 열렸다. 3일간 열린 박람회 기간동안 14만 여명의 관람객을 유치하여 중부권에서 개최한 박람회로 지리적 효과를 충분히 발휘했고 전반적으로 성공적인 박람회라는 평가 했으나 전시시설 및 대중교통 연계, 숙박시설 인프라 부족, 해외 바이어 서비스 부문에서 개선되어야 할 과제로 남게 되었다.

An increase in number of vehicles owned by individuals worsens the conditions of parking in residential areas. So to speak, the pedestrians' safety is seriously threatened by illegally parked vehicles on the residential area roads. As a result, the number of vehicle-to-pedestrian accidents has been increasing annually. Also, illegal parking on arterial roads is increasingly becoming common, especially by cooommercial trucks. However, no solution has been found to reduce or eliminate accidents caused by vehicles illegally parked on readside. The result of this study provides the solutions to enhance the safety of residential area roads and arterial roads, from viewpoints of both long-term and short-term, by collecting data about the status of illegal parking and addressing critical problems.

A variety of work zone including road single-sharing construction add surrounding disorder and increase inconvenience of vehicles and pedestrians and furthermore danger of traffic accidents, which sometimes result in human life damages. Traffic delay due to vehicles and users generating in the course of using large-scale multiplex facilities bring about a great economic loss. Now, a lot of regulations and laws related to traffic safety system on construction sites etc. are established, but can not display efficacy desirably. It brings about continuous economic loss due to human life accidents and delay. For the purpose of solving the problems, it is necessary to import systems such as traffic inducement Security (Japan) and traffic controller (CANADA, USA) This article suggest how improve civil safety and reduce Social cost. therefore This thesis aims at analyzing advanced cases of foreign countries, looking into Korean status, and presenting importing ways of traffic inducement Security appropriate to Korea. It is reasonable to grant grade1, grade2, and technical experts to traffic inducement Security who pass regulated educations and examinations. In addition, by reversing regulations and laws, it is necessary only those who have the licenses of traffic induction guarder etc. can establish construction sites and disordered places on roads. Theory educations for education time must include basic educations and expert educations. Basic educations must include understanding regulations and laws and understanding affairs. Expert educations must include traffic control, safety educations, understanding of traffic accidents, operation of traffic control facilities, and traffic accident settlements. Traffic affairs educations must include traffic induction affairs in sites (hand signals, safety material establishment, traffic accident settlements, and urgent treatments).
