  • The development of science and technology to accompany the convenience of civilization but in addition to nuclear, gas, explosion, accident and spill all over the world with the possibility of a chemical or biological terrorism response efforts collectively as a response to the urgent task of a nation. In this study major economies such as the U.S. and Canada analyzed to investigate the CBRN training programs to fit the reality in Korea CBRN training programs were developed. also the development of training programs to CBRN Korean Activity-Action Diagram technique utilized by CBRN scenarios corresponding to each event needs to be taken when the Activity is defined by its detailed definition of corrective actions for the CBRN Activity to define context-sensitive actions in particular to enable the functionality of the structure in case of CBRN emergency initial response was to establish education and training programs.

  • 해상교통관제사(VTSO; Vessel Traffic Service Operator)는 IMO RESOLUTION A.857(20) on Guidelines for Vessel Traffic Services와 IALA Recommendation V-103 on the Standards for Training and Certification of VTS Personnel에 의거 업무 수행에 있어 훈련되고 검증된 능력을 주기적으로 검증받고 만족스러운 수준을 유지할 수 있도록 갱신해야 한다. 또한, IMO Nav. 56th session Agenda item 8 Development of an E-navigation strategy implementation plan에 E-navigation 이행 전략 및 개발 프로그램에 의하면 육상에서 지원/제공해야 할 해양안전정보의 중요성이 대두되고 있으며, 향후 해상교통관제의 역할이 증대될 것으로 기대된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 현재 VTS Hardware에 집중된 관심과 초점이 인적 요소에 모아져야 함을 강조하면서, 해상교통관제 운영자의 자질 강화에 중점을 둔 교육 훈련프로그램 개발 방안을 제시하였다.

Convergent Web-based Education Program to Prevent Dementia (웹기반의 치매 예방용 융합교육 프로그램 개발)

  • The purpose of the present study was to develop a convergent education contents for dementia prevention, operating on the web network applying modern information technology(IT). At the preparation stage, local and worldwide literatures related to dementia were analyzed followed by surveying industry demands, based on which the program was designed and developed. In the following enhancement stage, the program was modified as much as possible by advices obtained from experts in various fields. Development results of the present program are summarized as follows. Firstly, 645 intellect development model to prevent dementia was established through peer review and verification of convergent education theories by expert groups. This model was named as "Garisani" meaning "cognition capable of judging objects" in the Korean language. Secondly, 'Find a way' and 'Connect a line' modules were developed in the numeric field as well as 'Identify a letter(I, II)' modules, in the language field for web-based left brain training program. Thirdly, 'Find my car' and 'Vision training' modules in the attention field and 'Object inference' and 'Compare pictures' modules in the cognition field were developed for web-based right brain training program. Fourth, 'Pentomino' and 'BQmaze'(Brain Quotient and maze) modules in the space perception field and 'Visual training' in the memory field were developed for web-based left and right brains training. Fifth, all results were integrated leading to a 52 week Garisani convergent education program for dementia prevention.

  • 최근 연평도 포격사건과 같은 북한의 무력공격이나 고밀집시설의 대규모화에 따른 재난사고, 한반도의 기후 온난화 영향에 따른 자연재해에 의한 화생방(CBRNE)피해와 구조 활동의 제약 등으로 인한 막대한 인명 및 재산 피해가 발생가능성과 국외적으로는 911테러, 7.7런던테러 등 다양한 테러사건이 발생하고 있다. 따라서 화생방테러에 총괄적으로 대응하는 노력은 시급한 국가적 과제로 대두되고 있다. 이에 대한 피해저감방안으로 불특정 다수에게 일어날 수 있는 화생방테러에 맞서 교육훈련 프로그램 개발이 필요하여, 본 연구에서는 국내외 화생방 훈련프로그램 분석을 통하여 한국형 화생방 프로그램 컨텐츠를 인지, 기초, 중급, 고급과정으로 구분하여 국내 실정에 맞는 프로그램을 제안하고자 한다.

Study on Learning Ecological Performance Analysis of IS-Geo's Educational Training Program (국제지질자원인재개발센터 교육훈련 프로그램의 학습 생태적 성과분석 연구)

  • The purpose of this study sought to analyze the achievement of educational training of IS-Geo's (International School for Geoscience Resources; IS-Geo's) according to the structural relationships between these components by incorporating variables and those that affect learning outcomes from the Learning ecological perspective. Therefore, from January 2014 to December 2015, data analysis was conducted based on the data collected by the questionnaire for class satisfaction, which was conducted after the operation of the educational training program. The principal result is as follows. First of all, Interventions that affect learning outcomes from the learning ecology perspective have resulted in internal factors of both learning motivation and learning development, intermediate factors of both contents of education and learning curriculum, external factors of both learner support and quality of instructors. The structural relationships between the designed factors of performance indicators of interdisciplinary achievement and sub-factors have been influenced in the structural implications of internal factors, intermediate factors, and external factors that affect the learning outcomes of educational trainees who participated in the educational training programs of IS-Geo's. Also, internal factors, intermediate factors, and external factors have directly affected learning outcomes for educational trainees.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of satisfaction or dissatisfaction of a franchise organization training program on its achievements. For the training program variables, it takes a motivation, a role perception, and a customer directivity as independent variables, and satisfaction or dissatistaction as a parameter. Also, it regards operation capability improvements, satisfaction of the job, and a will for a long-time employment as a dependent variable, then it presents the results by using SPSS/PC+ statistics methods. The results shows that satisfaction of training programs affect the long-time employment a lot. Therefore, for a long-run growth of the franchise organization, it is important to carry out proper training programs. The introduction(part I) contains the subject proposal and the purpose of the study, and theological background(part II) shows the definition and quality of a franchise organization, and some expectations from training programs such as motivations, role perceptions, and customer directivity. Also, part III presents the study model, hypothesis, and analyzing methods. For the last, part IV shows the verification of statistic results, then part V presents the conclusion.

  • Recently, product mobility, data compatibility and communication connectivity have become very important to the control system, depending on the application of smart manufacturing. Accordingly, embedded systems are essential in all industries including home appliances, telecommunication, and national defense. Therefore, the demand for embedded system development personnel is increasing further, and education and training programs are needed to combine the practical skills of industrial sites, including programming skills and hardware. Currently, embedded system education offers a variety of education centered on Aduino, but this is mostly for beginners and is not sufficient for majors. In addition, while various prototype studies related to embedded systems are active, the training and training programs for working-level human resources needed at industrial sites are very scarce. Therefore, in order to foster the working personnel of the embedded system for the application of smart manufacturing, this paper selected the capability unit through in-depth interviews and survey analysis of 10 experts based on NCS, and developed education and training programs and contents.
