E-learning is cyber-education that gives open education to everyone by providing various contents through Internet and IT technologies, and it has been spreading rapidly. In this paper, we describes an effective prototype design scheme for establishing e-Learning center, centered on the case of A University, in order to overcome a lot of shortcomings related to cyber-education and to settle down efficient and systematic on-line realtime cyber education. For this purpose, we first analyzed the current status concerning e-Learning at A University. Learners and lecturers then participated in a survey so that we could find some problems on current e-Learning and prepare their solutions. We finally designed e-Learning center prototypes, and selected the prototype 2 as a best one and designed it in more details. The prototype made in this paper would be very useful to other institutes who want to establish a new e-Learning center.

It is possible to construct the more improved communication network quality due to practical use of data network using the redundant frequency bandwidth of CATV network. And the multimedia remote educations under the CATV network environment are being tried in the secondary schools. In general, CATV network is able to support not only the remote education using multimedia contents but also real-time responses because the network of CATV has capability to have transmission speed from 256Kbps to l0Mbps. In this paper, we design a new model of the efficient remote education by analysis of the multimedia data transmission capability using CATV network and suggest a method which can be applied specifically.

이 연구는 경영학과 MBA교육과정이 세상의 모든 제품과 기업에 공통적으로 적용되듯이, 세상의 어떤 분야의 제품이든 그 시작인 한 개 착안에서부터 시장력 확보를 위해 시도 되는 도전행위의 매개인 모든 착안과 아이디어가 기업이 되는 과정인 제벤처행위에 공통적으로 적용되는 학문이 될, MVA(PH-MVA, master of venture arming, 벤처무장학)학의 개념적 모델링의 시작에 필요로하는 정의론과 개념론으로, MBA에 있어 경영학원론이 개론화되듯, MVA에 있어 그 개론서가 될 벤처학원론서 설계에 있어서의 시작인 1편 기초론을 구성하는 내용을 벤처창업이나 기업의 신제품개발 부서에의 취업을 희망하는 학생들과 제벤처 생태계의 모든 직간접 관련 직무자 들이 공통적으로 무장하면 벤처적 행위에 필요로하는 여러 가지 직무자들 같이 소통력은 물론 직무매칭력 등의 분업 협업력이 매우 높아 질 것이라는 주장을 바탕으로한다. 그리고 제시하는 정의와 개념을 제벤처 생태계 전체의 표준으로 참고 삼아, 누구의 어떤 모델이든, 창조경제의 일부로서 미생들의 벤처(창업, 기업만들기 도전)행위나 완생기업들의 신제품개발 모두에 두루 적용 될 수 있는, 누구나가 이해, 공감, 교감, 습득이 용이한 벤처학 개발이 왕성하게 활성화될 수 있도록 하는 것이 곧 창조경제 활성화를 위한 학자들의 사명이자 새로운 성장동력 모델의 발굴이기도하다는 측면에서의 동참이 될 수 있기를 바라는 마음이다. 아울러, 이러한 정의와 개념을 바탕으로 전개되어, 벤처생태계 전반에서 수행 될 교육이 개인들의 창업(기업만들기)을 목표로하는 공부가 되기도하고 연장에, 완생기업들이 필요로하는 신제품개발에 있어서의 기본적인 능력과 자질을 갖춘 인재선발적 취업준비공부도 될 수 있는 통합적 교육이되어야한다는 취지를 가지고있다. 또 연구를 통해 제벤처(기업의 신제품개발 도전협업행위 포함) 생태계에서의 직무자들의 직무매칭력 및 협업행위에 있어서의 다양한 용어와 정의와 개념들의 제각각으로 부터 발생되는 상치(相馳, 제각각, 불통, 협업마찰, 대립, 갈등, 등)력을 해소하는 것이 역설적으로 협업력을 최적으로 활성화 할 수 있다는 사실을 모두가 인지, 수용토록 하고자 함을 목적으로한다. 이러한 연구를 전벤처단계의 벤처기초학을 바탕으로하는 제벤처생태계 개념을 일원화 통합화하는 연장에 전개되는 공통무장교육 모델화를 목적으로한다.

Critical practicality problems are cause to search the presentation and contents according to user request and purpose in previous internet system. Recently, there are a lot of researches about dynamic adaptable ontology based system. We designed ontology based educational system which uses discrete probability and user profile. This system provided advanced usability of contents by ontology and dynamic adaptive model based on discrete probability distribution function and user profile in ontology educational systems. This models represents application domain to weighted direction graph of dynamic adaptive objects and modeling user actions using dynamically approach method structured on discrete probability function. Proposed probability analysis can use that presenting potential attribute to user actions that are tracing search actions of user in ontology structure. This approach methods can allocate dynamically appropriate profiles to user.

The purpose of this paper is the development of course data models and learning achievement computation algorithms for enabling the course-embedded assessment(CEA), which is essential of competency-based education in higher education. The previous works related CEA have weakness in the development of the systematic solution for CEA computation. In this paper, we propose data models and algorithms to implement competency-based assessment system. Our data models are composed of a layered architecture of learning outcomes, learning modules and activities, and an associative matrix of learning outcomes and activities. The proposed methods can be applied to the development of the course-embedded assessment system as core modules. We evaluated the effectiveness of our proposed models through applying the models to a practical course, Java Programing. From the result of the experiments we found that our models can be used in the assessment system as a core module.

간호원은 비록 그가 양호교사가 아니라고 하더라도 그가 처한 위치에서 거의 매일 건강교육을 실시하고 있다고 할 수 있다. 그러한 비정규직 교육은 상황에 따라 간호활동의 대상자들에게 수시로 별 준비 없이 실시한 경우도 있겠으나 효율적인 결과를 얻을 수 있는 체계적인 보건교육은 구체적인 학습목적과 교육과정이 교육적으로 미리 계획되어 있어야만 가능하다고 할 것이다. 양호교사의 기본적인 역할이 학교 구성원들의 건강증진과 질병예방에 있으며 효율적인 건강교육을 통하여 이러한 목적을 달성한다고 할 때, 양호교사는 자신을 그 학교공동체의 주된 건강교육자로 이해하고 학교에서 이루어지는 모든 보건교육 과정에 적극적인 참여를 하여야만 한다. 그러한 역할중의 하나는 보건에 관한 수업을 실시하는 학과목 교사나 담임교사들이 건강교육에 관련한 협의를 양호교사에게 요청하도록 적극적인 건강교육환경을 학교 내에 조성하여야 하는 일과 중요한 건강주제에 대하여서는 양호교사가 직접 수업을 교실에서 이끌어야 하는 것일 것이다. 이 논문에서 다룬 보건교육 교안 연구는 양호교사에게 또 건강에 관한 주제를 가지고 수업을 하는 일반교사에게 중학생의 건강교육 과정의 한 모델로써 사용하는데 도움이 될 것으로 본다. 건강교육 프로그램을 질병예방, 건강증진에 초점을 두어 설계한다고 할 때 건강교육의 주된 방향은 대상자 하나 하나의 생활에서 건강을 위한 바람직한 행위를 생활화하도록 하는 것이다. 이 목적을 학교에서 달성하기 위해서는 건강교육 프로그램을 통하여 학생들에게 건강에 대한 지식을 전달하고 그 지식 위에 건강을 위한 바람직한 행위를 하도록 동기를 부여하며 그러한 행위를 지속하도록 보강하는 것이 필요하다고 할 것이다. 사람들은 건강에 대한 지식이나 정보를 가지게 되면, 행위는, 그것에 상응하여 바람직하게 행할 것이라고 가정하기가 쉽다. 그리하여 건강에 대한 정보를 주는 것 건강교육을 했다고 간주하기도 한다. 그러나 실제적으로 건강을 위한 정보를 받고 지식을 가졌다 하더라도 바람직한 행위를 실천하지 않거나, 습관된 반건강 행위를 바꾸지 않는 경우가 많다. 그러므로 건강한 행위를 실천하기 위해서는 그에 대한 가치관이나 태도가 먼저 분명하게 세워져야 한다. 학생들의 경우에도 그 가치관이 확립되어야 하겠으므로 이를 위한 효과적인 교육방법이 제시된 교육안 모델이 있어야 할 것이다. 즉 건강문제에 대한 태도의 확립과 그에 따른 올바른 행위를 실천하도록 하기 위하여 구체적으로 치밀하게 계획된 건강교육 안이 연구되어 지는 것이 건강교육의 가장 중요한 과제중의 하나이다. 이 연구에서 제시하는 건강교육 프로그램에서는 많은 부분의 정보가 학생들 스스로에 의해서 수집되도록 하였다. 그렇게 함으로써 그들이 흡연에 관한 사실들을 스스로 명백하게 파악할 수 있었기 때문이다. 또한 소그룹 토의와 논쟁의 방법을 통해서 학생들이 흡연에 대해서 자신들의 생각하고 있는 것을 검토하여 올바른 판단을 하도록 하는 기회를 가질 수 있도록 하였다.

우리가 원전을 가지고 우리보다는 개발과 경험이 일천(日淺)한 나라들을 향해 진출하기 위해서도 궁극적으로는 한국형 표준 모델을 앞세워야 할 것이다. 그런데 우선 원전을 이미 가졌으되 아무래도 우리보다는 미숙한 단계에 있는 나라들에 대해서 생각해 볼 수 있는 대상항목은 품질보증교육, 보수 기자재, 시운전 지원, 운전기술 지원 등의 기술자문분야이다. 한국전력기술(주)에서는 이미 1992년에 중국 광동 원자력발전소의 기술자들을 초청하여 품질보증 교육을 실시한 바 있다. 그리고 현재 광동 원자력발전소 현장에 기술자가 파견되어 운전후 유지보수 부문에 대한 기술자문지원을 하고 있다. 그리고 앞으로 신규 발전소에 참여하게 되면 각종 타당성조사업무와 주기기 기술사양서작성, 주기기평가 등 사업주 기술자문업무를 비롯, 종합설계업무, 사업관리, 구매지원 등으로 그 참여 범위를 넓혀가야 할 것이다.

Existing pedagogical issues of digital design including BIM have been focused not on potential of Digital Design but on skills of BIM or digital modeling tool. Kinetic facade can move or change material state to react surrounding environment conditions. It is a suitable design object for teaching principle of Performance Oriented Digital Design. Variables of movements affect multi-criteria of performances of kinetic facade, so different design approach from fixed facade design should be explored. Kinetic facade design process is proposed to study pedagogical issues of Performance Oriented Digital Design in this paper. Through Kinetic facade design process, students can understand conditions, variables, and performances of digital design.

This study is a case of convergence education using the AI model of entry in elementary schools. The subject is English, and the class was conducted based on the image learning model among the convergence activities with the art department drawing and the AI model of the entry. In order to effectively achieve the learning goals of speaking and writing in English education. The class was designed by combining art and SW. Students experienced communication using AI, improved confidence, and were able to improve creativity and communication skills by expressing not only listening and speaking but also expressing through various media such as pictures and photos. In addition, in order to find out the effectiveness of the class, a survey was conducted on students and the results were analyzed. As a result of the analysis, it was found that it had a positive effect on students' participation rate, degree of understanding AI after class, interest in AI, satisfaction with AI classes.

학생들의 기초 기본학습 능력의 신장이 강조되고 있는 교육상황에 비추어 볼 때 지금까지 간과되어 왔던 학습장애에 대한 재인식과 학습 장애학생들을 위한 대책이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 그 대책으로 기존의 keller의 동기유발학습이론인 ARCS모델을 변형하여 정착수업이론의 앵커라는 자발적 인지학습을 위한 매개체를 도입하여 변형된 M-ARCS이론을 토대로 학습 장애학생들의 동기유발 및 학습에 대한 긍정적인 인식을 향상시키는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 모바일 앵커 프로그램의 특징은 다음과 같다. 첫째, ARCS이론에서 강조하던 학생들의 주의집중, 관련성, 성취감, 자신감이라는 항목을 통해 학습 장애 학생들에게 기존의 교육방법과 다른 동기유발을 통한 성공이라는 경험을 준다. 둘째, 정착수업모델의 앵커를 적용하여 학생들이 실제생활과 관련된 지식들을 배우고, 적용하도록 함으로써 보다 유의미한 지식을 생성하고 활용할 수 있도록 한다. 셋째, 기존의 앵커형태와 다른 모바일 앵커를 적용함으로써 실제 활동하며 문제를 해결해 나가는 과정을 도입하여 학습 장애 학생들에게 주의집중 및 동기유발을 할 수 있는 새로운 형태의 교육방법을 제시한다. 이러한 활동을 통해 최종적으로 학습 장애 학생들의 학업능력 향상을 도모한다.
