원격교육과 e-러닝의 차세대 형태로 모바일 교육에 대한 관심이 급증하고 있다. 이러한 모바일 교육은 스마트폰을 중심으로 전개되고 있으며 사이버 대학교뿐만 아니라 일반 오프라인 대학에서도 적극적인 움직임을 보이고 있다. 본 논문에서는 u-캠퍼스 환경기반에서의 모바일 교육 서비스 시스템을 설계하였다. 모바일 교육 서비스 시스템은 u-캠퍼스 환경기반에서 교육 수요자들인 학생들에게 시공간의 제약 및 디바이스에 제약이 없는 학습 환경 시스템을 제공하고 모바일 캠퍼스 플랫폼 기반의 m-러닝 시스템을 설계한 것이다.

현재 접근 편이성이 높고, 직관적 정보전달이 가능한 월드와이드웹이 출현하여 컴퓨터 네트워크가 인터넷 혹은 인트라넷이라는 이름으로 대중에게 가깝게 다가가고 있다. 웹의 정보교환 능력과 상호작용할 수 있는 능력에 교육용 자료를 결합시키면 교실을 벗어나서 컴퓨터 네트워크에 의해 이루어지는 교육을 할 수 있는 교육시스템이 구성 될 수 있다. 웹으로 만들어진 교과서는 교육내용이 중앙의 컴퓨터에 기록되어 관리되므로 내용의 갱신, 개편이 편리하고, 통일성을 유지하기기 쉽다. 이러한 특성때문에 웹으로 전통있고, 내용이 잘 정리된 분야의 교과서보다는 현재 역동적으로 발전하고 있는 분야의 교과서를 작성하는 것이 더 효과적인 사용방법이라고 여겨진다. 이 연구에서는 웹을 이용하여 현재 활발히 논의가 진행중인 유연송전시스템을 교육하는 교육시스템을 구축하고 교과서를 구성 하여 보았다.

Because e-learning system does not have any dynamic contents-delivery mechanism, all students in the same class get identical contents. In this paper, we introduce a personalized learning system, which is carefully designed and implemented based on data stream technology. The proposed system have a mechanism and interface changing lecture contents based on learner's level and ability. The system consists of a dynamic contents-delivery mechanism and learner level-test system. In this paper, we describe what are points to be considered when design and implementing a personalized learning system.

뛰어난 보안성과 다기능성으로 금융, 교통 등 각종 분야에서 스마트카드의 활용이 점차 늘어나고 있다. 이런 스마트 카드의 장점을 사이버 상에서 이루어지는 교육시스템에 적응시켜 보고자 한다. 기존의 사이버 교육시스템을 중심으로 보안성이 중요시되는 지불 및 교육컨텐츠 보호관련 부분들과 기타 시스템 이용에 관련된 부분들에 스마트 카드를 도입하여 보다 편리하고 안전한 시스템을 구성해 보았다.

컴퓨터와 인터넷의 급속한 보급으로 인해 원격교육(Distance Learning)에 대한 많은 연구가 진행되고 있다. 그러나, 지금까지 대부분의 원격교육 시스템은 웹 기반의(Web-Based) 비동기(asynchronous) 형태로써 피교육자가 이미 제작된 컨텐츠를 다운로드하여 보는 단순한 형태의 교육방식이다. 따라서, 전통적인 면대면(Face-to-Face) 교육방식을 대체할수 있는 원격교육이 되기 위해서는 교육자와 피교육자, 피교육자와 피교육자간에 인지(awareness) 및 상호작용(interaction)이 가능한 원격교육의 기능이 지원되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 비디오 및 오디오 컨퍼런싱(video and audio conferencing), 텍스트 기반 대화(text-based chat), 선 밀 텍스트 애노테이션이 가능한 슬라이드(slide with line and text annotation)를 제공하고 피교육자에 대한 인지정보(awareness information)를 공유하는 동기식 세미나용 원격교육 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다.

국가적 차원에서 추진하는 영재교육의 목적은 개인의 자아실현과 더불어 국가와 사회에서 필요로 하는 고급 인재를 양성하는 데 있다. 특히, 정보화 시대를 이끌어 갈 정보영재의 발굴과 교육은 더욱 중요하다. 컴퓨터 교육 중 프로그래밍 교육은 컴퓨터 소양, 창의적 사고와 문제 해결력, 수학적 사고력, 추론 능력을 신장시키는 정보 교육의 중요한 분야임에도 불구하고 정보영재를 위한 체계적인 교육 내용이 확립되어 있지 않은 상태이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 초등정보영재를 위한 프로그레밍 언어교육의 필요성을 살펴보고 프로그래밍 교육을 위한 교육내용을 구성하였으며 논리력 향상 및 문제 해결력 중심의 비주얼 베이직 교육 시스템을 제안하였다. 본 연구의 특징은 첫째, 학습자에게 실제 프로그램을 작성할 수 있는 기회를 제공한다. 둘째, 학습한 이론을 실제 프로그램 작성에 응용할 수 있도록 한다. 셋째, 프로그램상의 오류 수정 활동과 제시된 예제의 다양한 해결 방법을 통해 문제 해결력과 논리적 사고력을 향상시킬 수 있는 프로그래밍 학습 시스템을 제공한다.

It is proven that students learn more effectively when they apply Empirical knowledge which they have experienced or been facing. Therefore, the customized training supporting systems for information communication ethics education for primary school is developed. It provide resources on the internet such as teaching methodology, teaching materials, real life examples and applications related to information communication ethics education to the teachers. Each resource is categorized according to the topic and it improved information communication ethics education by providing customized resources on the topic. It is also helpful for users to select necessary resources by informing the suitability between the subject and the resources and to lift the burden on searching the data.

Recently a reading education system has been developed to manage the accumulated reading activities and past records of individuals under the web environment using computers. And the reading education system, where we can have comprehensive reading education, has been developed and been applied to schools. The reading records in the reading education system can contribute to the improvement of reading activities and reading comprehension, the extension of thinking ability, and the cultivation of insight and character of the readers. The system will provide basic data for reading education for the teachers. The reading education system will accumulate the reading records of individuals. This system is not restricted by time and space. Also the system can support the reading education of children and students effectively. The menu of the reading education system is composed of a test of reading level, reading materials, activities after reading, reading certification, reading record management and instruction of teachers.

In this paper, an educational simulator of automobile chassis electronic control system was developed. The developed system is composed of three parts, a driving condition control & monitoring system, a chassis electronic system monitoring & analysis system, and a virtual simulator & educational multimedia contents. The driving condition control & monitoring system has a commercial real car simulator, hydraulic equipments for representing driving conditions, and a remote control and monitoring system. In the chassis electronic system monitoring & analysis system, information of various sensors and actuators applied to the system can be monitored by Labview programs. Finally, the suggested virtual simulator and the multimedia with 2D Flash and 3D animations can be used effectively by means of teaching materials.

The quality of education cannot be defined easily. Similarly, the quality problem of remote-education is defined, and suggests various success factors, from each different angle, according to definer's view and interest. As the Internet is being expanded gradually, the remote-education systems are being focused on as an important strategic factor. Also, many studies are being conducted concerning the remote-education system in this county. However, most studies focus on the technological side, and the actual condition is that the quality and the quantity of the studies on success factors for successful remote-education system are insufficient yet. This study tried to examine major success factors in order to realize more efficient web-based remote education system, and to maximize users'acquirement obtained from the remote education system.
