정보화사회에서 사서직이 전문직으로서 인정받고 그 영역을 확대하기 위해서는 격변하고 있는 정보환경과 교육환경에 맞는 새로운 패러다임의 연구와 보완이 이루어져야 할 것이다. 이러한 시각에서 본고에서는 전문직성을 규명하고, 이를 확고히 하고자하는 하나의 대안으로서 사서자격증의 국가고시 제도의 도입을 주장하면서 그 해결책을 하나의 시안으로 제시하고있다.

해외 유명 e러닝 기업들의 기술 노하우를 배우고, 미래 발전방향을 예측해 볼 수 있는 자리가 마련됐다. 한국소프트웨어진흥원(KIPA)은 지난달 29일 서울 삼성동 코엑스에서 e러닝 관련업체ㆍ교육기관은 물론 e러닝에 관심을 가진 일반인들을 대상으로‘e러닝 테크 2004세미나를 개최했다. 이날 발표된 주요내용을 담았다.

지식기반 사회가 전개됨에 따라, 정보통신 기술을 활용한 멀티미디어 교육컨텐츠와 원격교육 시스템 등은 교육 패러다임의 변혁을 주도하고 있다. 이러한 컨텐츠는 호환성과 재사용에 있어 문제를 야기하고 있다. 최근 교육 컨텐츠의 메타데이터 모델링을 중심으로 한 XML 기한 컨텐츠 저작이 연구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 활용도가 낮은 방송실에 구비된 자료를 조사 분석하고 이를 토대로 자료의 표준화 작업을 통해 웹에서 데이터를 사용할 수 있도록 한다. 또한 각 단위학교 간에 데이터를 공유할 수 있도록 XML 기반 컨텐츠를 설계한다.

Education paradigm is moved from traditional face-to-face method to cyber education environment. Therefore, we extracted the components of cyber education system and their detail functions through analysis on the workflow of education and learning standard technology. In addition, we think that template system will make a big role in order to deploy the cyber education system. Therefore, we designed the template system for cyber education. In this paper, we particularly describe both evaluation funrtion on course learning records and statistics function ell evaluation records.

정보통신 기술의 발전은 우리의 생활 전반에 걸쳐 빠르게 흡수되며 급속히 진행되고 있다. 특히 교육의 패러다임이 변화됨에 따라 오늘날 인터넷을 기반으로 한 가상교육의 형태는 학생들로 하여금 더 많은 지식 습득 기회를 제공한다. 본 논문에서는 인터넷상의 교육 시스템에서 개인의 정보를 수집하고, 개인별 교육성향을 분석하여 개인별로 적절한 서비스를 제공하기 위한 연구를 하였다. 데이터 마이닝 기법 중 연관규칙과 클러스터링 협업 필터링을 이용하여 학습자의 교육성향을 파악할 수 있다. 이를 마케팅에 적용한다면 학습자의 선호도를 상승시키고 해당 회사에 신뢰도가 높아져 이익을 증가시킬 수 있는 시스템으로 활용될 수 있다.

빠른 속도로 끊임없이 쏟아지는 정보의 홍수 속에서 미국이나 영국 등 세계 각 나라마다 앞으로 미래사회를 이끌어 갈 인재가 갖추어야 하는 핵심 역량의 하나로 창의적 문제해결력을 들고 있는데, 이러한 추세는 교육계에서도 예외 없이 나타나고 있어 학문의 각 영역과 정보 기술 활용의 융합된 교육 방법론에 대한 관심이 날로 고조되고 있다. 이러한 융합된 교육 방법론의 필요와 창의적 문제해결력 향상을 위한 교육으로 소프트웨어 교육이 우리나라를 포함하여 전 세계적으로 교육과정에 포함될 정도로 중요성이 더해가고 있다. 전 세계적인 정보교육의 패러다임 변화에 따라 우리나라도 교육부에서 '2015 개정 교육과정'에 소프트웨어 교육을 포함시키고, 소프트웨어 교육의 목표를 '컴퓨팅 사고력을 가진 창의 융합 인재를 기르는 데에 목표가 있다'라고 발표하였다. 또한 소프트웨어 교육의 방향과 운영에 필요한 내용들 중에 교육 현장에서 소프트웨어 교육을 하기에 부족한 소프트웨어 교육 시수의 적절한 확보와 교수 학습 방법의 연구가 필요한 것으로 발표하였다. 이에 본 연구는 부족한 소프트웨어 교육 시수의 해소와 여러 교과 간의 융합적인 교수 학습 방법을 위한 효과적인 소프트웨어 교육 수업 모형을 설계하게 되었다.

This paper examines the epistemology of the body and the direction of Christian education based on it. Looking at Merleau-Ponty, Damagio, and Nelson's epistemology of the body, it found that they had a common point, even though they studied in different areas like philosophy, brain science, and body theology; the body is a subject that perceives the world in a sensuous and direct way, and is a channel that mediates humans and the world, and plays a decisive role in human self-formation. In particular, theology of body revealed, that the body is a pathway for our understanding of God just as a pathway for our understanding the world. In addition, theology of body revealed that the body is regarded as the place of 'embodiment of God', and in the end, the world in which our incarnated body participates should also become the place of 'God's incarnation'. It also examined Christian education based on the epistemology of the body, focusing on 'education starting from the senses', 'education as a participation', and 'incarnational education'. From these three concepts, it found that epistemology of body suggests an alternative view of traditional knowledge-based education or schooling education. It suggests an open paradigm centered on sense and experience, personal participation, non-verbal experience, and field of education, beyond a fixed and closed paradigm of doctrine-centered, objective knowledge mediation, language-centered, and content-centered. Furthermore, this paper found that the body is like a well that can pump up metaphors that provide a basic metaphor for re-conceptualizing Christian education.

The rapid spread of smart devices initiated by the launch of iPhone and the development of state-of-the-art communication technology have opened up a new chapter for today's age, accelerating a paradigm shift. It is defined as 'the smart era' that is characterized by a DNA of mobile. The meaning of the term 'smart' depends on in which field it is used and who uses it, but the term is basically based on 'human being,' namely people. Accordingly, people should take the initiative in this smart era, and what only people can do will become more important for that reason. In addition, there will be a drastic progress in today's technology, which is expected to make human life more convenient and to even make it possible to read human sentiment and emotion. Such social changes have affected education as well, and the education sector is making preparations for the introduction of 'smart education,' as there is a consensus that an absolutely new paradigm shift is mandatory. Smart education is not merely to introduce smart devices, ICT technology and SNS in education. New competent people are required in globalization age, and smart education is to attempt a new education to nurture new competent people. In this study, 4C (that were creativity, collaboration, contents and curation) were suggested as the key factors of smart education, and in which direction smart education should be led in our country was discussed.

인터넷과 정보 통신 기술의 발전은 비즈니스를 변화시켰고, 교육산업에도 큰 변화를 가져오고 있다. 또한 교육환경과 방법 등에 대하여 다양한 변혁을 가져오고 있다. e-Learning으로 대변되는 교육의 변화는 교육의 패러다임을 변화시키고 있으며, 다양한 요구가 증가하고 있다. e-Learning은 현재 정부차원에서 적극적인 지원을 하여 확산시키고자 많은 노력을 하고 있다. 그러나 중고생을 대상으로 하는 학습사이트의 교육 컨텐츠에 대한 사용자 만족도에 관한 연구는 미비한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 e-Learning에 대한 사용자 만족도를 조사하여서 사용자 만족도를 항상 시킬 수 있는 양질의 컨텐츠를 설계하고 개발 할 수 있는 방안에 대해 연구해 보고자 한다.

온라인 공개 수업 인 MOOC(Massive open Online Course)은 불특정 다수의 학습자를 위한 온라인 무료 학습으로 전 세계적으로 확산되고 있다. 우리나라는 고등교육기관인 대학을 중심으로 교육의 질과 경쟁력을 강화를 위해 MOOC을 통한 교육에 패러다임이 일고 있다. 이에 우리 현실에 적합한 한국형 MOOC을 서비스하기 위한 플랫폼 구축에 관련된 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 현재 국내외에서 서비스 중인 국내 대학을 MOOC 서비스를 분석하고 기존의 온라인 교육 서비스 플랫폼을 통해 알아보고자 하였다. 한국형 MOOC 플랫폼의 구축방안에서는 고등교육기관의 자율성과 창의성을 반영한 플랫폼 구축이 필요하며, 학습자 관점과 강좌 관리, 평가 관리, 학습커뮤니티 과정에서 요구되는 플랫폼의 기능들에 대한 결과를 알 수 있게 되었다.
