Recently, the importance of CPR training for the layperson has been emphasized to improve the survival rate of out-of-hospital cardiac arrest patients. An accurate and realistic training strategy is required for the CPR training effect for laypersons. In this study, we develop an extended reality (XR) based CPR training system and evaluate its usability. The XR based CPR training system consisted of three applications. First, a 3D heart anatomy image registered to the manikin is transmitted to the smart glasses to guide the chest compression point. The second application provides visual and auditory information about the CPR process through smart glasses. At the same time, the smartwatch sends a vibration notification to guide the compression rate. The 'Add-on-kit' is a device that detects the depth and speed of chest compression via sensors installed on the manikin and sends immediate feedback to the smartphone. One hundred laypersons who participated in this study agreed that the XR based CPR training system has realism and effectiveness. XR based registration technology will contribute to improving the efficiency of CPR training by enhancing realism, immersion, and self-directed learning.

목적: 이 연구는 2019학년도 역학조사관 입문교육 과정에 참여한 29명의 수습과정생에게 참여형 자기주도 학습 역학조사관 연수 프로그램(FETP)의 효과와 만족도 등 역량 변화를 분석해 그 결과를 향후 과정 개발의 참고 자료로 활용하고자 하였다. 방법: 교육 프로그램의 만족도와 교육 후 모듈에 대한 역량 변화를 평가하는 연구가 수행되었다. 만족도와 역량의 차이 비교는 크루스칼 왈리스 검정(Kruskal-Wallis test)를 실시하였고, 역량의 차이는 윌콕슨 부호순위검정(Wilcoxon signed rank test)에 의해 이루어 졌다. 결과: 2019년 FETP에 참여한 역학조사관 중 여성은 48.3% 였으며, 40세 미만은 9.4% 였다. 역학조사관 입문교육과정 모듈(역학조사, 보건통계 및 정보통계, 감염병 국가 체계, 감염병 질환 감시 체계, 진단 및 실험실 검사, 생물 안전 및 관리, 주요 감염성질환 관리와 조사, 커뮤니케이션, 협동과 리더십, 일반과정)별 만족도는 실무적 도움, 전문성, 기능, 태도 등에서 4점(5점 만점)을 초과하였고, 전체 4.2±0.21(5점 만점)점으로 높은 수준이였다, 모듈의 교육훈련 전후 평균 점수는 2.25±0.91, 3.68±0.63점 등으로 유의한 향상이 있었으며, 모든 모듈 및 하위 주제들도 유의한 향상이 있었다(p<0.001). 그 중에서 현장역학조사 경험이 가장 높은 변화가 있었고, 표본 수집과 실무가 가장 낮은 역량 변화가 있었다. 결론: 2019년 진행된 입문교육 과정은 수료 후 학생들의 역량은 개선되었고, 만족도는 높은 편이었다. 참여형 자기주도학습의 촉진은 역량을 향상시킬 뿐만 아니라 보건 종사자들의 자신감을 높일 수 있었다.

The Korean Government has produced the Health Plan 2010 aimed at setting up healthy Korea objectives, policies on preventing chronic diseases, reshaping the country's health and medical infrastructure. The policy goal targets the people's healthy life expectancy at 75 by 2010, and includes healthy life practice measures including health education, health improvement services, and disease management measures, in achieving the objectives. Also, the plan provides life cycle-based health improvement and disease prevention services, as well as pushes ahead with projects with greater ripple effects in each area. To this end, the government is simultaneously pushing to operate an experts-centered health promotion committee and establishing the infrastructure including the augmentation of national health improvement funds. Through its Health Plan 20 I 0, the Korean Government will exert efforts to achieve its policy objectives as addressed in the measures by enhancing the national potential health and providing systematic disease prevention services.

This study focuses on two analysis: direct cognition of effectiveness of internship practicum, difference of career attitude maturity. The purpose of this experimental case study is to find out the practical problems of Internship education as a field-study of LIS by applying Job-Shadowing Internship methods. The results reveal that 71% of interns responded the positive effects of Job-Shadowing, but the effects to the career attitude maturity was not statistically significant. The implications of the case study are as follows; (1) systematic pre-instruction and orientation from the department are the critical factor of internship, (2) practicum guidelines(PEP), which is provided by the person in charge of tasks in internship institutions is the another important factor, and finally, (3) tools for measuring the effectiveness of internship is required for LIS practicum major course development.

The study was descriptive survey research for establishment of patient safety culture in small and medium-sized hospitals as providing baseline data of educational program regarding safe medication and prevention of near miss on medication, checking influencing factors of nurses near miss experience on medication in small and medium-sized hospital. The collected data was analyzed by SPSS/WIN 20.0 program to obtain mean, frequency, x²-test, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, logistic regression. The influencing factors of near miss experience on medication was working department and patient safety culture among general characteristic. The nurses who were working in general ward had lesser chance to experience near miss rather than nurses working in special department (Odds ratio:2.23, 95%, Confidence Interval: 1.07~4.67, p=.032). The 1 point higher in patient safety culture, the lesser chance to experience in near miss (Odds ratio: 2.24, 95% Confidence Interval: 1.02~4.95, p=.045). To sum up the result of this study, nurses working in special department had higher chance to experience near miss rather than nurses working in general wards. The higher patient safety culture awareness was the lower near miss was experienced. Thus, miss surveillance system for improvement of nurses' patient safety culture awareness should be developed. Moreover, educational program for medication considering nurses' career and department' character should be requested with simulation training considering and theory education.

With the change in educational environment of cartoon creation and diversification of webtoon platforms, various ways of engaging webtoon authors have been suggested. Under this situation, Korea Manhwa Contents Agency(KOMACON) and Korea Creative Content Agency(KOCCA) provide support to webtoon authors directly and indirectly to nurture professional webtoon talents. Contents creative human resource joint project being carried out by KOCCA is mainly to nurture and support contents experts by developing their creativity through tight training between mentors and mentees, creating job opportunities, building the support system for creative activities, and supporting commercialization during the project. Undergoing the process of recruitment and selection, the participants of this project are educated, trained and developed according to education programs provided by the hosting agency, and this project has a model to compensate for creative activities for a ceratin period of time. However, there has been a problem that it is difficult to constantly keep and manage webtoon talents who are cultivated by human resource management of less than one-year project. This study analyzed creative human resource joint project which is a human resource development model, using human recourse theory and suggested a strategic human resource model based on webtoon authors' human resource model development.

The purpose of this study was to clarify the attributes of the concept of clinical performance skills in simulation-based practical training and to organize them in order to establish theoretical foundations for clinical competence. The research method employed was the concept analysis process of Walker and Avant (2011). Papers related to clinical competence published between January 2000 and April 2023 were selected by searching various databases such as PubMed, CINAHL, Ovid-Medline, DBpia, KISS, and others. The attributes of clinical competence were found to be (1) the clinical competence of knowledge, judgment, and skills, (2) Adaptability to Changing Healthcare Environment (3) the ability to perform nursing roles appropriately in response to the demands of nursing subjects. This study is significant as a concept analysis study that recognizes the importance of nursing from a nursing perspective in a situation where research on clinical competence is active in simulation-based training. Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to develop training programs and tools including the attributes of clinical competence in simulation nursing education and to measure the effectiveness of the programs using them. nursing perspective in a situation where research on clinical competence is active. The purpose of this study was to identify factors influencing intention to stay among new graduate nurses. The participants were 127 new graduate nurses working at A University hospital in Gyeonggi Province. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression. The results showed that job satisfaction, reality shock, working period, and resilience were significant predictors of intention to stay and explained for 44.2% of the variance in intention to stay. The findings of this study suggest that interventions focusing on reducing the reality shock through pre-experiences or trainings in clinical situations and enhancing the resilience are needed to improve intention to stay for the new graduate nurses. Also it is necessary to establish a support system and work environment to improve nursing job satisfaction, and a long-term education program of more than 6 months is needed to help new nurses adapt to work.

This study conducted research over status of employment and living by collecting questions & answers from retired soldiers after service in ROK Army more than 5 years in last 5 years. As the methodology of this research, the status of employment has been provided from the Citizen Insurance Public Corporation, and conducted interviews for all individuals in addition to the receiving of questions & answers. Also, the statistic data prepared and submitted for Congressional Audit & Inspection from MND was also utilized for the purpose of research. In conclusion, the situation faced with retired soldiers after their retirement is showing the future of reflection of oneself to the personnel in active service who must do their best only for their duty to keep national security. If those personnel in active service are worrying about their future returning to civilian society after retirement, it will not only become an impediment to perform their duty but also bring invisible weakening of military power to defend our nation in result. This is the rationale for the necessity of providing support for social adaptation, reemployment and inauguration of retired soldiers.

By analyzing the operation status of fire safety management of small construction site workers, deriving problems, and suggesting improvement measures, this study was conducted to present practical basic data for their efficient use in the future, and the following conclusions were drawn. First, it was analyzed that small construction site workers are elderly in the age group of construction workers, have short construction skills, most of the jobs are working in the construction industry, and the employment type is non-regular workers. Second, the fire safety management improvement plan of small construction site workers is systematized, fire safety manager is deployed to manage fire risk, fire escape routes and emergency warning facilities are provided to inform all workers at the construction site. In addition, measures to reduce industrial accidents are needed through realistic evacuation training, fire VR training, and interesting educational programs.
