A lot of accumulated data of many quantity exist within a institution or an organization, but most data is remained in form of standardization as each institution or organization. There are difficulty in exchange and share of information. New concept of knowledge information resource management to overcome this disadvantage was introduced, and the digitization of knowledge information resources to share and manage accumulated data is been doing. Specially, in science technic or education scholarship it, the tendency that importing XML to process necessary data to exchange and share of knowledge information resources structurally, and limitation of back for search and indexing or reusability is happened according as expression of great many mathematics used inside electron document of these sphere is processed to nonstructural data of image or text and so on. There is interest converged in processing of mathematics that use MathML to overcome this, and we require the solution to be able to process MathML easily and efficiently on structural document. In this paper, designed and implemented of XML document editing system which easy structural process of electronic document for knowledge information resources, and create and express MathML easily on structural document without expert knowledge about MathML.

This study was a basic study for the establishment of basic policies for the operation of Sejong City Library. It was intended to establish and operate the functions and roles of Sejong City Library by conducting a general survey on the current status, user demand, expert opinion, and librarian opinion survey. As a result, the Sejong City Library is the representative library of Sejong Special Self-Governing City, which oversees all public and small libraries in Sejong Special Self-Governing City and carries out support and cooperation projects, and should improve the development of the local community and the quality of life of local residents by providing more convenient and equal access to provide information services and cultural programs. Second, apart from providing library services to local residents in Sejong Special Self-Governing City, the functions of the Sejong Special Self-Governing City's representative library and hub library, knowledge and information center, lifelong education center, social and cultural center, leisure culture center, leisure and convenience center, and furthermore, it should function as a policy information support center. Finally, in order to enhance the brand value of Sejong City Library, the Sejong City Library as a landmark in Sejong area, the Sejong City Library as an art and cultural hub in Sejong area, the Sejong City Library as a complex cultural space in Sejong area, and the Sejong City Library as a center for Sejong Studies were proposed.

이 글에서는 해외지역연구에 있어 세계와와 관련한 여건 변화, 지리하계의 동향, 그리고 21세기의 새로운 지역연구에 지리학의 역할이 어떠하여야 할 것인가를 살피고자 한다. 해외지역연구는 2차대전 이후 미국을 중심으로 발달하였다. 냉전기에 세계적 우위를 유지하고 국익을 보호하기 위하여 외국 현지어 구사 능력을 포함한 해외 정보 수요가 늘어 지역연구의 발달을 보게 된 것이다. 이러한 배경 때문에 지역연구는 개성기술적(ideographic)성격을 띠게 되었다. 요즘에는, 지역연구가 주로 초국적기업, 국제 경영대학원 등을 중심으로 이루어 지고 있다. 새 지역연구는 해외시장정보 수집 등 경제적 동기로 이루어지고 있어, 경제적으로 편향되는 취약점이 있다. 세계화는 요즘 하계의 화두(話頭)로, 세계 경제와 사회에 일고 있는 이 변화를 바로 이해하는 것은 향후 지역연구의 방향을 정립하는데 매우 중요하다. 세계화는 세계 어디서나 똑같이 일어나는 동질적인 현상이 아니라, 매우 다양하고 여러 의미가 담긴 현상이다. 마치 동전에 양면이 있듯이, 세계화는 수렴과 분화를 동시에 일으키고 있는 것이다. 따라서, 국경을 개방하고 장애를 없애 하나의 동질적인 세계시장환경을 지향하는 신자유경제 논리에 바탕한 지역연구는 설득력이 약하다. 지리학이 지역연구에 기여하기 위해서는 다음과 같은 노력이 계속되어야 한다. 첫째, 해외지역을 이해하려면 공간(space)과 장소(place)연구가 필수적이라는 점을 인식하고, 둘째, 인간과 환경의 상호작용 관점에서 지리적 차이를 파악하려는 노력이 필요하다. 셋째, 지리학은 이론정립 노력을 계속해야 하며, 넷째, 그 이론들은 해외지역의 현장답사와 정보수집을 통하여 검증되어야 한다. 지리학은 일찍부터 도시, 농촌 등 미시적 수준의 연구를 수행해왔기 때문에 경험적 연구에 강하다. 다섯째, 정부와 기업 등 조직에 대한 지리학적 연구가 이루어져야 할 것이다. 경제활동 분포에 대한 조직의 역할, 소유권에 대한 정부의 규제, 생산 조직의 환경 영향 등의 연구가 그 예이다. 여섯째, 지리학의 발달을 위하여 국가, 국제적 학술 기구를 활용하는 전략이 필요하다. 국제지리학연합(IGU)에서 개발한 지리교육과정, 미국National Research Council에서 세계지리에 밝지 못한 국민을 대상으로 펴낸 지리서 등이 그 사례이다. 지역연구는 사회과학 이론과 문화연구가 서로 접목되도록 새롭게 방향이 설정되어야 하며, 지리학의 인간-환경 연구 전통이 여기에 기여할 수 있을 것이다. 그러나 지리학의 역할이 효율적이기 위해서는 지리학 자체의 담론을 다시 확립해야 한다. 지리학계에서 지난 20여년간 추구해왔듯이 일반적 법칙을 지향(nomothetic)하는 접근법을 활용해야 하며, 여타 사회과학 및 환경과학과도 긴밀한 관련을 유지할 필요가 있는 것이다.

World Wide Web (WWW)에서 Virtual Reality Modeling Language (VRML)를 이용하는 3 차원 (3D) 디스플레이는 사용자에게 직관적인 정보를 더 효과적으로 제공해 준다. 웹을 기반으로 하는 해부학적 영상과 융합되는 기능적 영상의 3D 가시화는 아직까지 체계적인 방식으로 연구가 활발히 진행되지 않았다. 이 연구의 목적은 2D 영상들과 함께 웹에서 VRML을 이용하여 구현되는 3D 해부학적 표면 영상들과 기능적 표면 영상들을 동시적으로 관찰할 수 있게 하고 VRML을 통해 만들어진 거리 측정 도구를 가지고 관심영역의 공간적인 위치 정보를 제공하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 한 명의 간질 환자로부터 Magnetic Resonance (MR) 축면 영상과 발작기 및 발작간기 Single Photon Emission Computed Tomo graphy (SPECT) 축면 영상들을 각각 획득하였다. 발작 진원지의 확인을 향상시키기 위해서 subtraction ictal SPECT co registered to MRI (SISCOM) 을 수행하였다. SISCOM 결과로 나타난 각 2D 영상들은 모든 voxel 들의 평균 값 위로 1 표준편차와 2 표준편차에 해당하는 문턱 이상의 영상 값을 갖도록 하였다. SISCOM으로 나타나는 간질 발작 진원지들과 MRI 영상에서 회색질, 백색질 및 뇌척수액의 경계들을 각각 분할하고 marching cube 알고리즘에 의해 VRML 표면 영상들로 나타내었다. 축면 영상에서 실제 거리를 나타내는 x, y 축의 길이를 측정하고 z 축선의 길이를 계산하였다. VRML을 이용한 거리 측정 도구를 만들어 이전의 VRML 표면 영상들과 융합하였다. MRI 영상을 이용하여 3D 표면 영상들의 단면을 나타내고 3D 표면 영상들의 투명도를 설정하기 위해 Java Script 루틴을 사용자 인터페이스 도구로서 삽입하였다. 웹 페이지에서 구현되는 3D 표면 영상들의 투명도와 관찰 위치를 조절함에 따라 모델들 사이의 공간적인 정보를 직관적으로 알 수 있었다. 간질 발작 진원지에 대응하는 해부학적 구조를 3D 표면 영상들을 가로지르는 MRI 평면 영상들을 통해서 확인하였다. 결론적으로 본 연구에서 제시하는 웹에 근거한 3D 융합 영상의 가시화와 위치 측정은 진단 및 치료 방사선학과 외과학 등의 분야에서 온라인 방식의 연구와 교육에 있어 많은 도움을 줄 것이다.

We occasionally spend a lot of time looking for things after we forget where we store things. In this paper, we design and develop a product management system that keeps things, tells them where they are, and makes them easy to find. When a person puts a thing on the robot and selects the name of the object through the robot control application installed on the smartphone, the user confirms the empty storage place, moves it, stores it,. Through this paper, it is expected that we will be able to easily find the things we manage at home without forgetting, and contribute to the development of unmanned warehouse management technology.

This study is to propose the directions of LGBTQ Friendly Library policies based on LGBTQ's human rights. To accomplish this purpose, this study comparatively analyzed key concepts from UN UDHR, ALA LBR, and IFLA statements up to scholarly library-articles related to LGBTQ with the inductive approach for qualitative data analysis. The result suggests the 7 directions of the library services policy-making for LGBTQ in practice : 1) Recommendations on the enhancement of the LGBTQ's human rights and library obligations, 2) Enforcement of librarians' education and training on LGBTQ subject matters, 3) Convergency on the various LGBTQ's information needs and the enlargement of library collections, 4) Development of search instruments on LGBTQ, 5) Secure library moods and no-distinctive use of its accommodations, 6) Cooperation system with NGO on LGBTQ, 7) Care and support on children and young adults experienced with LGBTQ.

GIS is the tool widely used for the practical solution of spatial problems in every region regardless of the language and ideology. In this paper research trends and tendencies of GIS in North Korea are reviewed compared with those in South Korea. For this purpose, academic publications on GIS in North Korea are surveyed and classified according to main subjects in GIS. Such classification by main subjects of GIS in North Korea are conducted on the basis of the classification of research trends and tendencies of GIS in South Korea. As a result, researches in North Korea are mainly focused upon such fields as geodetic surveying and measurement, map manufacture, atmospheric phenomena, agriculture and disasters, while there are few studies related to such fields as national GIS policy and circulation, GIS education, internet-based GIS, and traffic, to name but a few. Most parts of applied data are based on low and medium resolution image such as meteorological satellite images, Landsat images, and so on. This reflects the low level of the development of GIS DB infrastructure in North Korea.

By the rapid development ICTs, education is entering into a smart learning. Learners are put down the paper book, are learning by using a various smart devices, and at this moment emerged that learning system each of which contains numerous platforms. Platform-specific systems require a lot of time and money to applicable to heterogeneous platforms, and This phenomenon is exacerbated if system has a lot of learning contents. Learning system that supports cross-platform is needed for reduce the unnecessary waste of resources and provide effective learning content. In order to achieve this, the research must be preceded by a database model that numerous of existing learning content can be integrated without any unnecessary redundant. In this paper, suggests Ontology-based metadata model that can be integrate existing learning content as an alternative to database, and through this, Design and Implementation of smart learning system that support Heterogeneous platforms.

최근 교육과정에서 학생들의 능력 평가는 단순 암기보다 학생들의 종합적인 사고력을 판단할 수 있는 서답형 문항을 늘리는 방향으로 변하고 있다. 그러나 서답형 문항의 경우 채점하는 데 시간과 비용이 많이 들고, 채점자의 주관에 따라 채점 결과의 일관성과 신뢰성을 보장하기 어렵다는 문제가 있다. 이런 점을 해결하기 위해 해외의 사례를 참고하여 국내에서도 서답형 문항에 자동채점 시스템을 적용하는 연구를 진행하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 2014년도에 개발된 '한국어 문장 수준 서답형 문항 자동채점 시스템'의 성능분석을 바탕으로 언어 처리 기능과 자동채점 성능을 개선한 2015년도 자동채점 시스템을 간략하게 소개하고, 각 자동채점 시스템의 성능을 비교 분석한다. 성능 분석 대상으로는 2014년도 국가수준 학업성취도평가의 서답형 문항을 사용했다. 실험 결과, 개선한 시스템의 평균 완전 일치도와 평균 정확률이 기존의 시스템보다 각각 9.4%p, 8.9%p 증가했다. 자동채점 시스템의 목적은 가능한 채점 시간을 단축하면서 채점 기준의 일관성과 신뢰성을 확보하는 데 있으므로, 보완한 2015년 자동채점 시스템의 성능이 향상되었다고 판단할 수 있다.

'Healthcare 3.0' paradigm, which comes from the convergence of medical and department of ICT(Information and Communication Technology), meets the government's 'creative economy'. It has emerged as new higher value-added markets and industries, created jobs, and got the 'land of opportunity'. Despite of the global recession, the health care market in the world from 2009 to now has earned a steady growth. The annual growth rate in domestic industrial scale is expected to more than 10% higher based on 153 trillion won in 2010. In particular, combination of health care and ICT, BT(BioTechnology), NT(NanoTtechnology), which is so called 'super-convergence', leap in the health care industry, is expected to open up a new paradigm. In addition, by 2020 all of the health care industry, the IT convergence industries account for the largest proportion, and more than 50,000 of the employment are to be expected. In this study, we survey and analyze problems of medical and IT convergence technology, the future of the medical and health care industry, the demanded healthcare IT staff, finally suggest education plan of human resources required in convergence industry of medical and IT.
