This study is intended to present methods improving the classification system of KDC education fields after comparing and analyzing the academic system of education, classification system of KDC, NDC, DDC and LCC, and that of the research field classification system of National Research Foundation of Korea. The results of the analysis have revealed that it is required to improve and correct the KDC 5th edition of education including the addition of classification items that reflect the trend of academic development, proper development in the rank classification terms of education detailed fields, addition of detailed subjects, errors of classification symbols and omission of correlative indexes in the classification items. This study has proposed improved methods to solve those problems.

After the computer education become essential in elementary school, computer subject which was absorbed by the other subjects is educating in independent way. However, since the contents of computer education in elementary school is based on the ICT literacy education, sequential disconnection problem appears between elementary school and secondary school computer education curriculum. Therefore, information ethics education that is one part of computer education also has same problems. To solve these problems of information ethics education, it is necessary to set the goal of information ethics education that should be educated through the whole courses of elementary and secondary school and to reorganize the contents. In this study, we analyzed the contents of information ethics education included in ICT literacy education and computer curriculum, and analyzed the contents of information ethics education included in U.S. computer curriculum. Based on these analysis, we designed a curriculum model for information ethics education in computer education.

본 연구는 과학기술연합대학원대학교(UST)를 중심으로 한 과학기술계의 새로운 대학원모델을 평가하는 기법에 주안점을 두고 있다. UST와 일본의 SOKENDAI(The Graduate University for Advanced Studios)를 비교함으로써 새로운 대학원모델의 필요성을 말하고 있다. UST는 커리큘럼과 도제식 수업, 맞춤형 교육체계, 현장 중심형 인력양성체계들이 아직 높은 수준에 도달하지 못한 반면 교육목적과 비전이 상당 수준 만족스럽다는 결과를 얻고 있는 조사를 바탕으로 한 UST의 평가에 관해 다루고 있다. 본 연구에서는 대학평가체계의 네 가지 유형과 함께 토론회와 모든 평가에 부합되는 고급 평론을 통하여 UST에 방법론적으로 적용할 수 있는 평가방식을 제안한다. UST를 위한 새로운 평가방식은 대학원평가를 위한 특수성과 보편성으로 서로 동일하다. UST는 다 학제적이며 신생 융합기술분야에서 현장중심형인 리더십을 갖춘 인재양성을 위한 교육체계를 가지고 있으며 동시에 세계적인 특성을 가지고 있다. 두 요소는 특수성이 더욱 강조된 5:5, 6:4의 비율을 보이고 있다. 앞으로 후속적인 보완연구가 추가되면 더욱 활용성이 높아질 것으로 기대된다.

정보사회의 도래로 교육분야에서도 정보공유를 위한 많은 방안들이 제시되고 있다. 인터넷을 통해 전달되는 교육자료의 양은 나날이 증가하고 있지만 정보생산자들이 일정한 표준 없이 나름대로의 기준에 따라 정보를 유통시키고 있기 때문에 이용자가 필요한 정보를 정확하게 찾아내기란 매우 어려운 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 인터넷 자원 중에서도 교육자료를 서비스하고 있는 16개 시 도 교육청 및 산하 기관들의 홈페이지 분류체계를 분석하고, 자료의 실제 이용자 및 공급자에 대한 요구자료를 최대한 수렴하여 사실표준에 기초한 교육자료 분류체계를 제안하고자 한다.

수학교육의 효율적인 체계가 없는 나라는 미래가 없는 나라이다. 1957년에 소련은 지구에 인공위성을 쏘아 올렸는데, 이때 미국은 우선 학교 교육체계를 바꾸었으며, 교사들의 봉급을 획기적으로 인상하였다. 지금 러시아의 학계에서는, 우주 계발에서 러시아의 성공을 레닌 언덕에 있는 모스크바국립대학교의 새 건물의 설립으로 설명하려는 의견도 있다. 최근에 모스크바국립대학교 새 건물의 설립 비용에 대한 문서가 공개되었는데, 놀랍게도 모스크바국립대학교의 설립 비용이 2차 대전 중에 완전히 파괴된 도시인 스탈린그라드의 재건에 소용된 비용보다 훨씬 많았다. 전쟁으로 굶주리고 파괴된 나라인 러시아의 지도자들이 그렇게 많은 재정적인 지출을 결정했다. 그 결과, 공학-수학부와 물리학부에서는 이전보다 3배가 많은 학생들을 수용하게 되었다. 이들 학부의 박사과정 학생들은 높은 월급을 받는 교수가 되었다. 공학-수학부의 거의 모든 졸업생들은 비밀연구소에서 일을 하였다. 이것은 러시아의 역사에서 수학 영재아의 발굴과 수학교육 체계의 향상이 국가경쟁력의 중요한 부분임을 보여주는 한 예라 할 수 있다. 현재, 러시아에서는 이들 문제에 많은 관심을 가지고 있지만, 아직은 구체적인 해결보다는 말만 무성한 실정이다. 본 강연에서는 러시아의 수학영재교육에서 모스크바국립대학교 구성원들의 노력과 결실, 모스크바국립대학교의 공학-수학부의 교육에 대한 몇몇 논의를 다룰 것이다.

최근 이상기후와 높아지는 물 수요 등으로 인하여 물관련 문제가 전 세계적으로 심각해지고 있다. 따라서 많은 국가에서 깨끗한 물을 국민에게 공급하고 물로 인한 재해로부터 피해를 최소화하기 위한 국가적 체계와 정책은 이제 당연한 중요과제가 되고 있다. 이러한 물 관련 문제에 대하여 적극적이고 합당한 대안의 의사결정을 위해서는 신뢰도 높은 수문자료가 중요한 기초자료가 된다. 따라서 이러한 수문자료를 생산하기 위해서는 조직체계, 충분한 예산, 높은 기술력 등과 함께 전문인력이 필수조건이다. 이러한 전문인력을 양성하기 위해서는 교육과 경험이 매우 중요한 요소로 작용한다. 국토해양부(현재 국토교통부)는 수문조사 전문가 수요를 충족시키고자 2008년 4월 하천법을 전부 개정하여 수문조사 관련 업무 종사자에 대한 교육을 명시화하고 이를 시행토록 의무화하였다. 교육을 수행할 기관으로 한국건설기술연구원(유량조사사업단)과 한국수자원공사(K-Water 교육원)를 선정 후 위탁하여 2009년부터 교육기관별로 매년 2회 이상 수문조사 종사자 교육훈련이 실시되고 있다. 이에 따라 수문조사 관련 업무 종사자는 교육대상자로써 전문인력으로 발전되고 국가로부터 관리되고 있다. 현재까지도 수문조사 종사자는 수문조사 관련 업무에 종사한 날부터 2년 이내에 30시간 이상의 교육을 받아야 하고, 3년마다 재교육을 받아야 함을 규정(하천법시행령 제13조) 하고 주기적인 교육을 실시하고 있다. 수문조사 종사자 교육훈련이 처음 실시된 2009년부터 2015년까지 총 1,311명이 수료하였다. 교육수료자수는 최대 277명(2009년)에서 최소 155명(2013년)으로 7년 평균 188명으로 집계되었으며, 이중 재교육수료자는 2015년까지 총 260명으로 집계되었다. 본 연구에서는 국내의 수문조사 전문가 양성을 위해 국토교통부에서 실시한 수문조사 종사자 교육훈련의 성과와 현황을 분석하였다. 그리고 국외 수문전문가 양성을 위한 교육관련 선진사례로서 프랑스의 물 전문가를 위한 국립교육센터(CNFME)를 선례로서 조사하였다. 그리하여 향후 우리나라의 수문관련 전문가 양성을 위한 우리나라 교육체계의 발전방안에 대하여 제언하였다.

This paper evaluates the appropriateness of the proposed robot education curriculum to consider conceptual understanding and learning activities model considering the curriculum and achievement criteria in order to make it easier to apply for a course in robot area. The professors of dept. of computer education at national universities of education reviewed the importance of education contents system and appropriateness of education period. Based on the results of the review, the conceptual elements and achievement standards of each sub-area were revised and supplemented, and then evaluated in three stages. Finally, the educational elements of the concept factors and achievement criteria were agreed upon. The proposed robotic computing education information systems and the achievement standards for schools in the area, as well as to match the grade level of the students without distinction variety of robots will be able to take advantage of computing education activities to reorganize the robot computing courses.

This is the study of contents framework of information devices education for the computer science education in elementary school. In this study, we organize and suggest the educational contents of the information device education and its achievement for computer science education in elementary. For this, the educational contents of information device education in Korea and other countries were investigated. Then we selected some contents of information device education that can be applied to the computer science education. With this contents framework of information devices education for the computer science education in elementary school were made. This study will contribute to the curriculum development of computer science at the national level.

The purpose of this research was to develop objectives of Housing contents in Technology$\cdot$Home Economics by three systems of action and to find out the importance of the objectives of the teachers have taught the class. The 303 teachers from 183 middle schools replied the mail questionnaire during September, 2003. The data were analyzed by SPSS/win. The 21 objectives for each system of action were developed based on the textbooks, teachers guides, and other related references. The importance of the objectives related to communicative system of action was the highest, respectively followed by the ones related to technical and emancipatory systems of action. Indoor Environment & Equipment was more likely to be important than Maintenance & Repairs as the objectives related to communicative system of action, while Usage of Living Space was less likely to be important than the other two sub-units. The importance of the objectives was somewhat differed by the general characteristics of the teachers. The older are the more important the objectives related to technical system of action. Female, Home Economics teachers, who learned philosophy of Home Economics were more likely to think than others objectives related to communicative and emancipatory systems of action to be important. This research showed the teachers' perspectives of the objectives of Housing contents were not the same among respondents and generally supported the previous results from other contents of Home Economics.

세계는 산업화 사회에서 순식간에 초고속 정보통신사회로 급격하게 변해가고 있으며 이러한 시대적, 환경적 변화는 교육분야에도 일대의 전기를 맞이하게 되었으며 변화를 요구하게 되었다. 그 결과 지식 정보화 사회에 적합한 소양과 적응력을 기르기 위한 대안으로 정보통신기술(ICT)을 활용한 교육이 등장하였으며 이를 위한 다양한 하드웨어와 소프트웨어가 개발되어 적용되고 있다. 그러나 지금까지 진행된 측면이 인프라 구축이라는 여건 조성에 초점이 맞추어 졌으며, 개발 보급된 소프트웨어도 교수적 측면의 단순 제시용 프로그램이 다수였으며, 보급된 소프트웨어에 대한 학습자와 교사의 평가나 체계적인 관리 체계가 미흡한 것이 문제점이라 할 수 있겠다. 그래서 본 연구는 학습자 중심의 적극적인 학습 참여를 이끌 수 있는 학습용 게임에 대한 교사들과 학생들의 환기를 주의시키고, 이들 학습용 게임형태의 소프트웨어에 대한 체계적인 관리와 평가를 겸한 서비스에 대한 제안을 함으로써 현재 교육현장에서 진행중인 ICT 활용 교육을 활성화하는 방안을 제시하고자 한다.
