Recently, MOOC (Massive Open Online Course), which has the characteristics of open content, has been changing the paradigm of university education as it is being serviced by various universities. In addition, MOOC based e-learning service has been developed into various types. The quality management of MOOC-based e-learning services has been studied on the general factors provided by MOOC regardless of MOOC type so far. In this study, we propose a method to improve the quality management of MOOC - based e - learning service by analyzing the factors affecting the quality of e - learning service by MOOC type.

단방향 서비스만을 제공하였던 기존의 케이블과 위성 방송은 인터넷을 활용하여 양방향 서비스를 제공하게 되었고, 이로 인해 사용자는 방송 시간에 구애받지 않고 원하는 콘텐츠를 시청할 수 있게 되었다. 현재는 더 나아가 사용자가 원하는 디바이스에서 자유롭게 콘텐츠를 이용할 수 있는 N-스크린 서비스를 제공하기 위한 노력을 기울이고 있다. 기존 방송 시스템에서 유료 콘텐츠를 보호하기 위해 사용한 접근제어 시스템에서는 암호키의 갱신 시간 때문에 사용자 소유가 아닌 디바이스에 일시적인 시청권한을 부여하는 N-스크린 서비스를 제공할 수 없지만 기존 환경에서 키 계층을 늘리는 방법을 통해 이러한 문제를 해결할 수 있다. 하지만 N-스크린 서비스가 제공되는 것은 사용자가 댁내의 TV 뿐만 아니라 다양한 모바일 디바이스를 사용하는 멀티 디바이스 환경을 요구하게 된다. 기존의 접근제어 시스템에서 여러 디바이스를 지원하려면 디바이스의 수 만큼 암호키를 분배하기 위한 메시지를 생성해야 되며, 이로 인해 메시지를 생성하기 위한 시간과 통신 대역폭에 오버헤드가 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 N-스크린 서비스를 제공하기 위해 키 계층을 늘린 접근제어 시스템에서 멀티 디바이스를 효율적으로 지원하기 위한 키 관리 기법을 제안한다.

The purpose of this study is to discuss the improvement plan of book curation service by examining the current status of book curation, necessity and effectiveness of book curation, targeting librarian teachers. A questionnaire survey was conducted targeting 51 librarians in the Gyeonggi region. The main results are as follows. First, 86.3% of respondents had experience in book curation operation. Second, the most important reason for book curation service was to introduce resources of various subjects to students. Third, the subject of curation were selected by book event and social issues. Fourth, there were many cases where librarians performed services without receiving training on book curation. Lastly, although the recognition that book curation services are necessary is high, they are experiencing operational difficulties due to lack of space and budget. Based on the results, Based on the results, we suggested that this study has academic contributions as data that reports the reality of book curation, and that in order to actively match library resources with users without disappearing, professional education and curriculum of librarians should be able to eliminate common problems in previous studies.

전자정부가 출범하면서 국민의 편익과 업무의 효율을 가져오는 혁신적인 계기가 되었다. 그러나 전자정부 서비스 실현을 위한 11개의 국책사업 중 교육행정정보시스템(NEIS)의 문제로 인해 개인정보보호에 대해 사회적인 관심을 가지게 되었다. 이에 대한 해결방안으로 미국과 캐나다에서 실시하는 프라이버시 영향 평가(Privacy Impact Assessment)를 도입하여 위험분석 방법과 통합한 새로운 PIA모델을 제시한다. 또한 외국의 PIA 적용사례(Canada PIA report)를 통해 PIA를 실시해야 하는 이유에 대해 기술하고자 한다.

본 논문은 교육용 서비스로 이용 가능한 카드 인식 시스템을 제안한다. 사용자는 자유자재로 카드 등록 및 삭제가 가능하며 카드의 회전 및 크기 변화에도 강건한 인식을 보인다. 본 논문에서는 카드 템플릿의 형태 정보와 Histogram of Oriented Gradients를 특징점으로 이용한다. 또한 최종 분류기에서 계층적인 구조를 적용하여 보다 정확한 카드 검출 및 인식을 제안한다.

교육전산망이 상용망 서비스 업체들에 위탁 운영되면서 각 대학은 자신의 교내 전산망을 다양한 방법으로 외부와 연결하여 사용하고 있다. 이런 환경하에서 대학들이 전산망 운영정책을 효과적으로 결정하는데 도움을 줄 수 있는 지원 체계가 거의 없다. 본 논문은 대학의 외부망 다원화에 따른 전산망 운영정책을 지원하는 종합 정보시스템 NMIS_U(Network Menagement Information System_University)를 소개한다. NMIS_U는 각 대학의 전산망에 적합한 운영정책 정보를 동적 차트를 통해 실시간으로 제공한다.

Cellular phones have been popularized and some of them even have access to the Internet. But the utilization of mobile phones has not been for education but only focused on particular services due to the text-based low capacity. This thesis proposes a multimedia education system using cell phones with SMIL. We can decrease the size of the parser and refute the resources of CPU by designing SMIL tag only, which is needed for multimedia education. In addition, the macro method for producing information for lectures will make possible decreased transmission quantity of multimedia contents and increased transmission efficiency. This will lead to overcoming the matter of insufficient CPU and memory, which is common to most mobile phone terminals.

Concomitant with development of AR(Augmented Reality) and VR(Virtual Reality), interest in location based games and augmented reality have increased and various services have been developed. Due to this, AR, VR, MR(Merged Reality) techniques are considered one of fourth industrial revolution techniques. Oculus Rift which is representative of VR technology, and HTC VIVE need separate controllers, and don't offer service such as receiving external video information when users are using devices. In the case of project Alloy, which is a MR device of Intel, this has advantages such as controlling devices through hand signals and facial expressions, and receiving external video information. In this paper, we propose tourist guide system based on current position using MR. This system makes economical tour possible by arranging tourist attraction information which is from current position of tourists in correct places through external video information using MR, location determination using GPS, tourism information search using wireless internet.

The Kim Dae-jung Library is Asia's first presidential library and is a private presidential archive with over 250,000 historical materials. It mainly collects records related to the life of former President Kim Dae-jung, modern and contemporary history, and democratization, While most of the private presidential archives in Korea are operated by memorial foundations, the Kim Dae-jung Library is unique in that a higher education institution operates it. Accordingly, it aims to take an educational role in history and democracy based on records, providing free research space for researchers, and supporting research through records. This report introduces examples of the Kim Dae-jung Library's representative archival information service, an affiliated institution of educational institutions and private presidential archives, and presents the future tasks of the presidential archives.
