  • 최근 실감형 미디어에 대한 관심이 증폭되고 있으며 제조, 교육, 의료, 국방 등에 분야에서 기존 산업과 융합하여 많은 연구가 진행되고 있으며 MPEG에서도 이러한 실감형 미디어 기술에 대한 자체적인 표준화가 진행 중에 있다. 하지만 실감형 미디어에 대한 제작기술과 디스플레이기술에 대한 이슈는 있으나 콘텐츠 보호에 대한 기술 연구는 활발하게 진행되지 않고 있다. 더구나 실감형 미디어가 최근 웹하드, 토렌트 등에서 불법 유출 되고 있어 이에 대응한 저작권기술연구가 필요하다. 본 논문은 MPEG 산하에서 표준화가 진행되는 실감형 미디어 지원 포맷인 OMAF 구조를 설명하고 이에 대한 기술적 특징을 활용하여 특징점으로 활용될 수 있는 이미지 영역에 대한 선택 방안을 제안한다.

  • 최근 국내우주개발 중장기계획에 따라 지구관측위성, 통신위성, 기상위성 등 다양한 위성개발이 추진되고 있으나, 선진국들이 첨단 위성의 기술이전을 기피함에 따라 국내주도의 독자적인 차세대위성의 개발 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 그러나 새로운 위성의 설계, 제작, 조립 및 시험, 검증에는 많은 시설 및 장비가 필요하며 오랜 기간과 많은 예산이 소요된다. 이를 해결하기 위해 새로운 위성의 개발 시 선진국에서는 범용위성 개발 테스트베드(Flight System Testbed)를 제작하여 사전에 위성시스템을 모델링 및 검증함으로서 개발기간의 최적화, 개발예산의 최소화, 신기술의 적용 등에 활용하고 있는 추세이다. 국내의 경우, 위성의 지상관제와 운용요원의 교육을 위해 위성시뮬레이터를 제작하여 확용하는 단계이나, 새로운 위성 개발을 위한 위성전자전산시스템 개발검증장비 및 활용기술은 전무한 상태이다. 향후 다양한 위성임무에 대응한 위성의 개발기간 단축 및 비용절감과 첨단 위성전자시스템 및 부품기술의 사전 검증을 위해 위성 전자전산시스템 개발검증장비에 대한 연구가 필수적이다. 본 논문에서는 해외 위성선진국에서의 위성전자전산시스템에 대한 기술에 대해 살펴보고 현재까지 진행된 차세대 위성개발을 위한 위성시스템 개발검증 장비의 설계에 대해 알아보고자 한다.

  • It is thesis that based on for Croup-Transferring a method of Transferring-Control during real-time. By the development of multimedia, spread of high-speed communication network and generalization of various multimedia services, various techniques an studied by requiring application services for multi-users (meeting-service, remote-service, broadcasting-service, education-service and so on). So we focused on the multimedia group transferring techniques except communication network techniques and multimedia processing techniques, and presented algorithms about a mettled of group-management, a method of delay-control-management that analyzed a effective method of Croup-Control and characters of each group network and used RTP(Real-Time Protocol) / RTCP(Real-Time Control Protocol).

  • IT분야에 대한 정부지원은 직접적인 자금지원방식과 간접적인 인력양성지원, 기반환경조성 등 다양한 형태로 추진되고 있다. 그러나 중소벤처기업들은 기업의 영세성과 무경험성, 기술 중심적인 경영과 국내 편향적인 경영 둥으로 인해 많은 어려움을 겪게 되고 이를 극복하기 위한 노력에 대해 정부의 지원이 한계에 도달할 수밖에 없다. 이를 보다 효율적으로 지원하기 위해서 기술개발자금 지원업체의 운영실태를 조사하여 문제점을 살펴보고 개선방안을 모색하였다. 중소벤처기업의 기술개발 진행상황 및 연구비 집행사항 파악을 통해 기술개발 부진과제 독려, 자금 부당집행 등 위반사항 적발ㆍ제재, 지급집행방법 교육 등을 통해 집행의 적정성을 도모하고 기술개발 애로사항을 청취하고 연계 지원사업을 안내하였다. 중소 벤처기업의 경우 회계에 관한 지식ㆍ관심의 부족, 내ㆍ외부 감사시스템 미비, 자금 애로 둥의 사유로 출연연구소 등에 비해 연구비 집행 증빙 둥 회계처리에 미숙하고, 고의 또는 과실에 의해 연구비를 목적 외의 용도로 사용할 가능성이 커서 중소ㆍ벤처기업을 대상으로 하는 사업의 경우 연구비 집행의 적정성 제고를 위해 집행관련 사항을 간소화ㆍ투명화하여 연구비 부당 집행, 집행 오류 둥의 여지를 줄이는 둥 개선방안을 모색하였다.

  • These days, the students are learned from game experience such as the code grammatical elements of selection, repetition and decision. In this study, lets the students who have had no coding education make games based on the students's game experience using the programming tool Scratch, and they are realized the similarities between the game experience and the logical, grammatical elements of the coding concepts. We will discuss that was resulted an marked improvements of understanding of the coding concepts, the ability of applications and creativity and classroom participation consequently.

  • 3D printing technology is instrument that can create real objects in three-dimensional space, as printed on paper, if the three-dimensional designs are made. 3D printing technology has been recently used in various field of medicine, and also biomedical application of three dimensional printing technology remains one of the most important research topics until now. 3D printing technology is causing a revolutionary change in the overall automotive manufacturing, aerospace, marine, medical and so on. The medical industry applications of current 3D printer are a virtual simulation, custom medical implants manufactured, practice of medical personnel.   • Recently, MOOC (Massive Open Online Course), which has the characteristics of open content, has been changing the paradigm of university education as it is being serviced by various universities. In addition, MOOC based e-learning service has been developed into various types. The quality management of MOOC-based e-learning services has been studied on the general factors provided by MOOC regardless of MOOC type so far. In this study, we propose a method to improve the quality management of MOOC - based e - learning service by analyzing the factors affecting the quality of e - learning service by MOOC type.

  • An educational institution issued a degree certificate to those students who have successfully completed all studies included in different levels of the degree program. The degree certificate presented by the University is of major significance in the person's life but the fabrication and circulation of fake certificates is inexpensive because a paper document can easily be forged with the availability of advance printing and copying technologies. So, there is a need to adopt a centralized authentication process that can verify and ensure the authenticity of a document. In order to prevent the spread of fake degree certificates a method is proposed where the integrity of the contents with in the certificate can be verified with the use of and Smart Phone Application. A Quick Response (QR) Code will contain a digital signature over the data such as degree holder's name, major program, Grade Point Average (GPA) obtained etc. Which will be signed by university authorities after the registration in central system and deployed in university. In order to verify the digital signature a person need to use a specific smart phone application which will scan and authenticate the certificate without gaining access to a user's security credentials such as password.

  • Recently, the population of the elderly in Korea has been rapidly increasing, and the medical problems related to the increase of the elderly population and the cognitive decline of the elderly are becoming big social issues. In this study, a task analysis is conducted to develop a cognitive rehabilitation program aimed at improving the IADL(instrumental activities of daily living) of the cognitively deprived elderly. Especially, we focused on analyzing financial management task with ATM use. The task analysis scenario developed through this study is the basis for the development of educational programs to improve the IADL of the cognitively deprived elderly.

  • Recently, in each university, the fourth industry era has begun, and a lot of programming lectures have been added to liberal arts classes in order to nurture the convergence talents needed in society. However, learners often encounter difficulties or negative responses to programming. In this study, we analyzed the personality type of learners in order to analyze the motivation of learning disengagement in programming learning. Through the pre - test, learners with emotional and thought personality types were identified and analyzed. As a result of this study, it was confirmed that learners with a solid personality type of BS can have a negative gaze in programming learning. Future research is expected to contribute to learning motivation through lecture learning in post test.
