  • 산업이 고도화, 대형화됨에 따라 조선, 건설, 기계산업문야에서 대용량 힘 측정의 필요성이 날로 증가하고 있다. 힘 측정에 사용되는 힘 센서는 국가 힘 표준인 힘 표준기로부터 교정을 받아 사용함으로써 힘 측정 결과에 대해 국제적으로 인정받을 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 build-up 힘 표준기에 사용되는 build-up 힘센서를 설계 및 제작하고 힘 센서 각각의 특성과 build-up 시스템 전체의 특성을 실험하여 build-up 힘 센서의 오차를 평가하였다.

  • In this paper, the calibration system for contact transducer has been developed to improve the reliability of the inspection result of ultrasonic testing on rotors. This system consists of signal processing parts: (oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, pulser/receiver), standard block, and user interface program. Signal processing for the calibration system was performed quickly with high accuracy. The developed system has been applied to a practical calibration of probe using the non-destructive testing on rotors, and demonstrated high sensitivity and precision.

  • A precision magnetic field was generated by the NMR magnetometer and electromagnet system. The current and field feedback systems are used to control of magnetic field in the electromagnet using computer. Stability of magnetic field according to results that compare field and current feedback, current method is better than 2 times. The stability of magnetic field with current feedback improved 10 times compared with no feedback. This system is used for the calibration of magnetometers and the testing related to magnetic fields.

  • 측정의 소급성과 신뢰성을 확보한다는 전제하에 오차의 개념을 버리고 측정시의 측정불확도를 분석하는 것이 측정과학에 있어서 세계적인 추세이다. 본 논문에서는 전달표준인 열전압변환기를 사용하여 고주파전압계의 정밀 교정에서 불확도를 산출하기 위하여 수학적 모델을 설정하고 측정에 관계되는 모든 불확도 요인을 분석하였다. 케이블의 영향과 열전대감지기와 직류전압계의 상관관계, 직류소스, RF소스, 감쇠기, 반사계수와 DUT 등 측정에 있어서 관계되는 모든 불확도요인을 분석하여 확장불확도를 산출하였다.

SI-traceable Calibration of a Transmissometer for Meteorological Optical Range (MOR) Observation (기상관측용 투과형 시정계의 국제단위계에 소급하는 교정)

  • This work demonstrates the indoor SI-traceable calibration of a transmissometer with a 75-m baseline for the measurement of visibility in MOR (Meteorological Optical Range). The calibration is performed using a set of neutral density (ND) filters (OD 0.1-2.5) and a set of high-transmission quartz glass plates (a bare quartz glass plate and antireflective-coated quartz glass plates), the collection consisting of 20 artifacts in total. The luminous transmittance values of the reference artifacts had been calibrated traceable to the KRISS spectral transmittance scale, which ranges from 0.2 % to 99.5 %. The transmissometer to be calibrated typically consists of a loosely collimated light source based on a white LED (CCT ~5000 K) and a luminous intensity detector with a CIE 1924 V(${\lambda}$) spectral response. As a result of calibration, we obtained the MOR error and its uncertainty for the transmissometer in 20 m - 40 km of MOR. Based on the results, we investigated the applicability of the calibration method and the conformity of the transmissometer to the ICAO's (International Civil Aviation Organization) accuracy requirement for meteorological visibility measurement. We expect that this work will establish the standard procedure for the SI-traceable calibration of a transmissometer.

Investigation of Response of Several Neutron Surveymeters by a DT Neutron Generator (DT 중성자 발생기에 의한 중성자 검출기 반응도 조사)

  • Several neutron measuring devices were tested under the neutron fields characterized with two distinct kinds of thermal and fast neutron spectrum. These neutron fields were constructed by the mixing of both thermal neutron fields and fast neutron fields. The thermal neutron field was constructed using by a graphite pile with eight AmBe neutron sources. The fast neutron field of 14 MeV was made by a DT neutron generator. In order to change the fraction of fast neutron fluence rate in each neutron fields, a neutron generator was placed in the thermal neutron field at 50 cm and 150 cm from the reference position. The polyethylene neutron collimator was used to make moderated 14 MeV neutron field. These neutron spectra were measured by using a Bonner sphere system with an LiI scintillator, and dosimetric quantities delivered to neutron surveymeters were determined from these measurement results.

  • 교류전력을 측정하기 위하여 알고 있는 직류전력과 동시에 비교할 수 있는 전력비교기를 개발하였으며 이 비교기를 기본으로 하여 정밀 전력계와 전자식 전력량계를 교정하거나 시험검사 할 수 있는 기준시스템인 전력표준기를 개발하였다. 특히 Push-Pull 기술을 이용한 전력비교기는 간단하며 정확도가 매우 높은 것으로 평가되었으며 전력비교기의 전체 불확도는 30 $\mu$ W/VA로 평가되었다.

Measurement of Traceability Error for Calibration Service Center Using Type S Thermocouples (S형 열전대를 이용한 교정검사기관의 소급성 오차측정)

  • We measured the traceability error for nine high temperature calibration service centers including KRISS through the round-robin test. In this test the type S thermocouple, which used as a calibration standard thermometer commonly, was accommodated as a test thermocouple. Intercomparison data of three institutions were coincident with KRISS's data within ${\pm}0.5^{\circ}C$, which was the calibration uncertainty of the type S thermocouple, but the remaining six institution's data were deviated from the assigned uncertainty level. Deviation of the intercomparison data increased gradually according to the increase of the test temperature. and the maximum difference was so large as about $2.0^{\circ}C$ at the highest test temperature, gold point. In this study we found the traceability error of high temperature calibration service center for a high temperature standard was within $2.0^{\circ}C$.

  • 본 논문에서는 대전류 표준측정에 대한 STL TC의 Ad-Hoc Working Group의 최종방안에 대한 기술적 배경을 소개하여 이를 계기로 국내에서도 대전류 표준확보에 필요한 사전준비에 만전을 기하고자 한다. STL의 대전류 reference shunt 요구사항, 측정 불확도 및 각 시험소에서 교정하여야 할 사항 등에 대하여 검토하고, 우리나라 대전류 표준측정시스템의 구축필요성, 구축절차 및 방안에 대하여 기술한다.
