The study examines the feasibility of hosting the International Wood Industry EXPO as a part of the effort to establish Wood Industry Cluster in Jeollanam-do. The provisional EXPO period suggested by the study is 30 days between July 23 (Saturday) and August 21 (Sunday) 2016 and the proposed venues are Namdo International Education Center, Woodland, and Woodcraft Center, Jangheung-gun, Jeollanam-do, and so on. According to the study, it is calculated that the expected investment cost amounts to around 4.5 billion won and the number of total potential visitors reaches 1,627,478. The study also predicts that the EXPO generates various economic effects and outputs that can be quantified as following; a production inducement effect equivalent of 344.5 billion won, an income inducement effect of 77 billion won, an employment inducement effect corresponding to 3,899 jobs, a value-added inducement effect equivalent of 143 billion won, and an indirect tax inductive effect of 32 billion won. Then, emphasizing the need for the organizing committee that can play an important role in managing the overall EXPO events, the study, based on the figures, concludes that the International Wood Industry EXPO 2016 is to be promoted at the regional and national level.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the cognitive demands level of the description about 'element', 'periodic table', and 'atom' on the 'science 2' textbooks by the 2007 revised curriculum. The three types of CAT (Curriculum Analysis Taxonomy) have been used to analyze the cognitive demands level of those contents on the 6 kinds of 'science 2' textbooks. Lately, the number of interventional radiology is increased by the extension of procedure in medical radiation, and radiation exposure may be appeared differently by interventional radiologists, it is caused increase of radiation dose for radiation worker, patient, and radiologists. This study has done a comparative analysis characteristic of radiation exposure for five radiologists who executed interventional cardiology for 303 patients in S university hospital of Gyeong-Buk from Nov. 1, 2011 to Jan. 31, 2011. The average exposure time of five radiologists was 697.95sec. The average of cumulative DAP(exp) for patients was $52,730mGycm^2$ and the average of total DAP for patients was $104,875.14mGycm^2$. The average of frames for image was 855.52 frames in acquired images, and the average of frames for images was 802.2 frames in exposure images. They were statistically significant differences (p<0.05). Exposure time, cumulative DAP(fluro), cumulative DAP(exp), total DAP, acquired image, and exposure image were high correlation except cumulative DAP(exp), and acquired runs in x-ray exposure characteristics of machine. Exposure time was a great influence on radiologist. It signified that the more exposure time lead to the more radiation dose for radiologist. Radiation dose is related to ability, experience, difficulty, and precision of procedures in interventional procedure. The number of angiography and exposure time is difficult to control by radiologists. Therefore, it is in need of reasonable system which was evaluated the real dose of medical teams in interventional proceedings. We think that self education and training are required to reduce radiation dose for radiologists and radiation workers.
The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between dental hygiene students' emotional intelligence, interpersonal competence, and major satisfaction, as a preliminary professional dental hygienist who can provide effective dental hygiene college life and high-quality dental medical services. Attempts were made to find ways to promote it. To collect data, a self-administered questionnaire was developed using a convenient sample method, and the questionnaire survey was conducted on dental hygiene students in Daejeon, Cheongju and Gunsan from April 8, 2019 to April 26, 2019. As a result, it was found that emotional intelligence and interpersonal competence were positively correlated, and there were positive correlation with major satisfaction, and interpersonal competence and major satisfaction were positively correlated. Emotional intelligence, interpersonal competence, and clinical practice satisfaction were the factors that influenced major satisfaction. These results indicate that individually customized counseling and educational approach are required and there is the necessity of utilizing multidimensional improvement strategy that integrate emotional intelligence and interpersonal ability training program.
This study was executed to find out the intensity of turnover intention and its associated factors of radiologic technologists who worked for private clinic and university hospitals in Daejoen. Such variables as social and demographic characteristics, job-related features, job stress, job satisfaction, job performance, organizational commitment and turnover intention were investigated based on the survey of randomly sampled 400 radiologic technologists. The results are summarized as follows. 1. College graduates of private clinic workers were significantly higher than junior college graduates of them in the mean score for turnover intention. And low age groups, unmarried group, no religion group, low job career groups and low income groups of university hospital workers were significantly higher than high age groups, married group, religion group, high job career groups and high income groups of them respectively in the mean score for turnover intention. 2. Private clinic and university hospital workers' low and high groups in the variables of job demand, job control, supervisor support, job satisfaction, organizational commitment showed significant difference in the mean score for turnover intention. specially private clinic workers' low and high groups in the variables of coworker support, job performance showed significant difference in the mean score for turnover intention. 3. A hierarchial multiple regression analysis was conducted to catch the influence of related variables on turnover intention according to private clinic workers and university hospital workers. As a result of the analysis, the higher the degrees of education and job demand were and the lower the degree of job satisfaction was for private clinic workers, the higher the degree of turnover intention was. And the lower the degrees of age, job career, job satisfaction and organizational commitment were for university hospital workers, the higher the degree of turnover intention was. In conclusion, it was found that job demand and job satisfaction for private clinic workers and job satisfaction and organizational commitment for university hospital workers influenced on turnover intention.

This study was executed to introduce a greenhouse style "Evergreen Park" to apartment complexes to target hands-on resident participation and application rather than a mere viewing of the plants as a way to provide convenient and profitable service to residents in a year-round center of usable outside space. The four key points can be summarized as follows: first, subtropical plants are evergreen broad-leaved trees, which maintain their green during all four seasons the leaves are thick and glossy. Greenhouses geared toward these subtropical trees-mainly broad-leaved evergreen species-are in planning to introduce these unique, elegant plants to temperate regions. Residentswill not only gain an education regarding these species but will be provided with the best quality evergreens at very reasonable maintenance costs. Second, subtropical plants greenhouses introduced in apartment complexes are suggested for structures connected via underground passage as well as free-standing structures so as to make use of geothermal heating and apply to reducing sunlighting. Third, as a way to provide (1) health & relaxation(evergreens, herb garden, water space), (2) community & education (plant flea market/plant hospital, plant-related lecture(exhibition), hands-on experience program), (3) a vine garden for year-round use such festivities as a Butterfly Festival, Aroma festival, Smile Oak Nuts, Candlelight Festival and Christmas Photo Site. Lastly, it has been suggested that the operation and maintenance of these greenhouses will be both by resident council operation management and by outsourcing company operation management.

The purpose of this study was to provide a basic data required to improve the satisfaction of life in college students. A sample of 607 students attending the university in Incheon, Korea completed a survey, which consisted of a quality of life questionnaire and sociodemographic inventory. The data were collected between November 14 and November 30, 2016. Data analysis was performed using t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression analysis with SPSS/WIN 18.0 program. The subjective quality of life was significantly correlated with self-leadership (r=.279, p<0.01) and rejection sensitivity (r=-.224, p<0.01). The significant predictors that influence the quality of life of subjects were satisfaction in major, natural reward strategies, gender, anticipated anxiety and grade, in which 27.6% (F=47.27, p<0.01) was the explained variance. (Ed note: confirm) This study showed that rejection sensitivity and self-leadership were significant factors that influenced college students' subjective quality of life. Therefore, college administrators may consider developing educational programs about rejection sensitivity and self-leadership for college students to improve subjective quality of life.

Objects: This study was conducted to investigate the current educational environment of herbology and to develop a future-oriented curriculum for oriental medicine. The questionnaire used in this research was drawn up based on the current curriculum referring to the current curriculum of herbology and pharmacognosy. Methods: The survey was carried out presenting the questionnaires to a total 12,754 of the students and doctors of oriental medicine through e-mailing five times; of these, 2,074 replied. Results: 1. Among the respondents, about 97% agreed that it was necessary to revise and complement the current curriculum of herbology. 2. The respondents felt that the assigned lecture time of subject was "sufficient" (19%), "insufficient" (39%) and "average" (39%), respectively, and the level of lecture was "insufficient" (37%) or "average" (43%) respectively. According to priority, it showed that the contents which needed complement in lecture were discrimination of medicinal herbs (24%), practical use of action and indications (23%), and correlation with modern disease (21%). In theoretical lectures, 69% of the respondents agreed on the introduction of natural scientific methods 3. In practice, 51% of the respondents replied that the lecture time for practice was insufficient. The contents which needed to be complemented in practice were as follows: audio-visual materials for discrimination of medicinal herbs (22%), concrete exercise for the processing of medicinal herbs (21%), and attempts for the objective discrimination of medicinal herbs using instruments (microscope, analytical instrument, residual pesticide, heavy metal, genetic analysis) (16%). 70% replied that the discrimination of medicinal herbs of high price and rarity was "none or insufficient". 4. 56% replied that it was necessary to introduce and practice physicochemical analysis, and they showed higher requests according to the increase of their educational level. However, 86% replied that they had never experienced concrete attempts for objective discrimination of medicinal herbs, which seemed to indicate that, excepting some schools, practice exercise was rarely performed. Conclusions: According to results, it seems that an urgent review on the current course of herbology and a workshop on the process of experimental practice for professors is needed.
The purpose of this was to study and analyze smart learning the self directed learning, self efficacy, learning satisfaction about department of radiology in a college. For this study total students 102 in 3 classes were surveyed at the end of semester. The research data was analyzed using SPSS also self directed learning, self learning efficacy, learning satisfaction analyzed t-test, ANOVA and Pearson's correlation coefficient results were followings. First, Men is more higher than women in a self learning efficacy, self directed learning, learning satisfaction. Second, in a learning satisfaction smart learning ever heard in a first time group more satisfaction. Third, during the smart learning classes a students appeared a positive response. As a results, learning satisfaction will increase a learning when learners need a ability of self control planning and learning motivation by themselves in voluntarily and actively. Suggest to change a paradigm in a radiology classes so we have to improve a teaching skills this solution recommend is two way communication. In conclusion, smart learning applied for classes of college is meaningful as a new teaching, which can be change gradually learning satisfaction by teaching methods.
Digital Radiography is a big part of diagnostic radiology. Because uncorrected digital radiography image supported false effect of Patient's health care. We must be manage the correct digital radiography image. Thus, the artifact images can have effect to make a wrong diagnosis. We report types of occurrence by analyzing the artifacts that occurs in digital radiography system. We had collected the artifacts occurred in digital radiography system of general hospital from 2007 to 2014. The collected data had analyzed and then had categorize as the occurred causes. The artifacts could be categorized by hardware artifacts, software artifacts, operating errors, system artifacts, and others. Hardware artifact from a Ghost artifact that is caused by lag effect occurred most frequently. The others cases are the artifacts caused by RF noise and foreign body in equipments. Software artifacts are many different types of reasons. The uncorrected processing artifacts and the image processing error artifacts occurred most frequently. Exposure data recognize (EDR) error artifacts, the processing error of commissural line, and etc., the software artifacts were caused by various reasons. Operating artifacts were caused when the user didn't have the full understanding of the digital medical image system. System artifacts had appeared the error due to DICOM header information and the compression algorithm. The obvious artifacts should be re-examined, and it could result in increasing the exposure dose of the patient. The unclear artifact leads to a wrong diagnosis and added examination. The ability to correctly determine artifact are required. We have to reduce the artifact occurrences by understanding its characteristic and providing sustainable education as well as the maintenance of the equipments.
