본 연구는 대학 환경특성이 전반적 서비스품질, 서비스가치와 학생만족에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가에 대한 구조적 관계를 설정하고 이를 실증적으로 검증하였다. 저자들은 선행연구와 학생들과의 토의를 통하여 학생만족을 결정짓는 변수들을 24개로 선정하였다. 요인분석 결과, 교수/교육과정, 교육시설, 학내외 활동/위치, 교육지원서비스, 편의시설, 수업료의 6개 요인이 도출되었다. C 대학교의 463명의 학생으로부터 수집된 자료는 Lisrel 8.3을 이용하여 분석되었다. 실증분석 결과, 요약과 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교육시설 요인이 전반적 서비스품질에 정(+)의 유의적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 학내외 활동/위치 요인이 전반적 서비스품질에 정(+)의 유의적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 교육지원서비스 요인이 전반적 서비스품질에 정(+)의 유의적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 교수/교육과정 요인이 전반적 서비스품질에 정(+)의 유의적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 전반적 서비스품질이 지각된 서비스가치에 정(+)의 유의적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다, 여섯째, 전반적 서비스품질이 학생만족에 정(+)의 유의적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 일곱째, 지각된 서비스가치가 학생만족에 정(+)의 유의적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 본 연구의 결과는 대학환경특성과 학생만족 간의 관계에 있어서 전반적 서비스품질과 서비스가치가 매개역할을 한다는 것을 의미하는 것이다. 연구의 마지막에서는 관리적 시사점과 미래의 연구방향이 제시되었다.

1990년대 후반 정부는 경기부양의 일환으로 창업보육센터(Business Incubatir: BI)를 전국에 설치·운영하도록 지원하였다. 창업보육센터를 통해 벤처기업이 스스로 자생력을 갖출 수 있는 시기까지 시설, 기술, 행정, 경영지원 뿐만 아니라 입주지원까지 다양한 지원 역할을 수행해오고 있다. 특히 창업보육센터의 교육프로그램은 입주업체들의 기업 성장에 있어서 매우 중요한 역할을 한다. 이러한 창업보육센터의 교육프로그램이 기업 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 최근 조직문화에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있다. 조직문화는 스타트업을 움직이는 심장이며 그 영향력은 실핏줄을 타고 회사의 가장 사소한 결정에까지 미친다. 조직문화마저 없다면 스타트업은 제품, 브랜드 무엇 하나 제대로 갖추지 못한 그저 꿈을 쫓는 집단에 지나지 않을 것이다. 본 연구는 창업보육센터의 교육프로그램 서비스품질 구성요인 인 유형성, 신뢰성, 반응성과 스타트업에게 중요한 원동력이 되는 실천중심설계가 교육만족, 조직문화 및 조직성과에 미치는 영향에 대해 살펴보고 아울러 교육만족이 조직문화에 조직성과에 미치는 영향에 대해 연구를 진행하고 가설을 검증함으로써 학문적, 실무적으로 유용한 시사점을 도출하고자 한다.

The purpose of this investigate the effect of the educational institution service quality f the government-supported beauty-related educational institution on the students' perceived usefulness and career preparation behavior. Participations in the study collected 362 students at a government-funded educational institution located in Seoul and Gyeon-ggi by a convenience sampling method. The collected data was analyzed through descriptive statistics, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis using SPSS statistical package version 26.0 version. The results derived through a series of research procedures are as follows: First, educational service quality, perceived usefulness and career preparation behavior showed a statistically significant positive(+) correlation. Second, it was found that educational service quality had a statistically significant positive(+) effect on perceived usefulness. Third, the educational service quality showed a positive(+) influence on the career preparation behavior of information collection activities and job preparation activities. Fourth, the perceived usefulness was found to have a statistically significant positive(+) effect on the career preparation behavior of the information collection activities ad job preparation activities. The results of this research can be used as basic data to increase the efficiency of beauty-related government funding projects by evaluating the quality of education services of state-funded beauty related educational institutions.

지난해부터 인터넷 분야에서 가장 확실한 수익 모델을 갖춘 사업 분야로 e-Learning 분야가 손꼽히면서 많은 온라인 교육 서비스가 우후죽순처럼 등장해 이미 1,000여 개의 서비스가 각축을 벌이고 있다. 그러나 e-Learning은 무엇보다도 학습용 컨텐츠의 품질이 그 성패를 좌우한다 할 때 한국의 온라인 학습 컨텐츠의 품질은 부실하기 이를 데 없다는 게 중론이다. 이는 S/W 공학에서 S/W 품질 보장을 위해 개발 방법론이 중요한 것으로 인식되는 것과 이를 지원하기 위한 Method II등 여러 도구들이 보급되고 있는데 비해 학습 컨텐츠는 그 중요도와 개발이 복잡하고 정교함이 요구됨에도 불구하고 개발 방법론에 대한 인식과 개발방법론을 지원하기 위한 도구가 없음에 기인하는바 크다 할 수 있겠다. 아직까지 국내에서는 MacroMedia Director나 ToolBook, Authorware등 일반적인 저작 도구나 웹 기반의 컨텐츠를 제작하는 Dreamweaver등의 HTML Editor만 있으면 컨텐츠가 만들어 질 수 있는 것으로 착각하고 있는 경우가 많다. 교육 학습용 컨텐츠의 개발 주기를 살펴보면 요구 분석->교수 설계->저작->평가->배포의 단계를 거치게 되는데 이때 학습 컨텐츠의 품질은 사실 요구 분석과 교수 설계 단계에서 결정되게 되며 이 학습 컨텐츠의 품질을 결정하는 단계에서는 IT 분야 지식보다는 오히려 교육 공학적 지식이 더욱 요구된다. 그러나 현실적으로 이 단계의 절차적 복잡성과 전문성으로 인해 거의 대부분의 학습 컨텐츠들이 제대로 개발 주기를 거치지 못하고 검증되지 않은 스토리 보드에 의한 저작 단계로 바로 돌입하고 있는 것이 한국의 실정이라 하겠다. 따라서 본 프로젝트에 의해 개발 된 교수 설계 도구는 교육/학습 컨텐츠의 품질 보증을 위한 방법론인 교육 공학의 체제적 교수 설계 이론 Model (Instructional System Design Model), 특히 그 중에서도 이 분야의 사실상의 표준 이론(de facto standard)인 Dick & Carey 교수와 Gagne 교수의 인지주의 ISD Model을 기반으로 정교한 교수 설계와 코스 맵 설계를 가능하게 함으로써 학습 컨텐츠의 품질 보증 활동을 지원 할 수 있는 도구로 개발하였다. 특히 Linux 기반에서 PHP로 개발 함으로써 Platform에 구애받지 않은 사용 환경을 구현 하였으며 향후 많은 e-Learning Platform에 교수 설계 모듈로 장착 함으로써 기존의 e-Learning Platform들의 가치를 높일 수 있는 계기가 될 것으로 생각한다.

This study is a study on the effect of university students' entrepreneurship education service quality on educational satisfaction and entrepreneurship intention. Although various entrepreneurship education is being operated at universities, there is not much research on entrepreneurial intentions. In this study, in order to analyze the factors for increasing the entrepreneurial intention, the effect of the service quality of entrepreneurship education on educational satisfaction and entrepreneurial intention was examined. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, questionnaires were distributed to university students in Daegu and Gyeongbuk, and statistical analysis of 298 questionnaires that were faithfully answered was conducted using SPSS 22. TA is a result of multiple regression analysis on the effect of start-up education service quality on educational satisfaction, tangibility, responsiveness, certainty, and empathy had a significant effect, but reliability did not have a significant effect, and educational satisfaction had a significant effect on entrepreneurship intention. Recently, start-up businesses in Korea have been revitalized, and various programs such as start-up education, start-up support policies, and commercialization support are emerging. Since the quality of educational service for start-up at universities affects the will to start a business, service quality capabilities should be strengthened to increase educational satisfaction.

In 2013, the small retailer organized support service, which commenced in 2009, has been expanding its place in the policy by transforming into a small retailer cooperating support service. This support service supports two main sides. One of them is strengthening the financial aspects of the scale by organizing the small retailers in order to make the distribution efficient. The second is improving the management and enhancing the efficiency through visitation education. This research focuses on studying the effects of the visitation education which is one of the two aspects of small retailers support service. Empirical analysis on the effects of the visitation education's quality on the loyalty of support service and business performance was performed in detail by dividing the structure of the companies into chain form and combined form of small retailers. According to the results of the analysis, the visitation education's quality positively affected the support service's loyalty without any restrictions on the structures of the retailers. However in the business performances, the visitation education's quality only showed positive effects on the combined form of small retailers. Therefore, it is implied that in order to continuously receive support program by increasing the loyalty of the retailers, the quality of the visitation education must be increased and the retailer support service need to be considering the structure of the companies in order to improve small retailer's business performance.

In this study of the domestic high school and middle school students to use the online education-website to measure the quality of service between SERVPERF model and the KS-SQI model fits which were analyzed further. Analysis using AMOS 7, SERVPERF for measuring quality of service reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangibility, was a measurement model. KS-SQI for primary needs fulfillment, unexpected benefit were performance dimensions, reliability, individual empathy, positive assistance, accessibility and media tangibility, consist of process dimension was measured. In comparison of two models, the KS-SQI model on a path analysis showed better in terms of model fit indexes.

지식정보사회의 핵심 키워드인 e-learning은 많은 발전을 하고 있다. e-learning은 오프라인 교육에 비해 시간과 공간의 제약을 받지 아니하고, 비용이 저렴하며 반복 학습과 개인화된 서비스가 가능하다는 장점이 있는 반면에 아직도 파급 효과는 크지 못한 실정이다. 또한 국가적인 차원에서 많은 지원을 하고 있고 시장의 급속한 성장과 확산에 비해, 중${\cdot}$고생들을 대상으로 하는 e-learning사이트의 컨텐츠 품질에 대한 연구는 미비한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 중${\cdot}$고생 시절에e-learning의 경험이 있는 대학생들을 중심으로 실증연구를 수행하였다.

Today, as the number of applicants for admission decreases, competition among universities is deepening in Korea. Especially, the existence of local universities has led to intense competition to increase the enrollment rate of new students and reduce dropout rate. To survive in this competition, local universities are making various efforts; however, the primary problem is improving their educational service quality. In this study, we have developed a device to measure educational service quality which can be applied to the field of higher education, and factors that determine educational service quality are dragged through this device. In addition, this research identifies which statistically significant factors play a part in overall satisfaction and word of mouth effect, and interprets 29 quality attributes using importance-satisfaction transformed index.
