  • Trade and industry demand for workforce training in order to meet the established educational system and universities must be sustained efforts of the members.   • 지식정보화 사회에 발맞춰 학교현장에서도 초 중등학교 정보통신기술교육 운영지침 개정안의 내용을 바탕으로 정보통신기술 교육을 강화하여 소양 교육과 교과 활용교육 간의 연계를 통하여 효과적으로 교육 목표를 달성할 수 있도록 노력하고 있다. 하지만 체육교과 부문의 ICT활용에 관한 연구는 다른 교과에 비해 다소 부족한 편이라 할 수 있다. 이에 발전적인 ICT 활용 체육수업을 위해 2007 개정 교육과정에 따른 초등교사의 ICT 활용 체육수업에 대한 실태분석 및 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다.

A Study of the Relationship Between Job Status and Job Satisfactions on Early Childhood Teachers (유아교사들의 직무실태와 직무만족도에 관한 연구)

  • This study is an empirical survey of the job status and job satisfaction of early childhood teachers. The subjects of this study were teachers of early childhood education in (the province of) Chungcheongnam-do. The Early Childhood Education Institution was conducted with 255 teachers for teachers working in public day care centers, private day care centers, public kindergartens and private kindergartens. o carry out this study, we analyzed the collected questionnaires by using the SPSS statistical package program. T-test, χ2-validation and ANOVA analysis were used for this study, and Scheffé analysis was applied as a post hoc analysis. As a result of this study, job status was examined by type, age, educational attainment, and educational experience. The satisfaction level of educational institutions was highest in the national public day care centers, and the age was 50 years or older, and the education level was high in graduate school. In addition, the job satisfaction of early childhood teachers was significantly analyzed in relation to fellow teacher, relationship with the director, self-identity and teaching environment. Through this study, understanding the current job status and satisfaction of early childhood education teachers can be used as an important data in preparing a plan to raise their job performance and work efficiency.

Impact of Standardization Level and Education on Standardization on Performance of the Firm (표준화 교육 실태 및 표준화 교육이 기업 성과에 미치는 영향 분석)

  • As global competition has become keener, importance of standardization has increased due to international trade between firms and countries. Since standardization provide compatibility for parts or products, maintaining a good level of standardization is one of key success factors. This paper studies impact of standardization status and educational effort of standardization on performance of the firm. Also, characteristics of the firm, industry, history, acknowledge of need for education of standardization of the firm are considered as antecedents of standardization status and educational effort on standardization. Data was collected from information and technology and electronics industries. This paper found that characteristics of the firm and acknowledge of need for education on standardization have positive impact on the number of education on standardization. Results of this study also show that the number of education classes and of employees participated in the class positively affect R&D performance and production and quality improvement. Implication of this study is finding the relationship between importance of standardization education and competitiveness of the firm in global market.

The Condition and Practical Solution of Writing Education in the Major of Natural Sciences and Engineering: Focus on the Cases of Seoul National University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Stanford University (이공계 전공글쓰기 교육의 실태 및 현실적인 교육방안: 서울대학교와 해외 대학(MIT, Stanford)의 사례를 중심으로)

  • Writing education for the students who major in natural sciences and engineering is concentrated on just writing in liberal education. So, this article study the condition and practical solution of writing education with a focus on natural sciences and engineering. This article researches the condition of writing in these majors of Seoul National University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Stanford University. As a result, students keenly feel the necessity of writing in this major, but SNU does not offer such courses and few teachers that could teach it. To solve this, we propose that writing teachers of liberal education give feedback on the reports of the capstone research subject 3 or 4 times, which corresponds to 1 credit. This solution would be applicable to most universities in practice, though it is not final method.
