Recently. The web-based distance education system becomes generalized so that learners can study without being under the control of time and space. This shows that it is more widely used through Internet in education field. But the previous developed methodology for distance-lecture system has some problems, on the Distance Education. It takes much time and cost. In this paper, the need of the Distance-lecture system to apply component-based developing methodology is suggested to overcome these problems. Also, you can save lots of time and cost because it has the reuse, the convenient availability, and the transplantation of distance-educaton system through component-based developing methodology.

According to the public information of the Ministry of Education & Human Resources Development, the construction project of educational facilities from 2005 to 2007 will use BTL (Build-Transfer-Lease) contract. Budget of those projects will be the worth over 13 trillion won. In this research, the estimation standards for the public health maintenance expenses are established which is the part of the operation and maintenance cost in the total BTL project cost. Also, a system core module using the developed standard was introduced in this paper. A comparative analyses were conducted with the several possible estimation case to validate the system developed.

Construction Industry has become bigger, sophistication and specialization. At the same time, the concerns of Construction Management for achieving the goal of quality, cost & air are getting higher. Therefore it is demanded technology to conduct the CM works continuously in the Industrial world and be in process of education to train specialists. Studies are also been doing for it. But infrastructure circumstances are insufficiency comparing with the interests of construction industry. It is needed the scheme of education system to improve the above mentioned problem and to raise education quality standards. Consequently, the study is for E-learning education system. Because this system can help to save cost and to overcome the limits of time and spaces for existing off-line education. The study will present e-learning system architecture model to activate Construction Management education considering the distinctive features of CM.

This study aims to figure out the current state of health insurance education provided to dentists and personnel in charge of insurance claim as well as the effects of experiences in education on their knowledge of health insurance standard and actual application. As a result of analysis on 100 data sheets related to dentistry and 100 data sheets related to personnel in charge of insurance claim (a total of 200 data sheets), following results were generated. Insurance claim personnels showed higher score than dentist in knowledge of health insurance standard and it was significant statistically. Knowledge of insurance claim personnel showed significant differences in educational experiences, in health insurance for the latest three years and average hours of education per session whereas that of dentists did not indicate any significant differences. The level of practical application of dentists was significantly different (p<0.05) according to experiences in insurance claim, and that of insurance claim personnel significantly varied (p<0.05) depending on age, experiences of insurance education and average hours of education. The longer average hours of education, the higher level of practical application. Experiences of insurance education turned out to affect on the knowledge of health insurance standard significantly (p<0.05) on the part of dentists and insurance claim personnel, and the level of experiences in insurance claim and knowledge of health insurance standard on the part of dentists and insurance claim personnel turned out to affect on practical application significantly (p<0.001). Judging from the result, continuous education needs to be conducted in order to enable dentists and insurance claim personnel to maintain the level of knowledge about health insurance and practical application.

The research goal of this study is to investigate the realities and difficulties of English education for young children of North Korean refugee mothers. The subjects of this study were 201 North Korean refugee mothers of 3-5-year-old children. They were surveyed and some of them were interviewed on their children's English education. The results of the study are as follows. First, most of the North Korean refugee mothers in this study provided their children with English education since their children were 3 years old. The major reason for the English education was their children's peer group who received English education early in their lives. Their educational interaction periods with their children were less than 10 minutes, and they had their young children study English alone, focusing solely on their assignment. Next, North Korean refugee mothers claimed that the biggest difficulties for teaching English to their children were cost, lack of information, lack of time to teach English, and unsatisfactory English education. They expressed that the cost for English education was a burden on the family to some extent.

In this paper, we introduce a web-based scheduling toolkit(GridTool2), which can run simulation of scheduling algorithm in grid system. And we suggest new algorithms which apply additional communication costs to the existing MinMin and Suffrage scheduling algorithms. Since GridTool2 runs in web environment using server and database, it does not require a separate compiler or runtime environment. The GridTool2 allows variables such as communication costs on the web for performance evaluation, and shows simulation results on the web page. The new algorithm with communication costs was tested using GridTool2 to check for performance improvements. The results revealed that the new algorithm showed better performance as more workloads were incorporated to the system.

저학년 학생에게도 적절한 표상이 제공되기만 하면 고등 지식을 수용할 수 있다는 사실은 브루너(J.S. Bruner)의 EIS 이론에 의하여 뒷받침 될 수 있다. 이를 위해서는 구체적인 조작이나 시각적인 표상이 제공되어야 한다. 그러나, 실물로써 교구를 제시하는 것은 현실적으로 많은 제약이 따르므로 그 대안으로 컴퓨터 환경에서 제공되는 조작 도구들을 고려해 볼 수 있다. 인터넷 환경은 접근에 있어 용이하며 별도의 비용이 필요 없고 업데이트가 용이하다는 장점을 가지고 있으므로 교구로써의 장점을 갖고 있다. 이에 따라 인터넷 상의 조작 도구를 통한 수학교육 프로그램을 개발하고자 한다.

인터넷 이용의 확대로 가정마다 컴퓨터 보급이 크게 증가하면서 인터넷을 이용한 교육이 증가하고 있다. 학교에 가지 않아도 컴퓨터를 이용하여 듣고 싶은 수업을 원하는 시간에 지구촌에 있는 학생들과 함께 수업을 듣고 토의할 수 있다. 컴퓨터의 보급 증가와 인터넷 사용증가로 인하여 인터넷 교육이 하나 둘 나오기 시작했다. 그리고, 미래 프로젝트의 하나인 실시간 원격 교육이 가능하게 되었다. 실시간 원격 강의 시스템을 이용하면, 시간과 비용을 줄일 수 있고 누구든지 장소에 구애받지 않고 교육을 받을 수 있다. 앞으로 정보 통신망의 발달과 음성 및 화상 압축기술이 발달하면 실시간 동영상 등으로 학생들은 더 종은 교육을 쉽게 접할 수 있게 될 것이다.

노인복지회관에서 어르신들을 대상으로 스마트폰 사용법 도움 봉사활동을 하면서, 어르신들의 스마트폰 사용과 관련된 관심 주제 및 어려움을 겪는 부분에 대해 사전에 진행된 조사 결과[1]를 바탕으로 그 오프라인에서 반복적으로 교육되던 내용과 노인 대상의 UI설계 사항들을 고려하여 직접 사용할 수 있는 활용교육용 앱을 설계하고 프로토타입을 개발하였다. 이 앱은 기존의 오프라인 봉사활동와 연계하여 사용한다면 시간과 비용, 그리고 내용면에서 더 효율적이 될 것으로 기대된다.

대학교육에 있어서 전자계산기 교육의 중요성은 날이 갈수록 증대되고 있으므로 전자계산기 교육을 위한 컴퓨터시설이 대학교육시설의 상당한 비중을 차치하게 되어 구미의 큰 대학에는 Computer Center가 운영되고 있다. 몇몇대학의 전기전자공학과에서 Hardware에 대한 강으는 얼마전부터 실시하고 있었으나 Software에 대해서는 이공계 대학에서도 극히 일부에서, 그 나마도 시설이 없어서 실습없는 강의만 하고 있어서 실효를 걷지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 현재 수개대학이 컴퓨터를 보유한다고 통계는 나와있으나 실제 기능을 발휘하고 제대로 Computer Center을 운영하고 있는곳은 손꼽을 정도이다. 컴퓨터의 시서로가 운영은 막대한 비용과 노력이 소요되므로 각 대학이 매월 기백만원의 Rental을 지불해가며 시설을 하기는 어려운 일이다. 따라서 컴퓨터시설은 몇몇대학 및 고교가 공동사용하는것이 여러점에서 유리하리라고 본다.
