A Study on the Improvement Plan through the Analysis of Disaster Safety Education in High School in Korea (국내 고등학교 재난안전교육 실태분석을 통한 개선 방안 연구)

  • 세월호 참사 후, 전 사회적으로 안전이 강조되면서 정부 부처로서 국민안전처, 그후 행정안전부로 명칭이 변경되고 관련 법규가 제정 및 정비, 시행되면서 교육측면에서도 전보다 강력한 재난안전교육이 진행되고 있다. 이러한 정책적 노력의 연장선상에서 정부는 국민 안전교육을 체계적으로 추진하기 위해 2016년 5월 「국민안전교육 진흥기본법」을 제정하여 대국민 안전교육 관련 제도, 정책 수립 및 집행 기능을 대폭 확대하였다. 그러나 국민 안전교육을 체계적으로 추진하기 위한 노력에도 불구하고 전 국민 대상 재난안전교육이 제대로 이루어지기에는 한계가 있음이 여러 연구에서 나타나고 있다. 2015년 이후 재난안전교육 관련 선행연구들은 국내 안전교육이 일회성이나 단기간의 교육으로 이루어지는 것을 지양하고, 생활 속에서 계획적으로 실시되어 지식적 측면·행동적 측면·태도적 측면의 유기적 통합이 이루어지도록 요구하고 있고, 이를 통해 안전교육 효과가 증진됨을 알려주고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 재난안전교육의 목표를 재확인하고 2023년 초까지 진행되었던 안전교육의 실태를 2014년 이후 안전교육을 가장 체계적·지속적으로 받아온 고등학교 학생 대상의 재난 안전 인식 설문을 통한 통계 분석의 과정을 진행하여 분석하였다. 이를 통해 생애주기별로 지속적·체계적·반복적으로 이루어져야만 그 목표를 구현할 수 있는 재난안전교육의 특성을 파악하고 교육효과 개선방안을 모색하였다.

A Study on Effects of Elementary School Students' Use of Smart Phone upon Reading and Self-regulated Reading (초등학생의 스마트폰 사용 실태가 독서 실태 및 자기조절읽기에 미치는 영향)

  • This study investigated effects of elementary school students' use of smartphone upon not only reading but also self-regulated reading. The subject was 6th year students of elementary school. The study investigated the students by smartphone addict self-diagnosis, reading conditions and self-regulated reading test. The findings were: The students' ownership of smartphone and addiction had influence upon reading quantity, reading time and self-regulated reading, and had no influence upon time of use of smartphone. To help elementary school students make use of smartphone correctly and prevent smartphone addiction, the students should be educated at school and home, and also, proper way to teach students how to read books should be researched in the era of smartphone.

  • For successful accomplishment of ICT application in education that has been carried out in elementary schools, comprehensive supports to the essential factors, that are related systematically, in education such as curriculum, educational environment, and teachers are necessary. With this idea in mind, the purpose of this work is to analyze barriers to ICT application in education and propose desirable improvement plans for activating ICT application in education for elementary schools. For this purpose, in this work, we first conduct an extensive survey. In order to get the extensive survey results, three points of view, that is, curriculum, educational environment, and teachers are considered. Based on the survey results, we present the current status and activation plans of ICT application in education for each point of view.

  • 핵심적인 문화산업으로 높은 부가가치를 인정받고 있는 애니메이션 산업이지만, 정작 애니메이터들의 근무 환경을 상당히 열악한 것으로 조사됐다. 한국문화콘텐츠진흥원 애니메이터 500명을 대상으로 실시한 실태분석 결과를 지난달 7일 발표했다.이번 조사는 국내 문화콘텐츠산업 인력에 대해 실시한 최초의 실태조사로 애니메이터의 직무특성, 직무경력, 교육 및 훈련과정,인력수요, 근로조건, 직무만족도 등에 대한 항목이 조사됐다.

Survey Report on Nursing Education, 1980 (1980년도 간호교육실태조사)

  • 본 조사는 1980년 10월부터 11월까지 전국 52개 간호교육기관의 교육실태를 조사하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 전국 간호교육기관 수는 총 52개교로 대학과정 15개교, 전문대학과정 37개교이며, 설립별로 보면, 국립 9개교, 공립 16개교, 사립 27개교이다. 2. 전국 간호교육기관 51개교 1980년도 재학생은 대학과정 2,630명으로 25.5$\%$, 전문대학과정 7,664명으로 74.5$\%$로 총 10,294명이다. 3. 1980년 11월 현재 5개교에 남학생이 재학하고 있으며, 총 남학생 수는 38명이다. 4. 1980년도 졸업생은 대학과정 711명, 전문대학과정 2,610명으로 총 3,321명이며, 11월 현재 취업률은 85.5$\%$, 미취업율은 14.5$\%$이다. 5. 졸업생의 취업분야는 임상분야에 82.2$\%$, 보건분야에 8.8$\%$, 교육분야에 6.5$\%$, 기타 2.1$\%$를 나타내고 있다.

Survey Report on Nursing Education, 1981 (1981년도 간호교육 실태조사)

  • 본 조사는 1981년 6월부터 7월까지 전국 50개 간호교육기관의 교육실태를 조사하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 전국 간호교육기관 수는 총 51개교로 대학 과정 15개교, 전문대학과정 36개교이다. 2. 간호교육기관 기관장의 전공분야는 간호학 전공자가 $42.0{\%}$, 비간호학 전공자, $58.0{\%}$이다. 3. 1981년도 재학생은 11.574명으로 대학과정 2,843명, 전문대학과정 8.731명이고, 남학생이 7개교에 재학하고 있으며, 총 남학생은 45명이다. 4. 1981년도 총 졸업생 수는 3,278명으로 대학과정 19.8%, 전문대학과정 $80.2{\%}$이다. 5. 1981년도 졸업생의 취업율은 $74.9{\%}$, 미취업율은 $25.1{\%}$이며, 취업분야는 임상분야에 $82.4{\%}$, 보건분야에 $7.2{\%}$, 교육분야에 $7.5{\%}$, 기타$2.9{\%}$이다. 6. 전국 간호교육자는 662명이고 1979년 9월부터 1981년 3월까지 출판된 저서는 96권, 논문은 503편이다.

  • This study intends to analyze the status and efficiency of education-training in Korean firm. A study on the education-training in firm is very important nowadays, but the study level on this issue in Korea is low. The study method of this paper is the case study on a high-level Korean firm in the education-training status. This study first attempted to analyze the concept and size of the education-training in firm. And then this study figured out factors that determine the efficiency of education-training. Finally, I analyzed the status and efficiency of education-training in this case firm. Unfortunately, the efficiency level of my case firm in the education-training was low, in spite of a high-level firm in the education-training status. To upgrade the efficiency level of this firm in the education-training, this firm has to resolve many tasks.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze teachers' understanding of the number and operations area of grades 3 to 6 in elementary school mathematics curriculum and to derive implications for improving teachers' understanding of the mathematics curriculum. To this end, elementary school teachers were asked to develop items to evaluate curriculum achievement standards at each grade level, and then the teachers' understanding of the curriculum was examined based on the collected items. As a result of the study, there was a misinterpretation of the achievement standards in approximately 25% of the questions collected. Typically, cases where the content covered by each grade was confused when using textbooks as a standard, or cases where the difference between the content covered by the two achievement standards could not be completely distinguished were found.

International Comparative Study of the Use of ICT by Middle School Teachers (중학교 과학 교사의 ICT 활용 실태 국제 비교)

  • In this study, we compared the use of information and communications technology (ICT) by middle school teachers in Korea and other countries utilizing the teacher survey data of the IEA International Computer and Information Literacy Study (ICILS) 2013. The ICILS target population consisted of all students in the eighth grade. We compared Korea with Australia, the Czech Republic, Norway, and Poland, which are nations showing the highest achievements in computer and information literacy. We selected nine questions from the teacher questionnaire and divided them into the categories of computer use, use of ICT for teaching and learning, and the ICT support environment in school. In comparison to their counterparts in other countries, Korean middle school science teachers used computers frequently and also had high ICT self-efficacy. They were confident in their ability to use computers for general tasks, but not in their ability to use computers for teaching and learning. The Korean teachers also had a high percentage of utilization of presentation and graphics software. Also, the proportion of activities concerning the information provided and teacher-led tasks was high, but the proportion of activities for student collaboration or peer interaction was low. In Korea, middle school science teachers had more negative than positive views of using ICT in teaching and learning. The teachers thought that computer-related resource support and digital learning materials were insufficient and that the computer model was outdated in schools. Therefore, we propose to build an ICT infrastructure and to develop and disseminate ICT teaching and learning methods for student activities.

A Study on Actual Sanitary Management Conditions and Education Plan of School Foodservice Employees (학교 급식 조리 종사원의 위생 관리 실태와 위생 교육 방안에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to present an actual sanitary management conditions and an education plan for school foodservice employees. For assumption verification of this study, basis statistical analysis, factor analysis, and reliability analysis using SPSS V14.0KO were used. Also, regression analysis was conducted for it. The sanitary management actual conditions were shown that a foodservice practice level of middle and high schools was higher than elementary schools. In a scale way, sanitary management conditions of small group schools(500 students below) were lower than large group schools(500~1,000 students). Therefore, it was demanded especially for their employees to manage elementary schools and small group schools. It showed that sanitary consignment education was held irregularly at outside was more effective than the education was held regularly at inside. All the related workers at school foodservice should supply safe foods to schools through more effective sanitary education plan based on the results of effective actual sanitary management conditions.
