This study investigates the relationships among SMEs' innovation capacity, standardization education activities, and performances. Employing about 900 SMEs in the ICT and electronics electricity industries, this study used regression analysis and examined the effects of standardization education activities on performance and the moderating effect of innovation capacity. The results indicate that standardization education activities positively affect SMEs' production and quality improvement and R&D activity improvement. The results also show that R&D investment ratio moderates the relationship between standardization education and production and quality improvement. This study provides practical insight into why firm managers should pay attention to standardization education and innvation capacity to improve firm performance.

본 연구는 창업동아리 구성원들을 대상으로 창업교육의 전문성(깊이)과 다양성(폭)이 창업동아리 구성원의 기업가정신에 미치는 영향을 자기효능감의 조절효과를 중심으로 실증분석하고 있다. 12개 대학교에서 수집된 657부의 설문지를 바탕으로 실증분석을 수행한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 창업교육의 전문성(깊이)은 진취성과 혁신성에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 창업교육의 다양성(폭)은 위험감수성, 진취성, 혁신성 모두에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 자기효능감의 조절효과를 분석한 결과 자기효능감은 창업교육 전문성(깊이)과 진취성 간의 관계와 창업교육 전문성(깊이)과 혁신성 간의 관계를 정(+)의 방향으로 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 창업교육을 전문성(깊이)과 다양성(폭)의 측면으로 구분하고 대학교 창업동아리 구성원들의 기업가정신 간 연관성을 규명하고 있다는 점, 그리고 그 관계에서 자기효능감의 조절효과가 상이하게 나타나고 있다는 증거를 제시하고 있다는 점에서 창업교육 연구 분야에 의미 있는 시사점을 제시할 수 있을 것이다.

Recently, the number of applicants for the engineering college is gradually decreased all over the nation. Additionally, the concerns of fall of freshman mathematical ability are raised due to the incomplete high school education. Therefore, the local universities endeavor in order to improve the quality of mathematics education, and study the countermeasure against the crisis. As part of these efforts, Sang-Myung University founds the innovation center for engineering education. The center derives several ideas in order to enhance the mathematics education quality. In this paper, the enhancement plans for the mathematics education in Sang-Myung University are proposed. Results in this paper will be helpful for other university to enhance the mathematics education as reference materials.

This paper investigates the effect of Team Member Exchange Quality (TMX) and technology management education on innovative behavior mediating effects of Empowerment. Innovation behavior is necessary for the continuous innovation of the organization. To that end, this paper investigates the relationship among TMX, technology management education, empowerment, and innovation behavior. Independent variables are TMX and technology management education; dependent variable is innovative behavior; and mediating variable is empowerment. The hypotheses of this paper are as follows. First, team members with a high quality of TMX will generate more innovation behavior. Second, innovation behavior will be created if team members receive a lot of technology innovation education. Third, empowerment will have a mediating effect on the relationship between TMX, technology innovation education and innovation behavior. To test these hypotheses, questionnaires were distributed and thoroughly analyzed using correlation analysis, multiple regression, and mediating effect analysis. Until now, there have been many previous studies investigating innovative behavior; however, this paper is still meaningful in that this study focused on the effects of TMX and Technology management education on innovative behavior mediating the effects of empowerment.

The downsizing of schools is accelerating due to a rapid decline in the school-age population, and as the crisis over regional and school disappearance increases, the need for smaller schools to respond to future educational needs is increasing. Through flexible curricula and digital/artificial intelligence-based classroom teaching improvements, students' satisfaction with school life, student creativity and character development, improved academic achievement, and strengthened cooperative communication capabilities will be observed, and teachers' teaching and learning methods will change. Educational effects such as these are important, and transforming school facilities into future-oriented spaces, including school space innovation, is required to accomplish them. This study examined the future of education systems in small schools, focusing on analyzing the educational effects and awareness of the sustainability of spatial innovation, in terms of school space changes, school education correlation, and smart environment, to develop innovation projects in small schools. A desirable direction for implementation is presented.

국가인적자원개발 컨소시엄사업은 고용보험법과 근로자직업능력 개발법에 근거하여 고용보험기금을 재원으로 하여 운영되는 사업으로서 고용보험기금을 재원으로 하기 때문에 고용보험료를 납부하는 기업이나 교육생은 전액무료로 수강이 가능하나 경영진의 무관심과 근로자의 필요성 인식 저조, 시간 지리적 제약 등의 이유로 일부 분야에서는 어려움을 겪어 왔다. 본 연구에서 소개하는 사례는 보건산업 분야 국가인적자원개발 컨소시엄사업을 운영하고 있는 한국보건복지인력개발원 사례이다. 한국보건복지인력개발원 역시 초기에는 기업의 참여도 저조 등으로 교육에 어려움을 겪었으나 조직혁신과 수요자 니즈 충족을 통해 급속한 성장과 성과를 내고 있다. 한국보건복지인력개발원은 컨소시엄사업을 수행하기 위해 기관 위상 제고 및 조직 안정화 노력을 하였고, 교육 참여기업 및 교육생 수요에 기반한 교육과정 개편, 사업 운영 조직 및 인프라 개편 등 사업 운영 혁신을 통해 교육확대 등 교육사업 성과향상의 결과를 보여주고 있다. 이에 본 혁신사례는 국가인적자원개발 컨소시업사업은 물론 정부지원 교육훈련사업 전반에도 적용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

본 연구는 과학기술의 발전과 이에 따른 급속한 사회변화 속에서 청소년의 진로를 탐색하고 역량을 높이기 위해 운영되고 있는 기업가정신 교육의 효과성을 밝히는데 목적이 있다. 청소년기는 미래인재로서 진로탐색을 위해 다양한 시도를 해야 할 필요성이 있는 시기이므로 청소년들에게 다양한 기회를 발견하고 활용하여 문제 상황을 해결해보는 경험이 필요하다할 수 있다. 기업가정신의 구성요인은 일반적으로 위험감수성, 진취성, 혁신성을 포함한다. 위험감수성은 불확실한 결과가 예상됨에도 과감히 도전하려는 의지이고, 진취성은 새로운 기회를 선제적 및 적극적으로 포착하기 위한 노력이며, 혁신성이 새로운 변화와 혁신을 선호하고 추구하면서 문제를 해결하려는 노력이라는 점에서 기회와 창의성, 문제해결력이 기업가정신에 중요한 요인에 포함됨을 판단할 수 있다. 청소년 기업가정신 교육의 효과성 측정항목으로 기업가적 태도와 진로개발역량으로 정하고, 기업가적 태도 하위항목으로 기회발견과 창의성 역량을, 창의성 역량의 세부지표로 창의적 문제해결능력, 협력적 의사소통능력, 혁신적 업무행동능력 선정하였다. 진로개발역량의 하위항목으로 진로설계, 개척정신을 정하였으며 진로설계의 세부지표로 자기탐색, 직업탐색, 직업가치관, 진로태도를, 개척정신의 세부지표로 차별화태도, 도전정신을 선정하였다. 이의 측정을 위해 청소년 기업가정신 교육 프로그램을 경기도 소재 중학교 학생들을 대상으로 2020년 9월부터 10월까지 실시하였다. 본 연구결과로 기업가정신 함양 프로그램을 수강한 학생들이 교육을 통하여 어떠한 역량이 높아졌는지에 대한 검증이 가능할 것으로 사료된다. 또한 이러한 효과측정을 통하여 더 나은 교육프로그램을 개발할 수 있는 계기의 마련과 기업가정신 교육에 대한 이해의 폭을 넓혀 기업가정신 교육의 활성화를 기대할 수 있을 것이다.
